| 1 | Drying characteristics and mathematical model of ultrasound assisted hot-air drying of carrots显示文摘In order to improve the heat and mass transfer process in hot-air drying,power ultrasound was coupled directly to hot-air drying of fresh carrot slices.The effects of ultrasonic power,radiation distance,hot air velocity and temperature on drying characteristics were studied.In addition,the Page equation was used to fit the ultrasound assisted hot-air drying process of the carrot slices.The results showed that the drying rate of carrot slices increased with the increase of ultrasound power and the decrease of radiation distance.Power ultrasound had a greater enhancement on hot-air drying at lower air velocity(0.5 m/s)and temperature(40ºC),especially at the middle and later periods(controlled by internal diffusion).The drying time of carrot slices using ultrasound assisted hot-air drying was shortened by 37.5%compared to that using hot-air drying at the condition with power of 150 W,radiation distance of 15 cm,air velocity of 1.0 m/s and temperature of 40ºC.All test indicators of the model meet the accuracy requirements,which show that the model can better fit the experimental values. | Luo Denglin Liu Juan Liu Yuhong Ren Guangyue | 2015 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015，8，4： | 6 |

| 3 | Sealing Features of Fluid-Rock System and its Control on Acidic Dissolution in Cretaceous Sandstone Reservoirs,Kuqa Subbasin显示文摘The Cretaceous Bashijiqike Formation is the main gas-bearing strata in the northern structural deformation zone of Kuqa subbasin. The acidic dissolution of this formation arose at 5–4Ma, which corresponds to the late burial stage of the Bashijiqike Formation. Variability of interlayer due to rock composition is negligible. Differentiation of acidic dissolution in sandstones was controlled by difference in amount of exogenous acid fluid from underlying strata. For the absence of sedimentary and structural carrier system between the isolated sandstone reservoirs, most fluid-rock systems show relative sealing feature during later burial stage by sealing feature of formation pressure, geochemical characteristics of formation water and content of diagenetic products in sandstones. Variation of sealing effects for different fluid-rock systems is obvious. | 4 | Controls of Acid-sensitive Minerals on Reservoir Sensitivity Testing: An Example from the Silurian Kepingtage Formation in Tazhong Area, Tarim Basin显示文摘The Silurian Kepingtage Formation in Tazhong area is regarded as an acid-sensitive hydrocarbon reservoir. However, formation mechanism of acid-sensitive of the reservoir cannot be interpreted by the existing acid-sensitive evaluation criterion based on damage rate. The contents of acid-sensitive minerals illustrated by bulk-rock XRD, scanning electron microscopy and clay mineral composition analysis exert the dominant control on acid-sensitive flow testing of the reservoir. The ironbearing minerals(including pyrite cements and chlorite cements) mainly deteriorate reservoir quality, while the iron-free minerals(including calcite cements and dolomite cements) mainly improve permeability. The permeability variation of the tested samples is controlled by the relative content of two acid-sensitive minerals. | 5 | Rank sum method for related gene selection and its application to tumor diagnosis显示文摘Tumor diagnosis by analyzing gene expression profiles becomes an interesting topic in bioinformatics and the main problem is to identify the genes related to a tumor. This paper proposes a rank sum method to identify the re- lated genes based on the rank sum test theory in statistics. The tumor diagnosis system is constructed by the support vector machine (SVM) trained on the set of the related gene expression profiles.
