| 1 | 中国湖北省全科医生的离职意向及相关因素:一项横断面研究显示文摘背景全科医生的高流动性是中国建设有效、可持续的初级卫生保健系统的重大挑战,但可以帮助了解和解决这个问题的数据却很少。本研究旨在评估全科医生离职意向并调查相关影响因素。方法于2014-12-12至2015-03-10,在中国湖北省进行横断面调查。采用自主设计的结构化问卷,调查1 016名全科医生(有效率85.67%)。采用广义线性回归模型识别全科医生离职倾向的相关因素。结果全科医生的离职意向平均得分为(15.40±3.43)分,满分24分。78.35%的全科医生具有中等或更高的离职意向水平。631名(62.37%)全科医生遭受过虐待。包括身体攻击(18.92%)、言语侮辱(54.38%)、威胁(33.79%)、言语性骚扰(22.66%)以及身体性骚扰(7.59%)。广义线性回归模型显示,男性、职业学校或更高学历、临时工作合同、工作满意度较低、情绪倦怠得分较高、遭受工作场所暴力频率更高的全科医生离职意向更高。结论本研究表明,中国湖北省的全科医生有较高的离职意向。全科医生职业中普遍存在工作场所暴力问题,特别是言语侮辱和威胁。通过采取提供长期合同、提高整体工作满意度以及改善医患关系等措施来降低全科医生的离职意向,以维持中国三级医疗体系基础。 | GAN Y GONG Y CHEN Y 本刊编辑部 | 2018 | 中国全科医学2018，21，20： | 18 |
