1细胞因子在银屑病非皮损区成纤维细胞中的表达显示文摘目的探讨成纤维细胞分泌的细胞因子在银屑病发病中的作用。方法分别取寻常性银屑病患者非皮损区及正常人皮肤的成纤维细胞进行培养,并建立体外皮肤模型。提取其中的成纤维细胞中的RNA用于cDNA微阵列法检测,比较正常人和银屑病患者非皮损区成纤维细胞在细胞因子基因表达水平的差异。结果在268个细胞因子及其受体相对应的基因中,与正常人组相比,银屑病组的成纤维细胞表达上升的有24个,下降的有3个。结论银屑病患者非皮损区的成纤维细胞较正常人的成纤维细胞具有更强的促表皮细胞增殖作用,其细胞因子的表达提示银屑病患者非皮损区具有潜在的向银屑病皮损发展演变的可能。陆毅 冯信忠 Corrine Lebreton Bernard Coulomb Louis Dubertret 2003中华皮肤科杂志2003,36,3:4
2咪唑斯汀治疗原发性获得性寒冷性荨麻疹显示文摘背景:传统的抗组胺药治疗原发性获得性寒冷性荨麻疹PACU的临床疗效及不良反应尚不确定。目的:评价一种新型的具有抗过敏作用的抗组胺药咪唑斯汀与安慰剂对照治疗PACU的疗效与安全性。方法:本研究是一项II期、随机、双盲、多中心、交叉、安慰剂对照的临床试验,目的为评价咪唑斯汀(10mg,每日1次)与安慰剂相比治疗28例PACU患者的疗效。研究中根据冷刺激时间试验CSTT、皮肤风团反应以及冰块试验后瘙痒程度的评分来进行疗效评价。结果:冷刺激3min和10min,咪唑斯汀能够延迟风团反应的出现,减轻皮肤反应及瘙痒。根据3min和10minCSTT试验结果,咪唑斯汀与安慰剂相比,能够显著地减轻风团反应和瘙痒(P分别为0.006,0.015,0.009和0.005)。研究中没有发现有临床意义的不良反应。结论:与安慰剂相比,咪唑斯汀(10mg,每日1次)治疗PACU能够有效地延缓并减轻寒冷性荨麻疹反应,不良反应轻微,提示咪唑斯汀治疗PACU安全有效。Louis Dubertret Catherine Pecquet Margarita Murrieta-Aguttes Francisque Leynadier 窦侠 2004临床皮肤科杂志2004,33,1:2
