2Parameter selection of support vector regression based on hybrid optimization algorithm and its application显示文摘Choosing optimal parameters for support vector regression (SVR) is an important step in SVR design, which strongly affects the performance of SVR. In this paper, based on the analysis of influence of SVR parameters on generalization error, a new approach with two steps is proposed for selecting SVR parameters . First the kernel function and SVM parameters are optimized roughly through genetic algorithm, then the kernel parameter is finely adjusted by local linear search. This approach has been successfully applied to the prediction model of the sulfur content in hot metal. 4Dry electrode for the measurement of biopotential signals显示文摘This paper introduces a kind of silicon-based dry electrode for measuring biological signals.It uses microneedle arrays to penetrate into the stratum corneum to reduce skin impedance.The dry electrode requires neither skin preparation nor the electrolytic gel,is easy to use and causes no skin allergy.Two different technologies are chosen to manufacture microneedle arrays of dry electrode.One is deep dry etching combined with isotropic wet etching.The other is mechanical dicing combined with chemical wet etching (including isotropic wet etching and anisotropic wet etching).Microneedle arrays are coated with metal and divided into 25 mm 2 as dry electrode patch.Impedance testing shows that the impedance value of dry electrode can be comparable with that of commercial electrode in the 20 Hz-10 kHz frequency range.The steady-state visual evoked potential recording and analysis prove that the dry electrode can be used to detect electroencephalography.WANG Yu PEI WeiHua GUO Kai GUI Qiang LI XiaoQian CHEN HongDa YANG JianHong 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,11:6

6Investigation of flexible electrodes modified by TiN,Pt black and IrO_x显示文摘TiN,platinum (Pt) black and iridium oxide are introduced to the stimulating sites to improve the performance of the flexible electrode.Low temperature process is used to fabricate the modifying films.TiN is coated on the gold sites by magnetron sputtering while platinum black and iridium oxide are coated by electroplating and electrodeposition,respectively.The im-pedance of the electrode decreases dramatically after modification.The combined analysis of surface morphology and cyclic voltammograms (CV) in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) solution indicates that the modified electrode sites have larger elec-trode-electrolyte capacitance and smaller faradic resistance than unmodified sites,thus they have smaller electrochemical im-pedances.LI XiaoQian PEI WeiHua TANG RongYu GUI Qiang GUO Kai WANG Yu CHEN HongDa 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,9:4

10A Data and Knowledge Collaboration Strategy for Decision-Making on the Amount of Aluminum Fluoride Addition Based on Augmented Fuzzy Cognitive Maps显示文摘In the aluminum reduction process, aluminum uoride (AlF3) is added to lower the liquidus temperature of the electrolyte and increase the electrolytic ef ciency. Making the decision on the amount of AlF3 addi- tion (referred to in this work as MDAAA) is a complex and knowledge-based task that must take into con- sideration a variety of interrelated functions;in practice, this decision-making step is performed manually. Due to technician subjectivity and the complexity of the aluminum reduction cell, it is dif cult to guarantee the accuracy of MDAAA based on knowledge-driven or data-driven methods alone. Existing strategies for MDAAA have dif culty covering these complex causalities. In this work, a data and knowl- edge collaboration strategy for MDAAA based on augmented fuzzy cognitive maps (FCMs) is proposed. In the proposed strategy, the fuzzy rules are extracted by extended fuzzy k-means (EFKM) and fuzzy deci- sion trees, which are used to amend the initial structure provided by experts. The state transition algo- rithm (STA) is introduced to detect weight matrices that lead the FCMs to desired steady states. This study then experimentally compares the proposed strategy with some existing research. The results of the comparison show that the speed of FCMs convergence into a stable region based on the STA using the proposed strategy is faster than when using the differential Hebbian learning (DHL), particle swarm optimization (PSO), or genetic algorithm (GA) strategies. In addition, the accuracy of MDAAA based on the proposed method is better than those based on other methods. 11Modeling, Optimization, and Control of Solution Purification Process in Zinc Hydrometallurgy显示文摘The solution purification process is an essential step in zinc hydrometallurgy. The performance of solution purification directly affects the normal functioning and economical benefits of zinc hydrometallurgy. This paper summarizes the authors' recent work on the modeling, optimization, and control of solution purification process. The online measurable property of the oxidation reduction potential(ORP) and the multiple reactors, multiple running statuses characteristic of the solution purification process are extensively utilized in this research. The absence of reliable online equipment for detecting the impurity ion concentration is circumvented by introducing the oxidationreduction potential into the kinetic model. A steady-state multiple reactors gradient optimization, unsteady-state operationalpattern adjustment strategy, and a process evaluation strategy based on the oxidation-reduction potential are proposed. 12Delay-dependent decentralized H_∞ filtering for uncertain interconnected systems显示文摘This article considers delay dependent decentralized H∞ filtering for a class of uncertain intercon-nected systems,where the uncertainties are assumed to be time varying and satisfy the norm-bounded conditions.First,combining the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach and the delay integral inequality of matrices,a sufficient condition of the existence of the robust decentralized H∞ filter is derived,which makes the error systems asymptotically stable and satisfies the H∞ norm of the transfer function from noise input to error output less than the specified up-bound on the basis of the form of uncertainties.Then,the above sufficient condition is transformed to a system of easily solvable LMIs via a series of equivalent transformation.Finally,the numerical simulation shows the efficiency of the main results.Chen Ning Gui Weihua Zhang Xiaofeng 2008Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2008,19,4:3

