2Synthesis, characteristics of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite for xylene isomerization probe reaction显示文摘Introduced a method of synthesizing hierarchical EU-1 zeolite with organosilanes as additive, and studied the influences of following different kinds of organosilanes on the synthesis of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite: γ-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane(GPTMS), N-β-(aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxyl silane(APAEDMS),and N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl dimethoxyl(ethyoxyl) silane(TMPED). The hierarchical EU-1 samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N_2 adsorption, FT-IR and NH_3-TPD to analyze the crystallinity, morphology, surface area, pore size distribution and acidity. The results showed that hierarchical EU-1 zeolites were successfully synthesized; organosilanes have great influence on crystal morphology of EU-1 zeolites; the exterior surface area of hierarchical EU-1 zeolite, which synthesized with organosilanes(APAEDMS) adding into synthesis system, increased by 62.1% and mesopore volume increased by 129.1% compared with conventional EU-1 zeolites, thus can reduce the diffusional restriction markedly in catalytic reaction. The catalytic performance of hierarchical EU-1zeolites were evaluated in m-xylene isomerization on fixed bed reactor. The catalytic data showed that the isomerization activity PX/X of the hierarchical EU-1 zeolites reached around 24.09% in theoretical thermodynamic equilibrium from 23.83%, and the selectivity of C_8 aromatic hydrocarbon increased from 75.16% to 84.87%. 3Construction of Prokaryotic Expression Vector of Mouse Nanog Gene and Its Expression显示文摘The aim of this study is to construct a prokaryotic expression vector of mouse Nanog gene and to express it in E.coli.A pair of primers was designed according to digestion sites in plasmid pGEX-KG and the Nanog gene sequence published by GenBank.The DNA fragment of 918 bp was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)from the pNA992 recombinant plasmid with Nanog gene,then cloned into pGEX-KG and transformed into the host E.coli strain TGⅠ.The sequence of the fragment was matched with the original sequence of pNA992.It indicated that fusion expression vector,pGEX-KG- Nanog,was constructed successfully.The pGEX-KG-Nanog plasmid was extracted from E.coli strain TGⅠand was transformed into BL21(DE3)for expression.After induction by isopropy1-β-D-thiogalactoside(IPTG)at 37°C,the expression product of Nanog gene was identified by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE),and the expression condition was optimized.Nanog fusion protein was successfully expressed in the form of inclusion bodies. 4Conophylline Promotes the Proliferation of Immortalized Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived from Fetal Porcine Pancreas (iPMSCs)显示文摘Conophylline, is a bis (indole) alkaloid consisting of two pentacyclic aspidosperma skeletons, isolated from Tabernaemontana divaricata, which has been found to induce β-cell differentiation in rat pancreatic acinar carcinoma cells and in cultured rat pancreatic tissue. However, the precise role of conophylline in the growth and survival of immortalized pancreatic mesenchymal stem cells (iPMSCs) derived from fetal porcine pancreas were not understood at present. To determine whether this molecule is involved in controlling the proliferation of iPMSCs, we examined the effects of conophylline on iPMSCs. We found that conophylline can robustly stimulate iPMSCs proliferation, even promote their potential differentiation into islet-like clusters analyzed by cell counting, morphology, RT-PCR and real-time PCR, Western blotting, glucose-stimulated insulin release and insulin content analysis. The effects of conophylline were inhibited by LY294002, which is the inhibitor of the PI3K pathway. 5Study of New Hot Metal Desulfurization Process on 1t Desulfurization Experiments显示文摘For the lack of the present hot metal desulfurization processes in iron and steel industry, our group has proposed the in-situ mechanical stirring method for external desulfurization of molten iron and researched this new method. This paper investigated this new in-situ mechanical stirring hot metal desulphurization process on desulphurization experiments of one-ton scale by using the new desulfurizer. The experimental results indicated that the desulfurization efficiency of in-situ mechanical stirring desulfurization process is 90% and the lowest sulfur content in the treated hot metal is 23ppm.
