19钛网、可吸收膜与rhPDGF-BB联合应用于垂直向牙槽嵴骨增量的一种新的手术方法:回顾性病例研究显示文摘本回顾性病例研究的目的在于报道将钛网、可吸收膜和重组人血小板衍生生长因子BB(rhPDGF-BB)联合应用于垂直向牙槽嵴骨增量的临床结果和组织学评估。以19名采用自体骨和无机小牛骨为移植材料的患者为研究对象。术中将移植材料与rhPDGF-BB充分混匀后.放置于骨缺损部位.恢复骨缺损区骨量与邻近牙槽嵴顶等高。随后将预塑形的钛网固定在移植部位.覆上可吸收胶原膜,严密对位缝合伤口.确保伤口无张力。术后,17名患者软组织愈合良好,1名患者在组织愈合早期发生了伤口裂开.1名患者在组织愈合后期出现胶原膜暴露。进行取出钛网手术的时候,随机收集3名软硬组织愈合良好患者的骨组织进行活检.对钛网下的再生组织进行组织学分析。结果显示,新生的骨组织平均高度为8,6±4.0mm。该研究表明在引导性骨再生术中.将钛网、可吸收生物膜与rhPDGF-BB联合应用对实现垂直向牙槽嵴骨增量具有显著效果。该方法扩大了种植手术的适应证.也使牙槽嵴伴严重骨缺损患者的三维美学结构能够恢复成为可能。Funato A Ishikawa T Kitajima H Yamada M Moroi H 薛珍珠 柳慧芬 2017中国口腔医学继续教育杂志2017,20,2:1