14A composite insulation structure for silicon-based planar neuroprobes显示文摘Silicon-based planar neuroprobes are composed of silicon substrate,conducting layer,and insulation layers of SiO 2 or SiN membrane.The insulation layer is very important because it affects many key parameters of neuprobes,like impedance,SNR(signal noise ratio),reliability,etc.Monolayer membrane of SiO 2 or SiN are not good choices for insulation layer,since defects and residual stress in these layers can induce bad passivation.In this paper a composite insulation structure is studied,with thermal SiO 2 as the lower insulation layer and with multilayer membrane composed of PECVD SiO 2 and SiN as the upper insulation layer.This structure not only solves the problem of residual stress but also ensures a good probe passivation.So it's a good choice for insulation layer of neuroprobes.ZHAO Hui PEI WeiHua CHEN SanYuan GUI Qiang TANG RongYu GUO Kai CHEN HongDa 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,9:2
15A compact neural recording interface based on silicon microelectrode显示文摘A prototype of hybrid neural recording interface has been developed for extracellular neural recording.It consists of a silicon-based plane microelectrode array and a CMOS low noise neural amplifier chip.The neural amplifier chip is designed and implemented in 0.18 m N-well CMOS 1P6M technology.The area of the neural preamplifier is only 0.042 mm2with a gain of 48.3 dB.The input equivalent noise is 4.73μ Vrms within pass bands of 4 kHz.To avoid cable tethering for high dense multichannel neural recording interface and make it compact,flip-chip bonding is used to integrate the preamplifier chip and the microelectrode together.The hybrid device measures 3 mm×5.5 mm×330μm,which is convenient for implant or in-vivo neural recording.The hybrid device was testified in in-vivo experiment.Neural signals were recorded from hippocampus region of anesthetized Sprague Dawley rats successfully.HAN JianQiang ZHANG Xu PEI WeiHua GUI Qiang LIU Ming CHEN HongDa 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,11:2
16Fabrication of iridium oxide neural electrodes at the wafer level显示文摘Electro-deposition, electrical activation, thermal oxidation, and reactive ion sputtering are the four primary methods to fabricate iridium oxide film. Among these methods, reactive ion sputtering is a commonly used method in standard micro-fabrication processes. In different sputtering conditions, the component, texture, and electrochemistry character of iridium oxide varies considerably. To fabricate the iridium oxide film compatible with the wafer-level processing of neural electrodes, the quality of iridium oxide film must be able to withstand the mechanical and chemical impact of post-processing, and simultaneously achieve good performance as a neural electrode. In this study, parameters of sputtering were researched and developed to achieve a balance between mechanical stability and good electrochemical characteristics of iridium oxide film on electrode. Iridium oxide fabricating process combined with fabrication flow of silicon electrodes, at wafer-level, is introduced to produce silicon based planar iridium oxide neural electrodes. 20Label propagation dictionary learning based process monitoring method for industrial process with between-mode similarity显示文摘With the development of the industrial cyber-physical systems,a small amount of labeled data and a large amount of unlabeled data are collected from the industrial process.Due to the variation of internal operation conditions and external environment,there is a between-mode similarity between data samples.The scarcity of labeled data and the existence of similarity make it challenging to extract data characteristics.In addition,it creates new challenges to process monitoring.To solve these problems,this study proposes a label propagation dictionary learning method.We first establish the connection between atoms and corresponding profiles and realize the propagation of their labels through graph Laplacian regularization.Then,considering the similarity of samples in the same class,the low-rank constraint is added to sparse coding to strengthen the mutual propagation of labels.Finally,an optimization method is designed to obtain the dictionary and classifier simultaneously.When new data samples arrive,we conduct process monitoring and condition prediction based on the learned dictionary and classifier.Experiments show that the proposed method can achieve satisfactory monitoring performance when compared to several state-of-the-art methods,indicating the superiority of the proposed method.Keke HUANG Shijun TAO Yishun LIU Chunhua YANG Weihua GUI 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,1:2
