1An insight into dwarfing mechanism:contribution of scion-rootstock interactions toward fruit crop improvement显示文摘Grafting has been commonly practiced for many centuries in the cultivation of horticultural crops.The use of dwarfing rootstocks has enabled a high-density plantation to produce maximum yield.Rootstock regulates scion phenotype,including precocity,fruit size,yield,quality characteristics,and tolerance to various environmental stresses.This review summarizes the existing information on the influence of rootstocks on scion growth and dwarfing mechanisms induced by multiple factors,including hormone signaling,photosynthesis,mineral transport,water relations,anatomical characteristics,and genetic markers.It has been shown that the complex interactions between scion and rootstock can regulate plant development and its structure.This information will provide interesting insights for future research related to rootstock-mediated dwarfing mechanisms and accelerate the breeding progress of dwarfing rootstocks.Faisal Hayat Shahid Iqbal Daouda Coulibaly Muhammad Khuram Razzaq Muhammad Azher Nawaz Weibing Jiang Ting Shi Zhihong Gao 2021Fruit Research2021,1,1:3
2High Risk Factors of Pancreatic Carcinoma显示文摘Over the past decades, cancer has become one of the toughest challenges for health professionals. The epidemiologists are increasingly directing their research efforts on various malignant tumor worldwide. Of note, incidence of cancers is on the rise more quickly in developed countries. Indeed, great endeavors have to be made in the control of the life-threatening disease. As we know it, pancreatic cancer(PC) is a malignant disease with the worst prognosis. While little is known about the etiology of the PC and measures to prevent the condition, so far, a number of risk factors have been identified. Genetic factors, pre-malignant lesions, predisposing diseases and exogenous factors have been found to be linked to PC. Genetic susceptibility was observed in 10% of PC cases, including inherited PC syndromes and familial PC. However, in the remaining 90%, their PC might be caused by genetic factors in combination with environmental factors. Nonetheless, the exact mechanism of the two kinds of factors, endogenous and exogenous, working together to cause PC remains poorly understood. The fact that most pancreatic neoplasms are diagnosed at an incurable stage of the disease highlights the need to identify risk factors and to understand their contribution to carcinogenesis. 4Optimization of Mo/Cu(In,Ga)Se2/CdS/ZnO Hetero-Junction Solar Cell Performance by Numerical Simulation with SCAPS-1D显示文摘The paper presents a one-dimensional simulation study of chalcopyrite Cu(In,Ga)Se2(CIGS)solar cells,where the effects of the variation of CIGS,CdS,and ZnO layers are presented.Additionlly the influence of the variation of doping and the defects density of shallow uniform donors and acceptors types are also presented.The analyse of the simulation results shows that recombination inside the space charge region(SCR)decrease more our CIGS solar cell model performance.We also found that the electrical parameters increase with increasing CIGS absorber doping density exception of JSC values that reach their maximum at 1016cm-3 and decrease due to recombination of charge carriers in the p-n junction particularly the recombination inside the SCR.We also stressed the fact that the effects of shallow uniforme donor density is very low on the performance of our CIGS solar cell model is important because it will allow to control the width of space charge region from shallow uniform acceptors defect density that has a strong influence on the different electrical parameters.Yet,good optimization of performance of the CIGS-based solar cell necessarily passes though a good control of the space charge region width and will constitute a boosting perspective for the preparation of our next paper.We contact that the results obtained of the numerical simulation with SCAPS-1D show a good agreement comparatively of the literature results.The simulation of our CIGS solar cell presents best performances if the values of the absorber layer thickness is in the range of 0.02 to 0.03μm,the buffer layer thickness is in the range of 0.02 to 0.06μm and the defects density of shallow uniform acceptors types is in the range of 1015 to 1017cm-3.Adama Zongo Daouda Oubda Soumaïla Ouédraogo Marcel Bawindsom Kébré Alain Diasso Issiaka Sankara Boureima Traore François Zougmoré Zacharie Koalga Frédéric Ouattara 2021材料科学与工程(中英文B版)2021,11,4:2
