| 1 | 肿瘤乏氧研究新进展显示文摘大量临床和实验动物研究表明乏氧见于90%以上的实体肿瘤,其生物等效致死剂量是富氧细胞的2-3倍;肿瘤治疗的总体疗效取决于肿瘤内乏氧细胞所占比例,因为乏氧细胞的存在明显增加了肿瘤对放疗、化疗的抗拒性和肿瘤自身的侵袭性,分子生物学研究已经基本明确了其作用机制[1-4]。而目前临床上应用的改善肿瘤内乏氧状态的手段,虽能提高某些肿瘤的疗效,但总体治疗效果无显著提高,有待进一步深入研究。随着分子影像技术的更新与完善,为肿瘤治疗的计划制定及预后评价提供了可靠依据。 | 文碧秀 王振宇 Fuqiu He | 2011 | 中华放射肿瘤学杂志2011,20,6: | 5 |
| 2 | X射线诱导γH2AX焦点形成的定量分析及其致DNA双链断裂的动态变化显示文摘目的 比较DNA依赖蛋白激酶催化亚基(DNA-PKcs^+/+)和DNA-PKcs^-/-小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞(MEF) X射线诱导γH2AX焦点形成的定量分析,并对鼻咽癌SUNE-1细胞进行X射线致DNA DSB动态变化。方法 采用蛋白印迹检测DNA-PKcs蛋白表达情况,细胞免疫荧光检测X射线5 Gy诱导的γH2AX焦点形成,通过ImageJ软件分析γH2AX焦点形成数量的差异。结果 DNA-PKcs在DNA-PKcs^-/-和DNA-PKcs^+/+ MEF细胞中分别表达缺失和正常。应用γH2AX焦点/细胞和γH2AX焦点/mm2分析方法动态分析X射线诱导的DNA-PKcs^+/+、DNA-PKcs^-/-MEF细胞和SUNE-1细胞DSB形成的总体趋势一致;照后 0.5~1.0 h大量γH2AX焦点形成,DNA-PKcs^+/+ MEF细胞于照后6.0 h完成修复,DNA-PKcs^-/-MEF和SUNE-1细胞X射线后于照后24.0 h完成修复。γH2AX焦点/细胞的峰值出现在照后1.0 h,γH2AX焦点/mm2的峰值则出现在照后0.5 h。对于DNA-PKcs^+/+和DNA-PKcs^-/-MEF细胞,γH2AX焦点/细胞在照后0.5、1.0、3.0、6.0、12.0 h的不同,而γH2AX焦点/mm2在照后3.0、6.0、12.0 h不同。结论 利用细胞免疫荧光动态检测照后致γH2AX焦点/细胞或γH2AX焦点/mm2的分析方法为动态定量研究DSB损伤及修复提供了新的思路。 | 董隽 王成涛 张纯 任玉峰 欧阳斌 张天 王振宇 Gloria C.Li Fuqiu He 文碧秀 | 2018 | 中华放射肿瘤学杂志2018,27,3: | 3 |
| 3 | Electrochemical extraction of cerium and formation of Al–Ce alloy from CeO_2 assisted by AlCl_3 in LiCl–KCl melts显示文摘This work presents an electrochemical extraction of cerium and synthesization of Al–Ce alloy in LiCl–KCl melts on Mo and Al electrodes by chlorination of CeO2 using AlCl3 at 873 K. The cyclic voltammogram on Mo electrodes in LiCl–KCl–CeO2 melt showed no obvious reduction wave other than the reduction of Li(I). After the addition of AlCl3, the signals of the reaction of Ce(ⅡI)/Ce(0) and the synthesization of Al–Ce and Al–Li alloys were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, square-wave voltammetry, open-circuit chronopotentiometry and chronopotentiometry. These results indicated that AlCl3 can chloridize CeO2 and that it is possible to extract cerium and form Al–Ce and Al–Li–Ce alloys in LiCl–KCl–CeO2–AlCl3 melts. According to potentiostatic electrolysis, only the Al4 Ce layer coated the Al electrodes. | 6 | Efficient bright γ-ray vortex emission from a laser-illuminated light-fan-in-channel target显示文摘X/γ-rays have many potential applications in laboratory astrophysics and particle physics.Although several methods have been proposed for generating electron,positron,and X/γ-photon beams with angular momentum(AM),the generation of ultra-intense brilliant γ-rays is still challenging.Here,we present an all-optical scheme to generate a high-energy γ-photon beam with large beam angular momentum(BAM),small divergence,and high brilliance.In the first stage,a circularly polarized laser pulse with intensity of 10^(22) W/cm^(2) irradiates a micro-channel target,drags out electrons from the channel wall,and accelerates them to high energies via the longitudinal electric fields.During the process,the laser transfers its spin angular momentum(SAM)to the electrons’orbital angular momentum(OAM).In the second stage,the drive pulse is reflected by the attached fan-foil and a vortex laser pulse is thus formed.In the third stage,the energetic electrons collide head-on with the reflected vortex pulse and transfer their AM to the γ-photons via nonlinear Compton scattering.Three-dimensional particle-in-cell simulations show that the peak brilliance of the γ-ray beam is∼10^(22) photons·s^(-1)·mm^(-2)·mrad^(-2) per 0.1% bandwidth at 1 MeV with a peak instantaneous power of 25 TW and averaged BAM of 10^(6)h/photon.The AM conversion efficiency from laser to the γ-photons is unprecedentedly 0.67%. | Hao Zhang Jie Zhao Yanting Hu Qianni Li Yu Lu Yue Cao Debin Zou Zhengming Sheng Francesco Pegoraro Paul McKenna Fuqiu Shao Tongpu Yu | 2021 | High Power Laser Science and Engineering2021,9,3: | 1 |
