1Effects of Partial Replacement of Chemical Fertilizer by Bio-organic Fertilizer Kunyijian on Yield and Quality of Tobacco Leaves显示文摘To explore the application effect of bio-organic fertilizer Kunyijian in flue-cured tobacco and provide scientific basis for its application in production,a plot trial was conducted with K326,a flue-cured tobacco variety,in the Science and Technology Test Base of Xundian County,Yunnan.Taking local fertilizer consumption(control 1)and 70%local fertilizer consumption(control 2)as controls,the following replacement groups were designed:under uniformly replacement 70%local fertilizer consumption,(i)organic fertilizer∶microbial agent=80∶1(kg),+600 kg/ha,+900 kg/ha,+1200 kg/ha,+1500 kg/ha Kunyijian;(ii)organic fertilizer∶microbial agent=40∶1(kg),+900 kg/ha Kunyijian.The results show that in the treatment of 70%local fertilizer consumption+1200 kg/ha Kunyijian[organic fertilizer∶microbial agent=80∶1(kg)],the comprehensive performance of flue-cured tobacco was significantly better than that in the control groups,the yield of tobacco leaves reached 2237.1 kg/ha,the output value was 45505.2 yuan/ha,and the average price of the tobacco leaves was 20.53 yuan/kg.The performance of flue-cured tobacco in the treatment of 70%local fertilizer consumption+1500 kg/ha Kunyijian ranked second.The performance of other fertilization treatments was not good,but it did not differ significantly from that of control 1.In terms of chemical composition of tobacco leaves,partial replacement of chemical fertilizer by bio-organic fertilizer Kunyijian,was beneficial to increase the sugar content and reduce the nicotine and total nitrogen contents in tobacco leaves,especially the treatment of 70%local fertilizer consumption+900 kg/ha Kunyijian[organic fertilizer∶microbial agent=80∶1(kg)],and it was also beneficial to increase the chlorine content in tobacco leaves,especially the treatment of 70%local fertilizer consumption+1500 kg/ha Kunyijian[organic fertilizer∶microbial agent=80∶1(kg)].Therefore,it is feasible to use the bio-organic fertilizer Kunyijian to replace 30%of chemical fertilizer in tobacco production.The rate is recommended to be 900-1500 kg/ha[organic fertilizer∶microbial agent=80∶1(kg)].It is suggested to further strengthen the demonstration and promotion of Kunyijian.Folin LI Bingbing LU Lina YANG Ronghui YANG Facong QIAN Xingyang XU Jie LI 2020Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,3:1
2腮腺癌不规范手术后再手术相关问题探讨(英文)显示文摘Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the clinical disadvantages of non-standard surgical treatment for parotid gland cancer and probe the re-operative indication following non-standard surgical treatment.Methods: Data of 58 cases suffered parotid gland cancer who received non-standard operation at other hospital and received re-operation in tumor hospital of Ganzhou from June 1998 to October 2010 were retrospectively reviewed.Results: In all cases,parotid gland cancer were residual in 46 cases,the facial nerve remaining rate was 81.0% (47/58),facial nerve branches injury rate was 3.5% (2/58),facial nerve partial resection rate was 8.6% (5/58) and total resection rate was 6.9% (4/58).The sensitivity of residual tumor was 83.3%,scanned by contrast-enhanced CT and the CT positive predictive value was 86.9%. 3Analysis of the Appearance Quality of Tobacco Leaves in the Tobacco-growing Areas of Qujing City显示文摘In order to set up the digitization indices system of appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Qujing. According to the relevant standards,the quantitative analysis on appearance quality of 39 cutter and upper tobacco leaf samples which were collected from eight fluecured tobacco production regions of Qujing City,Yunnan Province were carried out in 2011,respectively. The results showed that the difference in evaluation score of appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco in eight regions was not significant. The tobacco leaves had high maturity,high oil content,loose structure and good appearance quality. The scores of appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco in Shizong County and Malong County are higher than other regions. The two regions are suitable for tobacco plantation. 4The Quality Difference of Tobacco Leaves Between Different Flue-curing Processes in Honghe Tobacco-growing Area显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to compare the effects of different curing processes,in order to optimize the local supporting intensive fluecuring process.[Methods] A comparative experiment was carried out in Mile,Luxi and Jianshui on the four-layer tobacco-packed intensive curing process(K1)and the eight-point precise and intensive curing process(K2).[Results]The results showed that according to the appearance evaluation of the tobacco leaves,K1 was higher than K2 in respective scores of color,maturity,leaf structure and defects and the total score,while K1 equaled K2 in the scores of identity,oil content,chroma and length.The differences in respective scores of the two processes were not significant.According to the results of sensory evaluation,the two tobacco enterprises got different evaluation results of unblended cigarettes made of the middle leaves due to different raw material requirements of the enterprises by different processes.K1 was higher than K2 in the sensory evaluation of China Tobacco Yunnan Industrial Co.,Ltd.,while it was lower than K2 in that of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co.,Ltd.,and the difference in the total score between the two processes was significant.From the content of chemical components,in the conventional chemical component contents including total sugar,reducing sugar,chlorine and starch,K1 was higher than K2,while in the contents of potassium,total phytonine,total nitrogen and petroleum ether extract,K1 was lower than K2,but the differences were not significant.K1 was lower than K2 in the contents of neutral aroma components including ketones,alcohols,aldehydes,heterocyclics,neophytadiene and total content,while K1 was higher than K2 in the contents of esters,phenols,but the respective differences were not significant.Except the significant difference in the total score in the sensory evaluation of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co.,Ltd.,there were no significant differences in other items in the appearance evaluation,sensory evaluation and chemical composition of tobacco leaves between K1 and K2.[Conclusions] The supporting intensive curing process can be further optimized on the basis of this study.Lina YANG Xinwei JI Folin LI Bingbing LYU Kun HUANG Enping PU Zelin CHEN Junhong CHEN Xiaolin YANG Jungang DUAN Rui LI 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,2:0
5Co anchored on porphyrinic triazine-based frameworks with excellent biocompatibility for conversion of CO_(2)in H_(2)-mediated microbial electrosynthesis显示文摘Microbial electrosynthesis is a promising alternative to directly convert CO_(2)into long-chain compounds by coupling inorganic electrocatalysis with biosynthetic systems.However,problems arose that the conventional electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution may produce extensive by-products of reactive oxygen species and cause severe metal leaching,both of which induce strong toxicity toward microorganisms.Moreover,poor stability of electrocatalysts cannot be qualified for long-term operation.These problems may result in poor biocompatibility between electrocatalysts and microorganisms.To solve the bottleneck problem,Co anchored on porphyrinic triazine-based frameworks was synthesized as the electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution and further coupled with Cupriavidus necator H16.It showed high selectivity for a four-electron pathway of oxygen reduction reaction and low production of reactive oxygen species,owing to the synergistic effect of Co–Nx modulating the charge distribution and adsorption energy of intermediates.Additionally,low metal leaching and excellent stability were observed,which may be attributed to low content of Co and the stabilizing effect of metalloporphyrins.Hence,the electrocatalyst exhibited excellent biocompatibility.Finally,the microbial electrosynthesis system equipped with the electrocatalyst successfully converted CO_(2)to poly-β-hydroxybutyrate.This work drew up a novel strategy for enhancing the biocompatibility of electrocatalysts in microbial electrosynthesis system.Folin Liu Shaohua Feng Siyuan Xiu Bin Yang Yang Hou Lecheng Lei Zhongjian Li 2022Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,12:0
