1HPLC Fingerprint Chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica Produced in Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives] To establish fingerprint chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica and provide basis for controlling and assessing the quality of Tetracera asiatica.[Methods] The high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method was used. Phenomenex C18( 5 μm,4. 6 ×250 mm),acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid water,gradient elution,flow rate 1 m L/min,detection wavelength 214 nm,and column temperature 25 ℃. The fingerprint chromatogram of 10 batches of samples of Tetracera asiatica was determined for similarity comparison. [Results] It established HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Tetracera asiatica produced in Guangxi,determined a total of 13 common fingerprint peaks. 2Content Determination of Total Flavonoids in Tetracera asiatica from 10 Different Production Areas in Guangxi显示文摘[Objectives] To determine the content of total flavonoids in Tetracera asiatica from different production areas in Guangxi and provide a basis for improving the quality standards of crude drug. [Methods] Using 50% ethanol as extractor,NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3-NaOH as chromogenic system and rutin as the reference substance,the content of total flavonoids from the crude drug was determined. [Results] A method for determining the content of total flavonoids was established,the content of total flavonoids was 11.35-21.35 mg·g^(-1),and the average content was 17.64 mg·g^(-1). 3A family of oligo(p-phenylenevinylene)derivative aggregation-induced emission probes:Ultrasensitive,rapid,and anti-interfering fluorescent sensing of perchlorate via precise alkyl chain length modulation显示文摘The precise regulation of interactions provided by aggregation-induced emission(AIE)probes is of considerable significance for improving the sensing performance in the field of on-site detection.Here,a highly sensitive perchlorate detection probe was designed by precisely modulating the van der Waals interactions by adjusting the length of the alkyl chain.The optimized AIE probe demonstrated superior perchlorate detection performance owing to its strong van der Waals interactions with perchlorate,including a low detection limit(53.81 nM),rapid response(<5 s),and excellent specificity even in the presence of 16 interfering anions.In addition,a hydrogel-based device loaded with the probe was constructed to achieve ultrasensitive recognition of perchlorate particles with a detection limit as low as 15 fg under a fluorescence microscope.Moreover,the practicality of the probe was further verified by employing a sensing chip in a portable detector,and thus the probe has been proven to be highly promising for trace perchlorate monitoring in real scenarios.We expect the present study to be of great value for the efficient design of high-performance fluorescent probes.Fangfang Xiao Yushu Li Jiguang Li Da Lei Guangfa Wang Tianshi Zhang Xiaoyun Hu Xincun Dou 2023Aggregate2023,4,2:0
4Research Situation of Polysaccharides of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the changes of polysaccharides content in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis and its pharmacological action. The results showed that different growth years,different periods,different habitats and different external factors had influences on the change of polysaccharide content in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis has certain effects of enhancing immunity,resisting fatigue and oxidation,promoting digestion and salivation secretion,reducing blood sugar and blood pressure,resisting tumor and liver injury,and relaxing bowels. Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis polysaccharides are the main effective components in Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis. 5Functions of Plant Growth Substances in the Growth of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo显示文摘[Objectives] To study the effects of plant growth substance on the growth and development of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo. [Methods] Comparative methods were applied to study the effects of plant growth substance on the growth and development of D. officinale Kimura et Migo. [Results] Plant growth regulators play an important role in the process of tissue culture rapid propagation of D. officinale Kimura et Migo,and the main regulatory pathways are as follows.( i) Plant growth regulators promote the growth and development of D. officinale Kimura et Migo through regulating the changes of its endogenous hormones.( ii) Plant growth regulators affect the accumulation of polysaccharide content in D. officinale Kimura et Migo through regulating the changes in chlorophyll content and enzymes involved in sucrose metabolism.( iii) Plant growth regulators can increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes of D. officinale Kimura et Migo,to increase its stress resistance. 7Determination of Total Flavonoids in Leaves of Tetracera asiatica显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to determine and compare the contents of flavonoids in the leaves of Tetracera asiatica , an ethnic medicine from different habitats, in order to provide a basis for the quality control of its medicinal materials. [Methods] The flavonoid compounds in the leaves of T. asiatica were reflux-extracted in a water bath, and the total flavonoid content in T. asiatica was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. [Results] The total flavonoid content in T. asiatica leaves varied according to different habitats. The highest content was found in Gaofeng (19.41%) of Guangxi, followed by Huizhou (16.88%) of Guangdong and Hong Kong (16.76%). The lowest total flavonoid content was found in Shangcuntang (3.91%) of Bobai County, Guangxi, followed by Beiliu (4.15%), Guangxi. The total flavonoid contents in the samples ranged from 3.91% to 19.41%, with an average content of about 12.36%. 8A visualized soundscape prediction model for design processes in urban parks显示文摘Existing soundscape prediction model application conditions and calculation processes are very complex,and difficult to combine with design processes.Therefore,in this study,a visual soundscape prediction model is constructed for sound pressure level(SPL)prediction,sound source prediction,and soundscape evaluation prediction by inputting the elements of urban design under the meshing method(grid 50 m)into a machine learning Gaussian mixture model(GMM).Taking three typical urban parks as examples,the soundwalk method is used to collect subjective perception information on-site to verify prediction accuracy.The results show that by applying geographic information data,including the minimum distance values from predicted points to roads,entrances and exits,and internal nodes,the SPL can be predicted.When the accuracy rate is stable within a 3 dBA error range,the prediction accuracy rate is 67.7%.The visual perception information added is used to quickly predict the sound source type,and the output is the visualized distribution of the natural,human,and mechanical sound perception with a 77.4%accuracy rate.Finally,combining geographic,visual and sound data to predict soundscape evaluation,the model's output are good,medium,and poor categories for each descriptor of the soundscape evaluation,and the prediction results are visualized in three colours with a 74.2%accuracy rate.The convenient soundscape prediction model proposed in this paper can be applied to design practice.By adjusting park design elements,the distribution results can be compared,and an optimal design scheme from the soundscape perspective can be obtained.Combined with the model output,this study compares the model simulation results after adjusting the design elements and the original,and proposes targeted optimisation strategies for urban park soundscape.Ran Yue Qi Meng Da Yang Yue Wu Fangfang Liu Wei Yan 2023Building Simulation2023,16,3:0
9Intermolecular through-space charge transfer enabled by bicomponent assembly for ultrasensitive detection of synthetic cannabinoid JWH-018显示文摘Launching the intermolecular through-space charge transfer(TSCT)from a bicomponent assembly for photophysical property manipulation is of great significance in fluorescence probe design.Here,we demonstrate the elaborate control of droplet evaporation dynamics for intermolecular TSCT can facilitate the ultrasensitive detection of JWH-018,a representative synthetic cannabinoid.Driven by diverse intermolecular interactions,the probe,and JWH-018 assemble in a closely stacked manner to emit strong fluorescence at 477 nm,ascribing to the intermolecular TSCT at the S2 state.The strategy realizes an ultra-low limit of detection of 11 nmol/mL and great selectivity towards JWH-018.The practicability is further verified by constructing a sensing chip for JWH-018 aerosol detection,which facilitates the on-site drug abuser screening with the naked eye.Moreover,the proposed assembly-enabled TSCT is expected to find a variety of applications for optoelectronic materials design and photophysical mechanism-dominated molecular recognition.Chaogan Liu Fangfang Xiao Yushu Li Da Lei Yuan Liu Xiaowei Ma Chengzhi Gu Xincun Dou 2023Aggregate2023,4,4:0
