1EnAli:entity alignment across multiple heterogeneous data sources显示文摘Entity alignment is the problem of identifying which entities in a data source refer to the same real-world entity in the others.Identifying entities across heterogeneous data sources is paramount to many research fields,such as data cleaning,data integration,.information retrieval and machine learning.The aligning process is not only overwhelmingly expensive for large data sources since it involves all tuples from two or more data sources,but also need to handle heterogeneous entity attributes.In this paper,we propose an unsupervised approach,called EnAli,to match entities across two or more heterogeneous data sources.EnAli employs a generative probabilistic model to incorporate the heterogeneous entity attributes via employing exponential family,handle missing values,and also utilize the locality sensitive hashing schema to reduce the candidate tuples and speed up the aligning process.EnAli is highly accurate and efficient even without any ground-truth tuples.We illustrate the performance of EnAli on re-identifying entities from the same data source,as well as aligning entities across three real data sources.Our experimental results manifest that our proposed approach outperforms the comparable baseline.Chao KONG Ming GAO Chen XU Yunbin FU Weining QIAN Aoying ZHOU 2019Frontiers of Computer Science2019,13,1:2
2Effects of Er-doping on the Structure and Photoelectric Properties of 0.825K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)NbO_(3)-0.175Sr(Yb_(0.5)Nb_(0.5)) O_(3) Ceramics显示文摘Multifunctional ceramics of 0.825K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)NbO_(3)-0.175Sr(Yb_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(3)-x%Er with ferroelectric,transparent and luminescent properties were obtained by doping Er.The effects of Er-doping on the structure,luminescence and electrical properties of the ceramics were studied.After Er doping,the ceramics have luminescent properties and the luminescence intensity reaches the maximum when x=0.75.The ceramics still have good light transmission,but the transmittance decreases with the increase of Er-doping content due to the change of phase structure from pseudo-cubic phase to three-phase orthogonality.The energy storage properties is also greatly improved,and the W_(rec) and the η of the ceramics reach the maximum value of 0.31 J/cm^(3) and 94.6% when x=0.25,respectively.At the same time,the maximum electro-induced strain value is 0.031%.关英文 SUN Yabing ZHAO Tianhao SHI Shaoyang FU Weining LIU Shimin 王华 XU Jiwen 2022Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,5:0
3Improved comprehensive performance of CsPbI_(2) Br perovskite solar cells by modifying the photoactive layers with carbon nanodots显示文摘Introducing additives into perovskite layers is an effective method to enhance the power conversion efficiency(PCE)and operation stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,we reported an addition of carbon nanodots(CNDs)into the CsPbI_(2) Br photoactive layer to boost performance of the related PSCs.It is found that the trap density can be notably suppressed,and the crystallinity can be enhanced after introducing CNDs with an optimal quantity.The PSC with 1.0 wt%addition of CNDs delivers a notable improved average PCE of 13.77%(the highest PCE:14.69%)from that of 12.14%for the control device without CND addition.Moreover,the CND-added CsPbI 2 Br PSCs exhibit superior stability,i.e.,~86% retention of the initial PCE after 160 h aging in air with the humidity of 20%-30%,to the control device.Yanzhou Wang Caidong Xie Xincheng Yao Qiulu Chen Weining Liu Yujun Fu Qiming Liu Junshuai Li Yali Li Deyan He 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:0
