1Microstructure and penetration behavior of electroformed copper liners of shaped charges during explosive detonation deformation显示文摘The microstructure in the electroformed copper liners of shaped charges prepared with different electrolytes was studied by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Electron Backscattering Kikuchi Pattern (EBSP) methods. SEM observations revealed the existence of columnar grains in electroformed copper liners of shaped charges formed by electrolyte without any additive and the average grain size is about 3 μm. When an additive is introduced to the electrolyte, the grains formed in the copper liners become equiaxed and finer. EBSP results show that the columnar grain grown during electroformation has the most preferential growth direction, whereas a micro-texture does not exit in the specimen prepared by electrolyte with the additive. 2Progress in molecular docking显示文摘Background:In recent years,since the molecular docking technique can greatly improve the efficiency and reduce the research cost,it has become a key tool in computer-assisted drug design to predict the binding affinity and analyze the interactive mode.Results:This study introduces the key principles,procedures and the widely-used applications for molecular docking.Also,it compares the commonly used docking applications and recommends which research areas are suitable for them.Lastly,it briefly reviews the latest progress in molecular docking such as the integrated method and deep learning.Conclusion:Limited to the incomplete molecular structure and the shortcomings of the scoring function,current docking applications are not accurate enough to predict the binding affinity.However,we could improve the current molecular docking technique by integrating the big biological data into scoring function.Jiyu Fan Ailing Fu Le Zhang 2019Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2019,7,2:3

6Neuropeptide Y and nestin expression in the hippocampal CA3 region following restrained and inverted stress in rats显示文摘Our preliminary study demonstrated that neuropeptide Y(NPY)/nestin-positive cells exhibit a consistent spatial distribution in the hippocampus of normal adult rats.However,following severe acute and chronic stress-induced impaired learning and memory,synchronous decreased expression of nestin and NPY takes place in the hippocampus,and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.In the present study,acute and chronic stress rat models were established using combined restrained and inverted stress.Results showed that learning and memory significantly decreased in acute and chronic stress rats.In addition,hippocampal cells were damaged,in particular in the acute stress rats,and nestin and NPY expression,as well as the number of NPY/nestin-positive cells in the CA3 region,significantly decreased.Furthermore,mature neurofilament 200-positive neurons were absent in the chronic stress rats.The NPY and cytoskeletal protein system equally contributed to stress-induced early learning and memory deficits,as well as sustained cerebral injury in the adult hippocampus.Sun, Guogang Chen, Bo Fan, Guangbi Xiao, Hongwen Chen, Yue Xu, Jie Nie, Ye Zhang, Bing Gong, Lin Li, Ailing 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,3:1

8A small molecular electron acceptor based on asymmetric hexacyclic core of thieno[1,2-b]indaceno[5,6-b']thienothiophene for efficient fullerene-free polymer solar cells显示文摘A novel A-D-A(acceptor-donor-acceptor)type non-fullerene small molecule,A201,consisting of an asymmetric thieno[1,2-b]indaceno[5,6-b^0]thienothiophene(TITT)unit as middle D part and 2-(3-oxo-2,3-dihydroinden-1-ylidene)malononitrile(IC)groups as end-capped A parts was designed and synthesized.The asymmetric TITT building block showed a higher dipole moment of 0.85 Debye(1 Debye=3.33564?10^(à30)cm)compared with the symmetric analogues of indacenodithiophene(IDT)and indacenodithieno[3,2-b]thiophene(IDTT)of 0.098 and 0.13 Debye,respectively.The solution-processed bulk heterojunction solar cells using a benzotriazole(BTA)-based polymer of J71 as donor and A201 as acceptor,showed a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 9.36%with an open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))of0.88 V,a short-circuit current(J_(sc))of 13.15 m A cm^(à2),and a fill factor(FF)of 0.67,under the illumination of AM 1.5G at 100 m W cm^(à2).The high PCE of this material combination could be attributed to its broad absorption spectrum and the high hole mobility(l_h)and electron mobility(l_e)of 9.56?10^(à4)and 5.17?10^(à4)cm^2V^(à1)s^(à1),respectively.These results indicate that the asymmetric electron-donating segments are promising to construct A-D-A type small molecular acceptors,which could largely enhance the diversity of building blocks to design photovoltaic materials.Wenchao Zhai Ailing Tang Bo Xiao Xiaochen Wang Fan Chen Erjun Zhou 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,13:1
