1Wnt/β-catenin signaling in cancers and targeted therapies显示文摘Wnt/β-catenin signaling has been broadly implicated in human cancers and experimental cancer models of animals.Aberrant activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling is tightly linked with the increment of prevalence,advancement of malignant progression,development of poor prognostics,and even ascendence of the cancer-associated mortality.Early experimental investigations have proposed the theoretical potential that efficient repression of this signaling might provide promising therapeutic choices in managing various types of cancers.Up to date,many therapies targeting Wnt/β-catenin signaling in cancers have been developed,which is assumed to endow clinicians with new opportunities of developing more satisfactory and precise remedies for cancer patients with aberrant Wnt/β-catenin signaling.Fanyuan Yu Changhao Yu Feifei Li Yanqin Zuo Yitian Wang Lin Yao Chenzhou Wu Chenglin Wang Ling Ye 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,9:8
2The Dynamics Mechanism of Vulnerability for Resource-based Enterprise Communities in China显示文摘This paper has analyzed the dynamics mechanism of resource enterprises community vulnerability,selected the key factor of resources to establish a nonlinear dynamical model.The model reveals the constrained relationship between the number of vulnerable enterprises and resource shortage rate,and the same relationship between t vulnerable enterprise numbers and the owning rate of resource market by the biggest enterprise in resource-type enterprises community of China.The results showed that,the shortage rate of resources take up more percentage than the occupancy of resource rate of the strongest enterprises in Enterprise community when D>q.the characteristics and patterns of the Chinese enterprise evolution are as follows,(1)The strongest enterprises n1 will decline or transform in the enterprise community.(2)The enterprises which survived after the shortage of resources will go through three stages:①resistance stage;②recovery stage;③stable stage.We believe that there are three movements that can make sure the resource-based enterprises community keep growing continuously in the competitive market for resources,(1)understand the enterprise resources shortage rate and the strongest enterprises share in resource rate in enterprise community,(2)follow the even-odd symmetry or odd-even symmetry laws based on the familiarity of a resource economy,(3)put the enterprises in the suitable position.Lichun Hou Zhenshan Lin Ping Wang Fanyuan Zeng Chao Han 2019Journal of Geographical Research2019,2,4:0
3A Survey on Event Tracking in Social Media Data Streams显示文摘Social networks are inevitable parts of our daily life,where an unprecedented amount of complex data corresponding to a diverse range of applications are generated.As such,it is imperative to conduct research on social events and patterns from the perspectives of conventional sociology to optimize services that originate from social networks.Event tracking in social networks finds various applications,such as network security and societal governance,which involves analyzing data generated by user groups on social networks in real time.Moreover,as deep learning techniques continue to advance and make important breakthroughs in various fields,researchers are using this technology to progressively optimize the effectiveness of Event Detection(ED)and tracking algorithms.In this regard,this paper presents an in-depth comprehensive review of the concept and methods involved in ED and tracking in social networks.We introduce mainstream event tracking methods,which involve three primary technical steps:ED,event propagation,and event evolution.Finally,we introduce benchmark datasets and evaluation metrics for ED and tracking,which allow comparative analysis on the performance of mainstream methods.Finally,we present a comprehensive analysis of the main research findings and existing limitations in this field,as well as future research prospects and challenges.Zixuan Han Leilei Shi Lu Liu Liang Jiang Jiawei Fang Fanyuan Lin Jinjuan Zhang John Panneerselvam Nick Antonopoulos 2024Big Data Mining and Analytics2024,7,1:0
