1两种新型骨水泥的组织学和生物力学研究显示文摘我们研制了两种可被骨长入的骨水泥:一种是部分可吸收的骨水泥(PRC),以双酚α-甲基丙烯酸甘油酯(Bis-GMA)为基质,混合硅铝陶瓷和可吸收性聚合体颗粒调制成;另一种是磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC),由磷酸三钙、一水磷酸二氢钙、二水磷酸二钙和黄原胶组成。将这两种骨水泥分别植入家兔股骨和胫骨髁的骨缺损中,植入后2、4、12和24周取材,进行组织学观察和生物力学测试。结果发现,CPC组有递增的骨整合,伴有生物降解及巨噬细胞出现,力学测试显示抗压强度在4周之前一直降低,4周后才轻微升高,弹性模量随时间普遍降低。到第4周时,组织学观察还发现新生骨与CPC边缘直接接触。整个观察过程中未发现炎症反应。PRC组,骨整合及生物降解都很轻微,但在各个观察阶段,其抗压强度比松质骨和CPC组高(p<0.05),在4周之前,它的弹性模量高于松质骨和CPC组,4周后低于松质骨。(Bone 25:41S--45S;1999)。卢建熙 I ABOUT G STEPHAN P VAN LANDUYT J DEJOU M FIOCCHI J LEMAITRE J-P PROUST 2000医用生物力学2000,15,3:10
2Dynamic magnetic resonance defecography in 10 asymptomatic volunteers显示文摘AIM: Evaluation of the wide range of normal findings in asymptomatic women undergoing dynamic magnetic resonance (MR) defecography. METHODS: MR defecography of 10 healthy female volunteers (median age: 31 years) without previous pregnancies or history of surgery were evaluated. The rectum was filled with 180 mL gadolinium ultrasound gel mixture. MR defecography was performed in the supine position. The pelvic floor was visualized with a dynamic T2-weighted sagittal plane where all relevant pelvic floor organs were acquired during defecation. The volunteers were instructed to relax and then to perform straining maneuvers to empty the rectum. The pubococcygeal line (PCGL) was used as the line of reference. The movement of pelvic floor organs was measured as the vertical distance to this reference line. Data were recorded in the resting position as well as during the defecation process with maximal straining. Examinations were performed and evaluated by two experienced abdominal radiologists without knowledge of patient history. RESULTS: Average position of the anorectal junction was located at -5.3 mm at rest and -29.9 mm during straining. The anorectal angle widened significantly from 93° at rest to 109° during defecation. A rectocele was diagnosed in eight out of 10 volunteers showing an average diameter of 25.9 mm. The bladder base was located at a position of +23 mm at rest and descended to -8.1 mm during defecation in relation to the PCGL. The bladder base moved below the PCGL in six out of 10 volunteers, which was formally defined as a cystocele. The uterocervical junction was located at an average level of +43.1 mm at rest and at +7.9 mm during straining. The uterocervical junction of three volunteers fell below the PCGL; described formally as uterocervical prolapse. 3Identification of osteopontin as the most consistently over-expressed gene in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: Detection by oligonucleotide microarray and real-time PCR analysis显示文摘AIM: To investigate the molecular pathways involved in human cholangiocarcinogenesis by gene expression profiling. METHODS: Oligonucleotide arrays (Affymetrix U133A) were used to establish a specific gene expression profile of intrahepatic CCC in comparison to corresponding non- malignant liver tissue. To validate the expression values of the most overexpressed genes, RT-PCR experiments were performed. RESULTS: Five hundred and fifty-two statistically differentially expressed genes/ESTs (221 probes significantly up-regulated, 331 probes down-regulated; P < 0.05; fold change > 2; ≥ 70%) were identified. Using these data and two-dimensional cluster analysis,a specific gene expression profile was obtained allowing fast and reproducible differentiation of CCC, which was confirmed by supervised neuronal network modelling. The most consistently overexpressed gene (median fold change 33.5, significantly overexpressed in 100%) encoded osteopontin. Furthermore, an association of various genes with the histopathological grading could be demonstrated. CONCLUSION: A highly specific gene expression profile for intrahepatic CCC was identified, allowing for its fast and reproducible discrimination against non- malignant liver tissue and other liver masses. The most overexpressed gene in intrahepatic CCC was the gene encoding osteopontin. 4Plasma and nanoparticle shielding during pulsed laser ablation in liquids cause ablation efficiency decrease显示文摘Understanding shielding cross-effects is a prerequisite for maximal power-specific nanosecond laser ablation in liquids(LAL).However,discrimination between cavitation bubble(CB),nanoparticle(NP),and shielding,e.g.,by the plasma or a transient vapor layer,is challenging.Therefore,CB imaging by shadowgraphy is performed to better understand the plasma and laser beam-NP interaction during LAL.By comparing the fluence-dependent CB volume for ablations performed with 1 ns pulses with reports from the literature,we find larger energy-specific CB volumes for 7 ns-ablation.The increased CB for laser ablation with higher ns pulse durations could be a first explanation of the efficiency decrease reported for these laser systems having higher pulse durations.Consequently,1 ns-LAL shows superior ablation efficiency.Moreover,a CB cascade occurs when the focal plane is shifted into the liquid.This effect is enhanced when NPs are present in the fluid.Even minute amounts of NPs trapped in a stationary layer decrease the laser energy significantly,even under liquid flow.However,this local concentration in the sticking film has so far not been considered.It presents an essential obstacle in high-yield LAL,shielding already the second laser pulse that arrives and presenting a source of satellite bubbles.Hence,measures to lower the NP concentration on the target must be investigated in the future.Sarah Dittrich Stephan Barcikowski Bilal Gökce 2021Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,1:3
5Cyclin基因在胃癌患者及其第一代亲属中的表达(英文)显示文摘目的 CyclinD和CyclinE的异常表达常引起细胞周期调节异常而导致肿瘤。为阐明这些Cyclin基因在人体胃癌发生、发展过程中的作用 ,本文对 38例胃癌患者、2 9例胃癌的第一代亲属及 18例健康对照者进行了研究。方法 本研究对上述不同组别及相应的病理组织学表现 ,包括肠化生、萎缩、HP感染及胃炎的状况进行了Cyclin基因表达的研究 ,采取逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)的方法。结果 胃癌组织中CyclinD2、D3和E的表达相对于癌旁正常组织明显增高 ,并且CyclinD2和D3的增高表达也发现于胃癌的第一代亲属中 (P <0 0 5 )。不同病理组织学改变 ,肠化生组织CyclinD2、D3和E的表达明显增高 ,胃粘膜萎缩仅CyclinD3表达增高 ,HP感染较未感染组CyclinD2、D3表达增高。但CyclinD1的表达状况与病理组织学改变无关。结论 本研究提示增高的CyclinD2、D3和E是胃癌变过程中的一个常见和早期事件 ,并且基因的异常表达可出现于胃癌患者的第一代亲属中。CyclinD1的表达与胃癌变过程中的临床及病理学变化无明显关系。于君 Stephan Miehlke Matthias P.A.Ebert Daniel Szokodi B.Wehvnignh Peter Malfertheiner G Ehninger Ekkehard Bayerdoerfer 2002Chinese Medical Journal2002,,5:2