9Geological characteristics and models of fault-foldfracture body in deep tight sandstone of the second member of Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation in Xinchang structural belt of Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘In the second member of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation(T_(3)x_(2))in the Xinchang area,western Sichuan Basin,only a low percent of reserves has been recovered,and the geological model of gas reservoir sweet spot remains unclear.Based on a large number of core,field outcrop,test and logging-seismic data,the T_(3)x_(2) gas reservoir in the Xinchang area is examined.The concept of fault-fold-fracture body(FFFB)is proposed,and its types are recognized.The main factors controlling fracture development are identified,and the geological models of FFFB are established.FFFB refers to faults,folds and associated fractures reservoirs.According to the characteristics and genesis,FFFBs can be divided into three types:fault-fracture body,fold-fracture body,and fault-fold body.In the hanging wall of the fault,the closer to the fault,the more developed the effective fractures;the greater the fold amplitude and the closer to the fold hinge plane,the more developed the effective fractures.Two types of geological models of FFFB are established:fault-fold fracture,and matrix storage and permeability.The former can be divided into two subtypes:network fracture,and single structural fracture,and the later can be divided into three subtypes:bedding fracture,low permeability pore,and extremely low permeability pore.The process for evaluating favorable FFFB zones was formed to define favorable development targets and support the well deployment for purpose of high production.The study results provide a reference for the exploration and development of deep tight sandstone oil and gas reservoirs in China.LIU Junlong LIU Zhongqun LIU Zhenfeng LIU Yali SHEN Baojian XIAO Kaihua BI Youyi WANG Xiaowen WANG Ail FAN Lingxiao LI Jitongl 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3:0
10Dithizone-functionalized C18 online solid-phase extraction-HPLC-ICP-MS for speciation of ultra-trace organic and inorganic mercury in cereals and environmental samples显示文摘A simple and efficient dithizone-functionalized solid-phase extraction(SPE)procedure,online coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,was developed for the first time for enrichment and determination of ultra-trace mercury(Hg)species(inorganic divalent Hg(Hg(Ⅱ)),methylmercury(CH_(3)Hg(Ⅱ))and ethylmercury(C_(2)H_(5)Hg(Ⅱ))in cereals and environmental samples.In the proposed method,functionalization of the commercial C_(18) column with dithizone,enrichment,and elution of the above Hg species can be completed online with the developed SPE device.A simple solution of 2-mercaptoethanol(1%(V/V))could be used as an eluent for both the SPE and HPLC separation of Hg species,significantly simplifying the method and instrumen-tation.The online SPE method was optimized by varying dithizone dose,2-mercaptoethanol concentration,and sample volume.In addition,the effect of pH,coexisting interfering ions,and salt effect on the enrichment was also discussed.Under the optimized conditions,the detection limits of Hg species for 5 mL water sample were 0.15 ng/L for Hg(Ⅱ),0.07 ng/L for CH_(3)Hg(Ⅱ),and 0.04 ng/L for C_(2)H_(5)Hg(Ⅱ)with recoveries in the range of 85%-100%.The developed dithizone-functionalized C_(18) SPE column can be reused after a single function-alization,which significantly simplifies the enrichment step.Moreover,the stability of Hg species enriched on the SPE column demonstrated its suitability for field sampling of Hg species for later laboratory analysis.This environment-friendly method offers a robust tool to detect ultra-trace Hg species in cereals and environmental samples.Ying Wang Ailing Zhu Yingying Fang Changjun Fan Yanli Guo Zhiqiang Tan Yongguang Yin Yong Cai Guibin Jiang 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,5:0
11Evolution of zinc morphology during continuous electrodeposition显示文摘The morphology evolution of zinc continuous electrodeposits with nano-sized crystals on the ferrite substrate has been studied by in-situ scanning tunnel spectroscopy (STM). It is found that the morphology of zinc electrodeposits varies from initial granules with a size of about 30 nm to layered platelets with increasing deposition time. Meanwhile, the crystal structure of the zinc electrodeposits is identified to be hexagonal η-phase by X-ray diffraction. 12Treatment of colorectal cancer by anticancer and antibacterial effects of hemiprotonic phenanthroline-phenanthroline^(+) with nanomicelle delivery显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a common digestive tract tumor worldwide.Specific microorganisms,including Fusobacterium nucleatum(F.nucleatum)and Escherichia coli(E.coli),are abundant in colonic mucosa and can promote the cancer progression and malignancy.Therefore,a therapeutic strategy is proposed to deliver effective drugs to colorectum for both anticancer and antibacteria.Here we used thin-film dispersionmethod to encapsulate hemiprotonic phenanthroline-phenanthroline^(+)(ph-ph^(+))into nanomicelle.The results showed that the drug-loading nanomicelle had good dispersion,and the particle size was about 28 nm.In vitro assay indicated that the nanomicelle was active against CRC-related obligate and facultative anaerobes.In human CRC cells,the nanomicelle could effectively inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis.In vivo distribution showed that the nanomicelle could release ph-ph^(+) mainly in the colorectum.In CRC model mice,the nanomicelle significantly reduced tumor number and volume,and decreased the bacteria load and colorectal inflammation.Together,the study identifies that the ph-ph^(+) nanomicelle has the potential to apply in treating CRC,and also suggests that anticancer combined with antimicrobial therapy would be a feasible way for CRC therapy.Yingying Zhang Zizhen Zhao Jingli Li Qinghua Wang Zhigang Fan Zhibo Yuan Yixiao Feng Ailing Fu 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,3:0