5COVID-19:A pluralistic and integrated approach for efficient management of the pandemic显示文摘The novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),which triggered the ongoing pandemic,was first discovered in China in late 2019.SARSCoV-2 is a respiratory virus responsible for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)that often manifests as a pneumonic syndrome.In the context of the pandemic,there are mixed views on the data provided by epidemiologists and the information collected by hospital clinicians about their patients.In addition,the literature reports a large proportion of patients free of pneumonia vs a small percentage of patients with severe pneumonia among confirmed COVID-19 cases.This raises the issue of the complexity of the work required to control or contain the pandemic.We believe that an integrative and pluralistic approach will help to put the analyses into perspective and reinforce collaboration and creativity in the fight against this major scourge.This paper proposes a comprehensive and integrative approach to COVID-19 research,prevention,control,and treatment to better address the pandemic.Thus,this literature review applies a pluralistic approach to fight the pandemic.Nouhoum Bouare Daouda Kassim Minta Abdoulaye Dabo Christiane Gerard 2022World Journal of Virology2022,11,1:2
6梅品种S基因型分析及新S基因鉴定显示文摘自交不亲和是植物避免近亲繁殖保持优良种性的重要途径,梅是典型的配子体(GSI)自交不亲和植物。本研究采用等位基因特异性PCR(AS-PCR,allele-specific PCR)和序列测定等技术,分别以梅S-RNase基因与SFB基因核苷酸序列保守区设计引物Pru-C2和PCE-R、SFB-C1F和Pm-Vb,然后以11个品种的基因组DNA为模板进行AS-PCR扩增和PCR产物测序。经过序列对比分析明确了11个梅品种的S-RNase基因型与SFB基因型,分别为软条红梅(S14S13)(F-box2/SFB14)、小叶猪肝(S3S33)(SFB51/SFB53)、中红(S3S24)(SFB2/SFB24)、青佳915(S3S15)(SFB2/SFB43)、美林红(S1S37)(SFB1/SFB24)、赤凤红梅(S14S38)(SFB12/SFB49)、大龙梅(S20S30)(SFB7/SFB41)、红光梅(S3S33)(SFB24/SFB55)、南农丰羽(S3S5)(SFB31/SFB43)、南农丰娇(S3S6)(SFB2/SFB47)、南农龙霞(S15S37)(SFB41/SFB43)。对获得的S-RNase基因与SFB基因序列进一步分析发现,除了已知的S-RNase基因与SFB基因外,还鉴定到S37-RNase、S38-RNase 2个未登录的新S-RNase基因与SFB47、SFB49、SFB51、SFB53、SFB555个未登录的新SFB基因,并将其序列登录在Gen Bank数据库,其登录号分别为MT950061、MT950062,以及MW186463、MW186465、MW186467、MW186469、MW186471。研究结果为梅生产栽培、授粉树的配置和提高育种效率提供了依据。胡国峰 倪照君 Daouda Coulibaly 高志红 2021植物遗传资源学报2021,22,3:2
7蒿甲醚与双氢青蒿素治疗恶性疟患儿疗效对比观察显示文摘为对今后临床选择抗恶性疟药物提供可能的依据,本文比较蒿甲醚及双氢青蒿素治疗恶性疟的疗效,156例2~13岁恶性疟患儿分为双氢青蒿素组76例及蒿甲醚组80例,两组均口服给药,用药5d,剂量各异,治疗期间禁用糖皮质激素及解热镇痛药,以用药后疟原虫无性体在体内消失及复发做疗效观察指标。结果,两组在24h平均原虫下降率、平均原虫转化时间、平均退热时间上比较差异均无统计学意义。雷晓平 刘文 YUSSEFOU Daouda 2006宁夏医学院学报2006,28,6:2

10Development of a data collection and management system in West Africa:challenges and sustainability显示文摘Background:Developing and sustaining a data collection and management system(DCMS)is difficult in malariaendemic countries because of limitations in internet bandwidth,computer resources and numbers of trained personnel.The premise of this paper is that development of a DCMS in West Africa was a critically important outcome of the West African International Centers of Excellence for Malaria Research.The purposes of this paper are to make that information available to other investigators and to encourage the linkage of DCMSs to international research and Ministry of Health data systems and repositories.Methods:We designed and implemented a DCMS to link study sites in Mali,Senegal and The Gambia.This system was based on case report forms for epidemiologic,entomologic,clinical and laboratory aspects of plasmodial infection and malarial disease for a longitudinal cohort study and included on-site training for Principal Investigators and Data Managers.Based on this experience,we propose guidelines for the design and sustainability of DCMSs in environments with limited resources and personnel.Results:From 2012 to 2017,we performed biannual thick smear surveys for plasmodial infection,mosquito collections for anopheline biting rates and sporozoite rates and year-round passive case detection for malarial disease in four longitudinal cohorts with 7708 individuals and 918 households in Senegal,The Gambia and Mali.Major challenges included the development of uniform definitions and reporting,assessment of data entry error rates,unstable and limited internet access and software and technology maintenance.Strengths included entomologic collections linked to longitudinal cohort studies,on-site data centres and a cloud-based data repository.Conclusions:At a time when research on diseases of poverty in low and middle-income countries is a global priority,the resources available to ensure accurate data collection and the electronic availability of those data remain severely limited.Based on our experience,we suggest the development of a regional DCMS.This approach is more economical than separate data centres and has the potential to improve data quality by encouraging shared case definitions,data validation strategies and analytic approaches including the molecular analysis of treatment successes and failures.Jeffrey G.Shaffer Seydou O.Doumbia Daouda Ndiaye Ayouba Diarra Jules F.Gomis Davis Nwakanma Ismaela Abubakar Abdullahi Ahmad Muna Affara Mary Lukowski Clarissa Valim James C.Welty Frances J.Mather Joseph Keating Donald J.Krogstad 2018Infectious Diseases of Poverty2018,7,1:1
