1Discovery of ultrahigh-pressure magnesite-bearing garnet lherzolite (>3.8 GPa) in the Altyn Tagh, Northwest China显示文摘Magnesite-bearing garnet Iherzolite from the Altyn Tagh, associated with garnet pyroxenite, and garnet-bearing felsic gneiss, crops out as lenses in Proterozoic gneiss about 100 km east of the Jianggelasayi River. The garnet Iherzolite, together with the eclogite in western Jianggelasayi, composes a high-pressure to ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt in the southern margin of the Altyn Tagh. Parageneses of minerals from magnesite-bearing garnet Iherzolite indicate that the rock evolved a multi-stage metamorphism. The peak-stage metamorphism produces an assemblage of Grt+Ol+Opx+Cpx±Mgs, in which A12O3 content of Opxis very low (0.30-0.66wt%). The calculated P-T condition of the peak stage is 3.8-5.lGPa and 880-970°C, some exsolution rods of clinopyroxene and rutile occur in the Grt and magnesite is rimed by dolomite and orthopyroxene, all implying that the peak stage was a UHP metamorphic process. 4基于论坛的大学英语主题式交互性写作——任务动机视角显示文摘本研究提出主题教学的“任务”研究视角,参照任务动机动态过程研究模型,考察“基于论坛的大学英语主题式交互写作任务”环境下,学习者动机成分对任务投入量及产出性词汇附带刁得效果的影响。研究发现,任务投入量与产出性词汇附带习得成绩相关性很弱,前者的主要预测变量是外生目标、同伴行为与英语书面交流意愿,后者则是当前任务价值评价与内在学习目标。就产出性词汇附带习得而言,主题式论坛交互写作任务显著优于独立“读+写”任务。基于上述发现,本文讨论了计算机支持环境下依托教学的发展前景,提出课程论坛生态学习系统的解释模型。龚嵘 Danling Fu 2011外语电化教学2011,,5:13
5NEURO-COGNITIVE MECHANISMS UNDERLYING THE EMOTIONAL MODULATION OF WORD READING显示文摘A novel neural model for emotional modulation of word reading is proposed. This model has four principal hypotheses: the dominant activa-tion region hypothesis, the emotional modulation hypothesis, the attentional level hypothesis, and the interaction hypothesis. 6In situ LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb age of ultrahigh-pressure eclogites in the Yukahe area, northern Qaidam Basin显示文摘Zircon grains were selected from two types of ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) eclogites, coarse-grained phengite eclogite and fine-grained massive eclogite, in the Yukahe area, the western part of the North Qaidam UHP metamorphic belt. Most zircon grains show typical metamorphic origin with residual cores in some irregular grains and sector, planar or misty internal textures on the cathodoluminescence (CL) images. The contents of REE and HREE of the core parts of grains range from 173 to 1680 μg/g and 170 to 1634 μg/g, respectively, in phengite eclogite, and from 37 to 2640 (g/g and 25.7 to 1824 μg/g, respectively, in massive eclogite. The core parts exhibit HREE-enriched patterns, representing the residual zircons of protolith of the Yukahe eclogite. The contents of REE and HREE of the rim parts and the grains free of residual cores are much lower than those for the core parts. They vary from 13.1 to 89.5 (g/g and 12.5 to 85.7 μg/g, respectively, in phengite eclogite, and from 9.92 to 45.8 μg/g and 9.18 to 43.8 (g/g, respectively, in massive eclogite. Negative Eu anomalies and Th/U ratios decrease from core to rim. Positive Eu anomalies are shown in some grains. These indicate that the presence of garnet and the absence of plagioclase in the peak metamorphic mineral assemblage, and the zircons formed under eclogite facies conditions. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb age data indicate that phengite eclogite and massive eclogite have similar metamorphic age of 436±3Ma and 431±4Ma in the early Paleozoic and magmatic protolith age of 783―793 Ma and 748―759 Ma in the Neo-proterozoic. The weighted mean age of the metamorphic ages (434±2 Ma) may represent the UHP metamorphic age of the Yukahe eclogites. The metamorphic age is well consistent with their direct country rocks of gneisses (431(3 Ma and 432±19 Ma) and coesite-bearing pelitic schist in the Yematan UHP eclogite section (423―440 Ma). These age data together with field observation and lithology, allow us to conclude that the Yukahe eclogites were Neo-proterozoic igneous rocks and may have experienced subduction and UHP metamorphism with continental crust at deep mantle during the early Paleozoic, therefore the metamorphic age of 434±2 Ma of the Yukahe eclogites probably represents the continental deep subduction time in this area.CHEN DanLing SUN Yong LIU Liang ZHANG AnDa LIN CiLuan 2007Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,z2:10
7Exsolution microstructures in ultrahigh-pressure rocks:Progress, controversies and challenges显示文摘Exsolution microstructures in minerals of rocks from orogenic belts played an important role in recognition of ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) metamorphism in their host rocks by defining the subduction depth and improving our understanding of the dynamics during the subduction and exhumation of UHP rocks. However, it is a challenging scientific topic to distinguish the 'exsolution microstructures' from the 'non-exsolution microstructures' and decipher their geological implications. This paper describes the subtle differences between the 'exsolution microstructures' and the 'non-exsolution microstructures' and summarizes the progress in studies of exolution microstructures from UHP rocks and mantle rocks of ultra-deep origin. We emphasize distinguishing the 'exsolution microstructures' from the 'non-exsolution microstructures' based on their geometric topotaxy and chemistry. In order to decipher correctly the exsolution microstructures, it is crucial to understand the changes of chemistry and habits of host minerals with pressure and temperature. Therefore, it is important to combine observations of exsolution microstructure in natural rocks with experimental results at high pressure and temperature and results of micro-scale analyses. 