1湿粘水稻土深松过程离散元分析显示文摘湿粘水稻土的深耕松对作业机具设计与作业参数的要求不同于旱作制,为探究水稻土条件下土壤深松扰动过程及其内在相互作用机理,本文结合田间实测土壤物理参数,借助离散元EDEM软件,建立适用于粘性水稻土的深松耕作离散元模型。利用粘性水稻土模型对水稻土的机械深松耕作过程进行离散元模拟仿真,并结合田间试验结果对机具耕作阻力、土壤宏观扰动进行对比验证,进一步从仿真的角度揭示深松土壤扰动的微观过程、土壤失效破碎的微观机理。结果表明,该模型下深松耕作阻力平均误差为6.63%,土壤扰动的起垄宽度平均误差为4.39%,起垄高度平均误差为19.22%;DEM仿真对土壤的微观扰动过程分析进一步论证了宏观试验测试结果及假说的正确,并且能够从土颗粒接触力学层面表达土壤扰动的边界生成、土体内部破碎等过程;结合DEM仿真角度提出的反映土体破碎程度指标——断裂系数,与传统试验的指标参数碎土系数对比两者误差为3.46%,该指标更有利于对土壤破碎过程微观机理的表达。丁启朔 任骏 BELAL Eisa Adam 赵吉坤 葛双洋 李杨 2017农业机械学报2017,48,3:57
2A computer vision system for defect discrimination and grading in tomatoes using machine learning and image processing显示文摘With large-scale production and the need for high-quality tomatoes to meet consumer and market standards criteria,have led to the need for an inline,accurate,reliable grading system during the post-harvest process.This study introduced a tomato grading machine vision system based on RGB images.The proposed system performed calyx and stalk scar detection at an average accuracy of 0.9515 for both defected and healthy tomatoes by histogramthresholding based on themean g-r value of these regions of interest.Defected regionswere detected by an RBF-SVMclassifier using the LAB color-space pixel values.Themodel achieved an overall accuracy of 0.989 upon validation.Four grading categories recognitionmodelswere developed based on color and texture features.The RBF-SVMoutperformed all the explored modelswith the highest accuracy of 0.9709 for healthy and defected category.However,the grading accuracy decreased as the number of grading categories increased.A combination of color and texture features achieved the highest accuracy in all the grading categories in image features evaluation.This proposed system can be used as an inline tomato sorting tool to ensure that quality standards are adhered to and maintained.David Ireri Eisa Belal Cedric Okinda Nelson Makange Changying Ji 2019Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2019,,2:10
