1Study on the hot deformation behavior of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Cr aluminum alloy during multi-stage hot compression显示文摘The mechanical behavior and microstructures of an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Cr aluminum alloy during multi-stage hot deformation were investigated by thermal stimulation test,optical microscopy,and transmission electron microscopy.The true stress vs true strain curves and the microstructure evolution of two hot deformation procedures were gained.The flow stress of the alloy studied decreases with increasing the deforming passes and declining the temperature,and the larger the temperature decline between adjacent stages,the larger the peak stress fall is.The stress-strain behavior mainly result from the dynamic recovery during deformation,the static recovery and re-crystallization in the delay time,and the second phases precipitated from the matrix at high temperature.Gaoyong LIN Xiaoyan ZHENG Wei YANG Di FENG Dashu PENG 2009Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2009,22,2:8

4In-situ A1/24Si Functional Graded Materials Prepared by Electromagnetic Separation显示文摘Cylinder-like in-situ Al/24Si FGMs were produced by using electromagnetic separating process. Si primary phasereinforced layer with volume fraction as high as 16 pct was formed at the outer region of the cylinder-like sampleswhere the local hardness and wear resistance were enhanced remarkably. Moreover, both of strength and ductility inthe inner region provided insurance of reliable strength for this as-cast gradient material. 7NUMERICAL MODELLING OF GOLD-ROLLBONDING OF CLAD METAL SHEETS显示文摘An analytical model based on the rigid-plastic finite-element formulation for slightly compressible materials is newly proposed to examine the bonding behavior at the roll gap during clad metal sheets rolling. The interfacial elements inserted between the two metals, which are characteristic of the shear-susceptible deformation with the help of the shear factor in the expression of effective strain rate,are used to model the relative slidding at the interface.
