1粗纤度蚕丝包芯丝的制备及性能测试(英文)显示文摘印度中央丝绸委员会蚕丝技术研究中心研制了一种新的缫丝机。传统缫丝过程中,8~10根茧丝沿着垂直方向缠绕在滚筒上,而新研制的缫丝机可以在缫丝过程中利用一个差速旋转装置使蚕丝与其他纤维沿平行方向混纺制备蚕丝包芯丝,制备的包芯丝膨松度是传统缫丝机缫制生丝的3倍。以棉纤维、粘胶纤维和聚酯纤维等为芯丝制备蚕丝包芯丝,对其缫丝性能及品质指标进行测试的结果表明,不同种类蚕丝包芯丝的直径、缫折、出丝率、生丝回收率、质量损失率等缫丝性能指标以及平均纤度、纤度偏差、纤度最大偏差、断裂强度、延展度等品质指标均有显著差异。以蚕丝包芯丝为纬线,蚕丝为经线制作的织物,其克重、厚度、捻度、抗拉强度、撕裂强度、卷曲率、耐磨性和抗挠刚度等比普通蚕丝织物均有明显改善。Hariraj Gopal Naik Subhas V 2019蚕业科学2019,45,1:2
