| 2 | In vivo retention of poloxamer-based in situhydrogels for vaginal application in mouse and rat models显示文摘The purpose of this study is to evaluate the in vivo retention capabilities of poloxamer-based in situ hydrogels for vaginal application with nonoxinol-9 as the model drug. Two in situ hydrogel formulations, which contained 18% poloxamer 407 plus 1% poloxamer 188(GEL1, relative hydrophobic)or 6% poloxamer 188(GEL2, relative hydrophilic), were compared with respect to the rheological properties, in vitro hydrogel erosion and drug release. The vaginal retention capabilities of these hydrogel formulations were further determined in two small animal models, including drug quantitation of vaginal rinsing fluid in mice and isotope tracing with99 m Tc in rats. The two formulations exhibited similar phase transition temperatures ranging from 27 to 32 1C. Increasing the content of poloxamer 188 resulted in higher rheological moduli under body temperature, but slightly accelerated hydrogel erosion and drug release. When compared in vivo, GEL1 was eliminated significantly slower in rat vagina than GEL2,while the vaginal retention of these two hydrogel formulations behaved similarly in mice. In conclusion,increases in the hydrophilic content of formulations led to faster hydrogel erosion, drug release andintravaginal elimination. | 5 | Statistical Analysis of Regularity of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables Produced in Inner Mongoli显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to study regularity of pesticide residues in vegetables produced in Inner Mongolia.[Method]Mathematical statistic analysis was carried out on 6 800 samples of veggies,fruits,leguminous vegetables,nuts and seeds produced in Inner Mongolia.[Result]The dominated vegetables in Inner Mongolia were green leafy vegetables,solanaceous vegetables and melon vegetables,and their yields accounted for 70%of the total vegetables production.Since 2003,with the rapid increase of detected vegetable numbers,the status of vegetable quality safety had entered into a new stage of sustainable steady after a rapid decline or periodic fluctuation,and the differences in safety levels were obvious,of which the range of exceeding standard rate of pesticide residues in solanaceous vegetables,melon vegetables and leguminous vegetables(about 55%of the total vegetables)was under 2%,with average values of 1.1%,1.6%and 3.1%,respectively.They belonged to stable type.The exceeding standard rate of pesticide residues in green leafy vegetables and Chinese cabbage group(about 30%of total vegetables)presented a decreasing trend year by year,wondering in the range of 7%-10%.They belonged to main risk type.The time period of exceeding standard of pesticide residues in root vegetables and cole vegetables was under predictable,and its exceeding standard rate in some years was over 5%(amplitude variation is over 15percentage points).They belonged to random risk type.The kinds of pesticides,which exceeding standard rate in vegetables were relatively intensive,presented variance in different vegetable species.70%of the pesticides belonged to intermittent over-limits and the probability was below 5%.About 20%tradition pesticides often exceeded standard and their probabilities were over 30%.The exceeding standard of organophosphorus and carbamates pesticides in vegetables presented a decreasing tend,while the risk of some new pesticides containing nitrogen element and high effective pyrethroids showed an increasing tendency.[Conclusion]The paper provided decision making services for agricultural management departments. | Fujin ZHANG Dekun HOU Jiang HE Tianyun GAO Hong LUO Songyan LANG Xinxin ZHANG Yiping YAO | 2013 | Agricultural Science & Technology2013,14,10: | 2 |

| 9 | Study on the Effect of Two-Step Saturated Steam Heat Treatment Process on the Properties of Reconstituted Bamboo显示文摘With the aim of utilizing reconstituted bamboo as a carbon cycle oriented material,the improvement of physical and mechanical properties has been actively studied to solve using problems The saturated steam heat treatment process has been widely used in worldwide.With the development and exploration of this technology,two step satu-rated steam heat treatment process appears in some practical production,that is,affer a period of saturated steam heat treatment at a lower temperature,the bamboo bundles are taken out and seasoned for a period of time,and then put back into the heat tank again,and heated at a higher temperature for another period of time.During the two-step saturated steam heat treatment,the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo changed.However,the mechanism of two step saturated steam heat treatment has not been thoroughly discussed.For purpose that this paper all discuss and find out the mechanism of two step saturated steam heat treatment on the change of physical and mechanical properties of reconstituted bamboo.In this work,the one and two step saturated steam heat treat-ments were carried out according to the actual production parameters,and the physical and mechanical properties of the reconstituted bamboo board made of treated bamboo bundles were analyzed,including the color change,the thickness swelling(TS),modulus of elasticity(MOE),modulus of rupture(MOR)and shear strength.The results indicate that two-step saturated steam heat treatment is better than one step.Based on the detailed study of the chemical composition,crytalinity and micro morphologial characteristics of the heated bamboo bundles,it is further revealed that during two-step saturated steam heat treatment,oxygen air is added to the reaction system between the two heat treatment processes to further catalyze the oxidation of hemicellulose and enhance the crystal-linity of cellulose,so as to improve the properties of the final products.Our work has optimized the saturated steam heat treatment process which is widely used in industry,pointing out a new idea in the experimental and theoretical basis for the development of recombinant bamboo manufacturing industry. | Xin Han Zhichao Lou Chenglong Yuan Xinwu Wu Jie Liu Fujin Weng Yanjun Li | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,12: | 1 |
