| 1 | 297例视网膜母细胞瘤的临床病理研究显示文摘目的探讨视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,Rb)脉络膜浸润的形态学分期标准,为在统一的标准下进一步对该肿瘤进行临床病理研究。方法对摘除的297例原发性Rb患者的眼球组织标本,进行光镜观察。结果肿瘤侵犯球壁组织在形态学上可分为4期(色素上皮脉络膜分期):Ⅰ期,仅为视网膜色素上皮层受侵犯,玻璃体膜结构完整。Ⅱ期,玻璃体膜结构被破坏,脉络膜毛细血管层尚未被侵犯。Ⅲ期,肿瘤浸润深达脉络膜,靠近毛细血管层的中血管层内的小范围区域。Ⅳ期,大范围脉络膜浸润,巩膜可同时受累。Ⅳ期病死率为115%,Ⅰ~Ⅲ期的病死率为04%。结论色素上皮脉络膜分期可作为研究不同个体肿瘤细胞浸润程度进行比较的统一标准。 | 杨红 HARALD SCHILLING RUDOLF EFFERT ACHIM WESSING | 1999 | 中华眼科杂志1999，35，4： | 9 |
| 2 | 视网膜母细胞瘤的发病年龄及分化程度在评价患者预后中的地位显示文摘目的 :探讨视网膜母细胞瘤 (Retinoblastoma,RB)患儿发病年龄与肿瘤细胞分化程度及其与预后的关系。方法 :光镜下观察 2 91名患儿的 2 97只眼球的病理切片 ,并追踪观察患儿的预后。将肿瘤细胞的分化程度分为四级 ,即肿瘤细胞完全未分化 (Do) ;分化的肿瘤细胞所占的范围 <1/ 3肿瘤面积 (D1) ;1/ 3~ 2 / 3肿瘤面积 (D2 ) ;>2 / 3肿瘤面积 (D3)。结果 :年龄小于 6个月 ,肿瘤细胞分化最好 (D3) ,年龄介于 6~ 12个月者 ,肿瘤细胞分化较好 (D2 ) ,年龄大于 36个月 ,肿瘤细胞分化不良 (D1) ,年龄介于 2 4~ 30个月者 ,肿瘤细胞未分化 (Do)。四名 15~ 2 4个月的患儿死于肿瘤细胞转移 ,肿瘤细胞分化程度在 Do- D1。结论 :2岁以前患儿肿瘤细胞的分化程度较高。若在此年龄段患儿的肿瘤细胞分化不良 ,又同时伴有脉络膜浸润和 /或视神经浸润 。 | 杨红 杨勤 Harald Schilling Rudolf Effert Achim Wessing | 2001 | 中国实用眼科杂志2001，19，7： | 3 |