3基于田间摄像的多参数水稻土深松扰动行为与效应研究显示文摘耕作机具的土壤扰动行为密切联系土壤失效机理与耕作效应,是优化耕作系统的重要依据。本研究通过土壤耕作原位综合测试平台开展单铲深松试验,从5个方位录制深松视频,同时配合使用微地貌测试、耕作阻力测试、EDEM仿真、深松扰动剖面土壤紧实度测试和深松理论检验,探究深松铲入土角α和耕深D对水稻土深松扰动过程、土壤失效机理及深松效应的影响。结果表明,摄像法提取的纵向碎土距离R、扰动宽度W及抬土高度H与α和D显著相关,可用于水稻土深松扰动行为的定量表述。摄像法显示水稻土难以脆性断裂,铲两侧发生非对称性土壤剪切失效。土壤沿曲柄攀升,抬土高度H随α增大,随D减小,表明深松铲的设计参数和作业参数同时影响抬土能力。R随对应耕深范围内铲的纵向水平长度L线性增加,W随α线性增加。地表平整度S和扰动宽度W均在耕深20 cm时最大。深松土壤扰动行为的EDEM仿真从微观层面再现了摄像法记录的非对称性失效、侧向挤压失效和深松新月形失效现象,表明该离散元模型用于解析水稻土深松力学的科学性。EDEM仿真进一步显示出应力集中区沿铲尖与铲柄破土刃周期性上下移动,同时也对铲下方底层土造成挤压。深松扰动剖面土壤紧实度等值线图验证了仿真过程中铲尖下方形成的土壤压实带,并直观展示出耕深30 cm时,犁底层土壤因侧向挤压流变形成的沟槽状紧实壁面。本文结合田间原位摄像法的多参数测试研究可为深松铲和耕作系统的优化提供依据。丁启朔 李杨 BELAL Eisa Adam 梁磊 何瑞银 汪小旵 2019农业机械学报2019,50,10:9
4基于自标定数字图像相关技术的榫卯构件大面积全场变形测量显示文摘为了实现榫卯构件大面积全场变形测量,采用散斑自标定方法对三维数字图像相关测量系统进行标定.该方法直接利用被测表面的散斑信息标定得到三维数字图像相关系统中2个相机的相对姿态,无需使用特制的平面标定板.对比测量实验结果表明,普通三维数字图像相关系统与自标定三维数字图像相关系统的面内位移测量相对误差分别为0.2%和0.3%,离面位移测量相对误差分别为0.5%和0.6%,两者精度基本一致.采用散斑自标定方法可使大视场、远距离条件下双目系统标定更加灵活可行.将所提方法应用于木结构榫卯构件的大面积变形测量,可以更加方便可靠地获得构件的变形分布、掌握构件破坏过程中的变形情况.Mohammed Mokhtar Eisa 邵新星 钱帅宇 王文波 邱洪兴 何小元 2018东南大学学报(自然科学版)2018,48,2:6
5采用Gompertz函数的水稻土压缩特性研究显示文摘土壤压实模型是预测压实破坏的常用方法,但土壤压实模型的应用常因输入参数(土壤压缩特性及其与不同土壤物理性质之间的关系)的缺乏而受到限制。为定量地评价土壤水力学性质和土壤结构对土壤压缩特性的影响,该文利用土壤固结仪对25种不同含水率和容重的重塑土样进行单轴压缩试验,并采用Gompertz函数对试验数据进行拟合以获取土样的回弹指数、压缩指数和先期固结压力。试验结果表明,Gompertz函数对水稻土试验数据的拟合效果较优,决定系数为0.991~0.999。水稻土回弹指数为0.003~0.138,与容重呈负相关,与含水率呈正相关。水稻土压缩指数为0.115~0.839,与容重呈负相关,与含水率呈二次多项式关系。水稻土先期固结压力为33~127 kPa,与容重呈正相关,与含水率呈负相关。该研究建立的土壤压缩特性与含水率和容重之间的传递函数,可用于大尺度范围内水稻土压缩特性的预测;同时这些传递函数可作为土壤压实模型的输入参数,用于农业机械作业引起的压实破坏的量化和土壤压实风险的评估。霍连飞 Belal Eisa Adam 丁启朔 何瑞银 汪小旵 2020农业工程学报2020,36,12:4
6基于压实分析模型的土壤应力传递系数研究显示文摘机械压实是造成土壤退化的重要原因之一,研究并预测土壤应力有助于科学规划田间机械使用,缓解压实问题。基于分析模型预测土壤应力的关键在于选择合适的集中系数。然而在已有的研究中集中系数取值混乱,导致该模型使用时存在很大争议,其原因在于对该参数随土壤环境的变化缺乏规律性认识。本文通过对集中系数表达式的进一步推导,在理论上提出了能够代表土壤环境对集中系数影响的无量纲参数σ_z/σ_0,定义为应力传递系数(STC)。基于水稻土和黄棕壤两种土壤,通过控制含水率和湿密度于室内重塑30种状态的土壤,在单轴压缩实验中运用土压力传感器测量计算应力传递系数,建立应力传递系数与土壤环境参数,如含水率、干密度和先期固结压力等之间的相关性分析。结果表明应力传递系数随土壤含水率的增大而增大,土壤初始干密度和先期固结压力与应力传递系数之间负相关性明显。根据所得应力传递系数计算相应土壤状态下的集中系数,其取值在1.20~12.39之间,与以往的研究结果相差不大,但包含了关于集中系数随土壤环境变化的具体信息。这意味着作为一个稳定可测的无量纲参数,应力传递系数为集中系数的计算提供了一个相对科学的方法,在定量描述土壤环境对集中系数影响的同时,完善了分析模型。贺亭峰 丛文杰 BELAL Eisa Adam 丁启朔 杨艳山 霍连飞 2017农业机械学报2017,48,6:4