11Anti-tumor Activity of Biodegradable Polymer-paclitaxel Conjugated Micelle Against Mice U14 Cervical Cancers显示文摘Two kinds of paclitaxel(PTX) conjugate micelles,of which one contained 25%(mass fraction) PTX [M(PTX)] and the other contained 22.5%(mass fraction) of PTX and 1.4%(mass fraction) of folate(FA)[FA-M(PTX)],were prepared for cell apoptosis and anti-tumor activity evaluation on U14 cervical cancer mouse models in comparison with 0.9%(mass fraction) saline(control) and equivalent Taxol.Seven days after tail intravenous injection of the drugs,the mice were sacrificed to measure the tumor masses.The average tumor masses were 4.26,2.89,2.63,and 2.17 g for the control,Taxol,M(PTX) and FA-M(PTX) groups,respectively.The inhibition rates of tumor growth calculated for the three drug groups were 32%,38% and 49%,respectively.Flow cytometry(FC) analysis and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase(TdT)-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate(dUTP) nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay were conducted on the cancer tissues.The cell apoptosis rates based on the FC data and the TUNEL data were 20%,31%,37%,42%,and 10%,22%,26%,34%,respectively,both showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05) between three drug groups and the control group,and between the FA-M(PTX) group and the other two drug groups.In conclusion,the composite FA-M(PTX) micelles can be used for U14 cervical cancer treatment.CHEN Fengl DONG Danl FU Yan ZHENG Yong-hui LIU Shi CHANG Ming-xin JING Xia-bin 2012Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2012,28,4:4
12Weapons equipment portfolios selection based on equipment system contribution rates显示文摘Equipment selection is an essential work in the research and development planning of equipment.The scientific and rational development of weapons equipment portfolios is of considerable significance to the optimization of equipment architecture design,the adequate resources allocation,and the joint combat performance.From the system view,this paper proposes a method of weapons equipment portfolios selection(WEPS)based on the contribution rate of weapon systems,providing a new idea for weapon equipment portfolio selection.Firstly,we analyze the WEPS problem and the concept of the contribution rate under the systems background.Secondly,we propose a combat network modeling method for weapon equipment systems based on the function chain.Thirdly,we propose a WEPS method based on the contribution rate,fully considering the correlation relationships between potential weapons and the old weapon systems by the combat network model,under the limitation of capability demands and budget resources,with the objective to maximally increasing the combat ability of weapon systems.Finally,we make a case study with a specific WEPS problem where the whole calculation processes and results are analyzed and exhibited to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method model.LIU Peng LI Jichao XIA Boyuan ZHAO Danling TAN Yuejin 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,3:3
13Trafficking abnormality and ER stress underlie functional deficiency of hearing impairmentassociated connexin-31 mutants显示文摘Hearing impairment(HI)affects 1/1000 children and over 2%of the aged population.We have previously reported that mutations in the gene encoding gap junction protein connexin-31(Cx31)are associated with HI.The pathological mechanism of the disease mutations remains unknown.Here,we show that expression of Cx31 in the mouse inner ear is developmentally regulated with a high level in adult inner hair cells and spiral ganglion neurons that are critical for the hearing process.In transfected cells,wild type Cx31 protein(Cx31wt)forms functional gap junction at cell-cell-contacts.In contrast,two HIassociated Cx31 mutants,Cx31R180X and Cx31E183K resided primarily in the ER and Golgi-like intracellular punctate structures,respectively,and failed to mediate lucifer yellow transfer.Expression of Cx31 mutants but not Cx31wt leads to upregulation of and increased association with the ER chaperone BiP indicating ER stress induction.Together,the HI-associated Cx31 mutants are impaired in trafficking,promote ER stress,and hence lose the ability to assemble functional gap junctions.The study reveals a potential pathological mechanism of HI-associated Cx31 mutations.Kun Xia Hong Ma Hui Xiong Qian Pan Liangqun Huang Danling Wang Zhuohua Zhang 2010Protein & Cell2010,1,10:3
