| 1 | Controlling light with light using coherent metadevices: all-optical transistor, summator and invertor显示文摘Although vast amounts of information are conveyed by photons in optical fibers,the majority of data processing is performed electronically,creating the infamous‘information bottleneck’and consuming energy at an increasingly unsustainable rate.The potential for photonic devices to directly manipulate light remains unfulfilled due largely to a lack of materials with strong,fast optical nonlinearities.In this paper,we show that small-signal amplifier,summator and invertor functions for optical signals may be realized using a four-port device that exploits the coherent interaction of beams on a planar plasmonic metamaterial,assuming no intrinsic nonlinearity.The redistribution of energy among ports can provide nonlinear input-output signal dependencies and may be coherently controlled at very low intensity levels,with multi-THz bandwidth and without introducing signal distortion,thereby presenting powerful opportunities for novel optical data processing architectures,complexity oracles and the locally coherent networks that are becoming part of the mainstream telecommunications agenda. | Xu Fang Kevin F MacDonald Nikolay I Zheludev | 2015 | Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1: | 5 |
| 2 | Non-suicidal self-injury in Shanghai inner bound middle school students显示文摘Background Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behaviour is very common among adolescents. Its prevalence and behavioural characteristics may vary according to regional and cultural differences. Investigation of NSSI locations and diagnosis of adolescents with NSSI are relatively lacking in China. Aims The study objective was to determine the prevalence and features of NSSI among middle school students in Shanghai. Methods The participants were from grade 6 to 8 selected from three junior schools in Jing’an District. Consenting students completed the Ottawa Self-Injury Inventory to determine the prevalence and characteristics of NSSI. Those who indicated NSSI within the past month were administered the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview for Children and Adolescents to assess for emotional disorders. Result The result shows 510 participants (21.7%;mean age 13.51 (0.97) years old;56.7% female) reported at least one instance of NSSI during the previous 12 months. NSSI was significantly more common in girls than boys (24.9% vs 18.5%;χ^2=14.03, p=0.00). Commonly reported reasons for NSSI were for internal and external emotion regulation (87.9%, 82.3%) and social influence (57.8%). Anxiety disorders were the most common (28.9%) disorder associated with NSSI. Conclusion The rate of NSSI of middle school students in Shanghai inner bound is similar to those reported in North American and European youth. | 3 | 全颗粒饲料对奶牛生产性能的影响显示文摘饲料中的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量和饲料颗粒直径是影响瘤胃功能的重要因素。试验评估了以颗粒饲料为主的奶牛瘤胃健康情况、NDF消化率和生产性能。选取8头荷斯坦母牛(336±30 d,体重346±35 kg),随机分配到交叉重复试验组中,奶牛安置于牛栏,自由采食。试验期为3周,前两周是适应期,最后一周为数据收集期。各组饲粮原料相同,但物理形式不同,分为全混合日粮(TMR)和颗粒料(直径=8 mm)。两组间物理有效NDF(pe NDF)不同,TMR组为39.8%,颗粒料组为11.8%。在试验过程中,干物质采食量(DMI)、饮水量、瘤胃反刍时间、瘤胃温度和pH情况均记录。3周后收集粪样,确定潜在的可消化NDF总消化率(pdNDF)。每阶段结束后计算平均日增重和饲料转化率。颗粒料组的DMI、DMI/体重和饮水量更高。而两组间平均日增重和饲料转化率无显著差异。颗粒料组的瘤胃反刍时间为241 min·d-1低于TMR组的507 min·d-1。饲料的不同物理外形对瘤胃温度、瘤胃pH无显著影响。TMR组的pdNDF总消化率为90.25%高于颗粒料组的86.82%。试验结果表明,动物易接受完整的颗粒饲料,DMI较高,且反刍时间减少,但瘤胃pH无显著变化。TMR组的pdNDF消化率显著增加。尽管两组奶牛在DMI和纤维消化方面表现不同,但总体表现相似,两组饲料的保存时间与其物理形式有关。在短期内,提供能满足NDF需求的完全颗粒饲料可改善瘤胃健康状况和动物生产性能,而较长时间的数据则需要进一步试验。 | Wang J Yang M Cao M Lin Y Che L Q Duraipandiyan V Al-Dhabi N A Fang Z F Xu S Y Feng B Liu G Wu D Bonfante E Palmonari A Mammi L Canestrari G Fustini M Formigoni A | 2016 | 饲料博览2016,0,12: | 2 |

| 6 | 非结构网格空气质量模式对东亚强沙尘暴的初步模拟研究显示文摘基于中国科学院大气物理研究所自主研发的嵌套网格空气质量数值预报模式(NAQPMS)和英国帝国理工学院应用计算与建模小组(AMCG)研制的有限元流体模式(Fluidity),构建了非结构网格沙尘传输模式(Fluidity-Dust),并模拟再现了2010年3月19-22日东亚强沙尘暴整个暴发、演变的三维立体动态过程,从整体上对这次沙尘事件有了全新的直观认识和了解。通过利用FY-2D卫星沙尘反演资料及MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer)卫星反演的气溶胶光学厚度(AOD)资料,可对模拟结果进行整体上对比验证;同时,利用中国9个城市站点的PM10(空气动力学当量直径小于等于10μm的颗粒物,即可吸入颗粒物)地面观测资料以及日本多个站点的激光雷达资料,逐一对比分析了不同地区PM10的时空分布以及沙尘传输经过时的垂直分布情况;并与NAQPMS模式的沙尘模拟结果进行了模式间的对比分析。对比结果均表明:该模式具有较好的模拟能力,能很好地模拟再现整个沙尘暴过程,为今后进一步运用自适应变网格技术以实现对沙尘暴的高精度追踪模拟奠定了基础。不同模式比较是量化模拟不确定性的重要方法。以往沙尘输送模式比较研究表明:起沙量模拟的不确定性是沙尘暴数值模拟的最大不确定来源。本文通过两个具有相同起沙方案的模式对同一沙尘事件的模拟,发现不同的平流方案以及不同的沉降计算也会对沙尘过程模拟产生重要影响。 | 郑捷 王自发 朱江 李杰 FANG F PAIN C C | 2016 | 气候与环境研究2016,21,6: | 2 |
