| 1 | 宗族网络与村庄收入分配显示文摘本文通过构建宗族网络作用于农户迁移选择的模型,以农业部的固定观察点调查和中国经济研究中心的补充调查数据为基础,考察了宗族网络对村庄内部收入分配的影响。结果发现,宗族网络对缓解村庄内部的收入差距的扩大具有显著的正向作用。也就是说,相比没有祠堂或家谱的村庄,农户可支配收入的基尼系数在有祠堂或家谱的村庄中更低。这种影响主要体现在宗族网络对低收入群农户劳动力流动的促进作用,使得他们从宗族网络中获益更多。我们还发现,随着改革开放进程的加快,宗族网络对缩小收入差距所发挥的作用将越来越明显。这表明,宗族网络作为一种非正式制度对农村正式制度的发展起到了互补作用。 | 郭云南 姚洋 Jeremy Foltz | 2014 | 管理世界2014，30，1： | 80 |
