| 1 | Regularity of Nitrogen Accumulation in Soybean and Its Simulation显示文摘Nitrogen(N) is considered as an important yield and quality-determining factor in soybean production. The objective of the current experiment was to determine the regularity of N accumulation and its simulation among different varieties. This work was conducted with frame tests(pot without bottom),and three cultivars,HH41,SN14,HN40,and one feed soybean variety MSD was used as materials. The results showed that the regularity of N accumulation in four varieties with the same tendency increased during the whole growth period, which was up to the maximum when the plant was harvested. The longer growth period was,the higher N accumulation of cultivars was,HN40>SN14>HH41,N accumulation of MSD was the highest because of the property for feed soybean.Regularity of N accumulation in plants could be accurately described by the Logistic equation.During the growth there was a period when N accumulation in the whole plant occurred at an intense rate. The time of onset and its duration varied with different varieties. The maximum daily N accumulation was on seed filling stage, pod bearing stage, seed filling stage and pod bearing stage in HH41,SN14,HN40 and MSD,respectively. | YAO Yubo JIN Xijun DI Wei GE Huiling MA Chunmei GONG Zhenping | 2011 | Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2011,18,1: | 2 |
| 2 | Competition assignment problem algorithm based on Hungarian method显示文摘Traditional Hungarian method can only solve standard assignment problems, while can not solve competition assignment problems. This article emphatically discussed the difference between standard assignment problems and competition assignment problems. The kinds of competition assignment problem algorithms based on Hungarian method and the solutions of them were studied. | KONG Chao REN Yongtai GE Huiling DENG Hualing | 2007 | Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2007,14,1: | 1 |
| 3 | Kindlin-2 regulates skeletal homeostasis by modulating PTH1R in mice显示文摘In vertebrates, the type 1 parathyroid hormone receptor(PTH1R)is a critical regulator of skeletal development and homeostasis;however, how it is modulated is incompletely understood. Here we report that deleting Kindlin-2 in osteoblastic cells using the mouse 10-kb Dmp1-Cre largely neutralizes the intermittent PTH-stimulated increasing of bone volume fraction and bone mineral density by impairing both osteoblast and osteoclast formation in murine adult bone.Single-cell profiling reveals that Kindlin-2 loss increases the proportion of osteoblasts, but not mesenchymal stem cells, chondrocytes and fibroblasts,in non-hematopoietic bone marrow cells, with concomitant depletion of osteoblasts on the bone surfaces, especially those stimulated by PTH.Furthermore, haploinsufficiency of Kindlin-2 and Pth1r genes, but not that of either gene,in mice significantly decreases basal and,to a larger extent,PTH-stimulated bone mass, supporting the notion that both factors function in the same genetic pathway.Mechanistically,Kindlin-2 interacts with the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of PTH1R via aa 474–475 and Gsα.Kindlin-2 loss suppresses PTH induction of cAMP production and CREB phosphorylation in cultured osteoblasts and in bone.Interestingly,PTH promotes Kindlin-2 expression in vitro and in vivo, thus creating a positive feedback regulatory loop. Finally, estrogen deficiency induced by ovariectomy drastically decreases expression of Kindlin-2 protein in osteocytes embedded in the bone matrix and Kindlin-2 loss essentially abolishes the PTH anabolic activity in bone in ovariectomized mice. Thus,we demonstrate that Kindlin-2 functions as an intrinsic component of the PTH1R signaling pathway in osteoblastic cells to regulate bone mass accrual and homeostasis. | Xuekun Fu Bo Zhou Qinnan Yan Chu Tao Lei Qin Xiaohao Wu Sixiong Lin Sheng Chen Yumei Lai Xuenong Zou Zengwu Shao Meiqing Wang Di Chen Wenfei Jin Youqiang Song Huiling Cao Ge Zhang Guozhi Xiao | 2020 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1: | 0 |

| 5 | Light-induced tumor theranostics based on chemical-exfoliated borophene显示文摘Among 2D materials(Xenes)which are at the forefront of research activities, borophene,is an exciting new entry due to its uniquely varied optical, electronic, and chemical properties in many polymorphic forms with widely varying band gaps including the lightest 2D metallic phase. In this paper,we used a simple selective chemical etching to prepare borophene with a strong near IR light-induced photothermal effect. The photothermal efficiency is similar to plasmonic Au nanoparticles, with the added benefit of borophene being degradable due to electron deficiency of boron. We introduce this selective chemical etching process to obtain ultrathin and large borophene nanosheets(thickness of ~4 nm and lateral size up to ~600 nm)from the precursor of AlB_(2).We also report first-time observation of a selective Acid etching behavior showing HCl etching of Al to form a residual B lattice, while HF selectively etches B to yield an Al lattice. We demonstrate that through surface modification with polydopamine(PDA),a biocompatible smart delivery nanoplatform of B@PDA can respond to a tumor environment, exhibiting an enhanced cellular uptake efficiency. We demonstrate that borophene can be more suitable for safe photothermal theranostic of thick tumor using deep penetrating near IR light compared to gold nanoparticles which are not degradable, thus posing longterm toxicity concerns. With about 40 kinds of borides,we hope that our work will open door to more discoveries of this top-down selective etching approach for generating borophene structures with rich unexplored thermal, electronic, and optical properties for many other technological applications. | Zhongjian Xie Yanhong Duo Taojian Fan Yao Zhu Shuai Feng Chuanbo Li Honglian Guo Yanqi Ge Shakeel Ahmed Weichun Huang Huiling Liu Ling Qi Rui Guo Defa Li Paras N.Prasad Han Zhang | 2022 | Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,12: | 0 |
