1Molecular dynamics simulation of chip formation mechanism in single-crystal nickel nanomachining显示文摘Nanometric machining simulations of single-crystal nickel were performed using molecular dynamics.The atomic displacement vector method was applied to study the relationship between defect displacement vectors and the crystal slip system during different deformation stages as well as the displacement trend characteristics of workpiece atoms under different deformations.The arrangement characteristics of atoms in the machining region,relative density of atoms at different machining zones,and proportion of different atoms were investigated in detail.In addition,the atom shunt phenomenon was observed by studying the displacement trend of the atoms adjacent to the machining tool,and a method for determining the location of the shunt point was determined.Moreover,direct evidence of crystal transition caused by temperature was obtained.The effects of machining depth on workpiece damage,surface flatness,and workpiece temperature were investigated.With increasing machining depth,the chip gradually changed from spherical to strip-shaped,the damage depth of workpiece gradually increased,but the atomic arrangement of the machined surface became neater.Simultaneously,the dislocation reaction of subsurface defects was studied,and the rationality of the reaction was analyzed using an energy criterion.Furthermore,the overall temperature of the workpiece increased,but the temperature of the chip part gradually decreased.ZHU ZongXiao PENG Bin FENG RuiCheng WANG LinJun JIAO Shi DONG Yun 2019Science China(Technological Sciences)2019,62,11:2
2Crack propagation mechanism of γ-TiAl alloy with pre-existing twin boundary显示文摘The deformation and failure mechanisms of γ-TiAl alloy with pre-existing crack and twin boundary are investigated by using molecular dynamics simulation. The effects of the crack position on the deformation and failure mechanisms of γ-TiAl specimen are analysed through the snapshots of crack propagation, microstructure of crack tip and stress-strain curves. The simulation results show that the dislocation motion is impeded, the good ductility can be maintained and the strength would be improved simultaneously by the twin boundary. The microstructure evolution of crack tip would change with crack positions. Essentially,the deformation behaviour mainly results from the reaction of dislocation-dislocation, dislocation-twin and twin-twin. Besides,the hierarchical twin is a main plastic deformation mechanism leading to strength of γ-TiAl specimen enhancement with noncompromising ductility and strain hardening. Based on stress-strain curves, it can be concluded that the yield strength varies with crack positions. They are the determinant factors for variation of the yield strength with different crack positions such as dislocation behaviour, stacking fault and hierarchical twin. The ductile-brittle transition associated with the dislocation motion and the decohesion failure of crack tip atom can be observed from the lower boundary crack and the center crack models. The crack propagation caused by the coalescent of the void and the crack tip is the main failure mechanism of γ-TiAl specimen. 7Focal ablation therapy presents promising results for selectively localized prostate cancer patients显示文摘Due to its lower risk of consequences when compared to a radical approach, focal treatment is a viable and minimally invasive option for treating specific localized prostate cancer. Although several recent good nonrandomized trials have suggested that focused therapy may be an alternative choice for some patients, additional high-quality evidence is needed before it can be made widely available as a conventional treatment. As a result, we have summarized the most recent findings from the 38th Annual European Association of Urology Congress, one of the most renowned annual conferences in the area of urology, regarding focal ablation therapy for patients with localized prostate cancer. 8Analysis of Risk Factors of Postoperative Neurological Complications in Patients with Stanford Type A Aortic Dissection Undergoing Sun’s Procedure显示文摘Objective:This study analyzed the risk factors of neurological complications in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection after Sun’s procedure in a single-center with the purpose of improving the effects.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,the clinical data of 480 patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection,who were treated by Sun’s procedure in our center were retrospectively analyzed.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to determine the risk factors of postoperative neurological complications.According to whether there were neurological complications after surgery,they were divided into two groups:the group with complications(n=70)and the group without complications(n=410).The clinical data of the two groups were collected and compared.Results:There were 70 cases of patients with postoperative neurological complications in 480 cases.The incidence rates of temporary neurological dysfunction(TND)and permanent neurological dysfunction(PND)was 11.5%(55/480)and 3.1%(15/480),respectively.Univariate analysis showed that the age(≥70 years),stroke history,femoral artery intubation and cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)time were associated with postoperative PND(p<0.05).Renal dysfunction,emergency surgery,postoperative hypernatremia,postoperative hyperglycemia,postoperative hypoxemia,postoperative low cardiac output syndrome,and assisted time of suction influenced the occurrence of postoperative TND(p<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(≥70 years),stroke history,femoral artery intubation and CPB time were independent risk factors for PND.Renal dysfunction,emergency surgery,postoperative hypernatremia,postoperative hyperglycemia,postoperative hypoxemia,postoperative low cardiac output syndrome,and aspiration time were independent risk factors for TND.Compared with the two groups,the hospitalization time and ICU time of the patients in the neurological complications group were significantly prolonged,and the mortality rate was significantly increased(p<0.05).Conclusion:There are many risk factors for neurological complications in patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection after surgery.With the improvement of surgical techniques,optimization of cerebral perfusion,and interventions for risk factors,Sun’s procedure remains the preferred treatment for Stanford type A aortic dissection.Hui Zhang Ruicheng Zhang Hua Zhang Feng Li Jianming Zhao Shen Ma Rujun Zhu Pingfan Wang 2021Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2021,5,6:0
9Pan-cancer analysis of RNA 5-methylcytosine reader (ALYREF)显示文摘The incre asing interest in RNA modifications has signifcantly advanced epigenomic and epitranscriptomic technologies.This study focuses on the immuno oncological impact of ALYREF in human cancer through a pan-cancer analysis,enhancing understanding of this gene's role in cancer.We observed differential ALYREF expression between tumor and normal samples,correl ating strongly with prognosis in various cancers,particularly kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma(KIRP)and liver hepatocellular carcinoma(LIHC).ALYREF showed a negative correlation with most tumor-infitrating cells in lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC)and lymphoid neoplasm difuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBC),while positive correlations were noted in IIHC,kidney chromophobe(KICH),mesothelioma(MESO),KIRP,pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma(PARD),and glioma(GBMLGG).Aditionally,ALYREF expression was closely associated with tumor heterogeneity,stemness indices,and a high mutation rate in TP53 across these cancers.In conclusion,ALYREF may serve as an oncogenic biomarker in numerous cancers,meriting further research attention.XING YE ZHOUTING TUO KAI CHEN RUICHENG WU JIE WANG QINGXIN YU LUXIA YE AKIRA MIYAMOTO KOO HAN YOO CHI ZHANG WURAN WEI DENGXIONG LI DECHAO FENG 2024Oncology Research2024,32,3:0
