18缸盖用新型耐热铸铝合金的开发显示文摘研究发现,在≤400℃的研究温度范围内,合金AlMg3Sil(Cu)的强度特性和蠕变特性均优于传统合金A1Si7Mg。断裂伸长率较小,而且有明显的热裂缺点。新开发的AlMg3Sil(Sc,Zr)和AlCu5Mn(Ni,Ce)合金适合于250℃以上的应用场合。2种合金在室温以及≤400℃热时效后的力学性能和蠕变特性都极好。这种合金开发表明,传统耐热合金热稳定性的全部潜力尚未得到充分利用,可作进一步改进。Eigenfeld K 2007国外内燃机2007,39,3:0
