1Soliton and bound-state soliton mode-locked fiber laser based on a MoS_2/fluorine mica Langmuir–Blodgett film saturable absorber显示文摘In this article, we report on an experimentally generated soliton and bound-state soliton passively mode-locked erbium-doped fiber laser by incorporating a saturable absorber(SA) made of MoS2∕fluorine mica(FM) that was fabricated with the Langmuir–Blodgett(LB) method. The FM substrate is 20 μm thick and easy to bend or cut,like a polymer. However, it has a higher damage threshold and a better thermal dissipation than polymers.In addition, the LB method can be used to fabricate a thin film with good uniformity. In this study, the modulation depth, saturable intensity, and unsaturated loss of the SA are measured as 5.9%, 57.69 MW∕cm2, and13.4%, respectively. Based on the SA, a soliton mode-locked laser is achieved. The pulse duration, repetition rate, and signal-to-noise ratio are 581 fs, 15.67 MHz, and 65 dB, respectively. By adjusting the polarization controller and pump power, we obtain a bound-state soliton mode-locked pulse. The temporal interval between the two solitons forming the bound-state pulse is 2.7 ps. The repetition rate of the bound-state pulses is proportional to the pump power. The maximum repetition rate is 517 MHz, corresponding to the 33 rd harmonic of the fundamental repetition rate. 2Laser Surface Remelting of Fe-based Alloy Coating Deposited by APS显示文摘The Fe-based amorphous alloy coatings with different porosities were deposited on Q235 steel substrates by means of atmospheric plasma spraying(APS).The as-sprayed coatings were remelted by the facility of a Nd:YAG laser to further enhance their compactness and bonding strength via orthogonal experiment design.The effects of laser remelting on the microstructure,phase compositions and mechanical properties of the as-sprayed coatings were investigated by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and Vickers microhardness tester.The corrosion performance of the coatings was evaluated by both potential dynamic measurements(PDM)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)in a 10%NaOH solution.The results indicate that laser power of 700 W,scanning velocity of 4 mm/s,beam size of 3 mm and porosity of 1.19%are the optimized remelting process parameters.The laser-remelted coatings exhibite more homogenous structure as strong metallurgical bonding to substrates.The amorphous phases in the as-sprayed coatings crystallize toα-Fe,Fe2Si,Fe3.5B,and Fe2W phases for the high temperature and rapid solidification in the remelting process.The microhardness values of as-sprayed are in the range of 700-800 HV0.1,while the microhardness values of the remelted coatings are enhanced slightly to 750-850 HV0.1.Both PDM and EIS analysis results show that the remelted coatings exhibite relatively excellent corrosion resistance compared with the stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti,however the corrosion resistance of the remelted coatings is inferior to the as-sprayed amorphous coatings.Fu Teng Ye Fuxing Wei Haihong Cui Chong 2012稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1:2
3Research on D2D Co-localization Algorithm Based on Clustering Filtering显示文摘Nowadays, most positioning systems carry out locational calculation based on the accurate location information of some devices in the network. However there is a deviation in the locational information of the part of the device, we need to reduce it in order to obtain higher positioning accuracy. In this paper, we proposed a new centralized D2D(Device-to-Device) co-location algorithm. This algorithm uses DBSACN(Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise) clustering to reduce the deviation of device location information. Numerical results show that the positioning accuracy of the centralized D2D co-localization algorithm is improved by 62.7% compared with the SPAWN algorithm, which positioning performance superior to the traditional co-localization algorithm.Jiawen Zhang Fuxing Yang Zhongliang Deng Xiao Fu Jiazhi Han 2020China Communications2020,17,8:1
