1Diffusion tensor imaging detects Wallerian degeneration of the corticospinal tract early after cerebral infarction显示文摘To investigate the feasibility and time window of early detection of Wallerian degeneration in the corticospinal tract after middle cerebral artery infarction,23 patients were assessed using magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging at 3.0T within 14 days after the infarction.The fractional anisotropy values of the affected corticospinal tract began to decrease at 3 days after onset and decreased in all cases at 7 days.The diffusion coefficient remained unchanged.Experimental findings indicate that diffusion tensor imaging can detect the changes associated with Wallerian degeneration of the corticospinal tract as early as 3 days after cerebral infarction.Ruiman Xie Min Fang Linjiang Zhou Shanghua Fan Jianying Liu Hongbo Quan Man Luo Dongying Qiu 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,12:20
2Hierarchy modeling of subsurface palaeochannel reservoir architecture显示文摘The studies on fluvial reservoir architecture are mainly aimed at outcrop and modern deposition,but rarely at the subsurface reservoir,so there are few effective methods to predict the distribution of subsurface reservoir architectures. In this paper,taking the meandering river reservoir of Guantao formation Gudao Oilfield,Jiyang depression,Baohai Gulf Basin,East China as an example,the archi-tectural modeling method of complex meandering belt reservoir is proposed,that is hierarchy con-straint,pattern fitting and multi-dimensional interaction. Architectures of meandering river reservoir can be divided into three hierarchies: meandering channel sandbody,point bar and lateral accretion body. Different hierarchies of the quantitative architecture pattern are fitted to subsurface well data (including dynamic monitoring data) in different hierarchies through one-dimensional hole,2D profiles and plane and 3D space,which are verified by each other. And then 3D model in different hierarchies is established. At the same time,the quantificational relationship between width of active river and the scale of point bar is set up,and the scale of lateral accretion sand body and shale beddings is con-firmed with horizontal well data. 3Arabidopsis F-box gene FOA1 involved in ABA signaling显示文摘The expression of FOA1(F-box overexpressed/oppressed ABA signaling) in different organs of Arabidopsis,and in response to ABA and NaCl,was analyzed.The expression level of FOA1 is higher in the root and is lower in the stem,and is induced rapidly by ABA and NaCl.The phenotypes of T-DNA insertion mutant foa1 and FOA1 overexpression lines FOA1ox1 and FOA1ox2 were analyzed.The foa1 mutant exhibited a lower germination rate,shorter root length,more stomatal opening,increased proline accumulation and hypersensitivity to ABA compared with the wild type.In contrast,the overexpression lines showed lower sensitivity to ABA than the wild type.The expression levels of several ABA and stress-responsive transcription factors and genes were altered in the foa1 mutant in response to ABA.Compared with the wild type,the expression levels of ABA-responsive transcription factors were higher,but ABA and stress-responsive genes were lower in foa1 mutant.This study demonstrates that FOA1 is an ABA signaling-related gene,and may play a negative role in ABA signaling.PENG Juan YU DaShi WANG LiQun XIE MinMin YUAN CongYing WANG Yu TANG DongYing ZHAO XiaoYing LIU XuanMing 2012Science China(Life Sciences)2012,55,6:12

5Influences of working pressure on properties for TiO_2 films deposited by DC pulse magnetron sputtering显示文摘TiO2 films were deposited at room temperature by DC pulse magnetron sputtering system.The crystalline structures,morphological features and photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films were systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and ultraviolet spectrophotometer,respectively.The results indicated that working pressure was the key deposition parameter in?uencing the TiO2 film phase composition at room temperature,which directly affected its photocatalytic activity.With increasing working pressure,the target self-bias decreases monotonously.Therefore,low temperature TiO2 phase(anatase) could be deposited with high working pressure.The anatase TiO2 films deposited with 1.4 Pa working pressure displayed the highest photocatalytic activity by the decomposition of Methyl Orange solution,which the degradation rate reached the maximum(35%) after irradiation by ultraviolet light for 1 h.ZHANG Can DING Wanyu WANG Hualin CHAI Weiping JU Dongying 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,6:11
6The large increase of δ^(13)C_(carb)-depth gradient and the end-Permian mass extinction显示文摘Carbonate carbon isotope δ(13Ccarb) has received considerable attention in the Permian-Triassic transition for its rapid negative shift coinciding with the great end-Permian mass extinction event.The mechanism has long been debated for such a δ13Ccarb negative excursion through the end-Permian crisis and subsequent large perturbations in the entire Early Triassic.A δ13Ccarb depth gradient is observed at the Permian-Triassic boundary sections of different water-depths,i.e.,the Yangou,Meishan,and Shangsi sections,and such a large δ13Ccarb-depth gradient near the end-Permian mass extinction horizon is believed to result from a stratified Paleotethys Ocean with widespread anoxic/euxinic deep water.The evolution of δ13Ccarb-depth gradient combined with paleontological and geochemical data suggests that abundant cyanobacteria and vigorous biological pump in the immediate aftermath of the end-Permian extinction would be the main cause of the large δ13Ccarb-depth gradient,and the enhanced continental weathering with the mass extinction on land provides a mass amount of nutriment for the flourishing cyanobacteria.Photic zone anoxia/euxinia from the onset of chemocline upward excursion might be the direct cause for the mass extinction whereas the instability of chemocline in the stratified Early Triassic ocean would be the reason for the delayed and involuted biotic recovery.SONG HaiJun TONG JinNan XIONG YanLin SUN DongYing TIAN Li SONG HuYue 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,7:11
7A Remote Sensing Image Semantic Segmentation Method by Combining Deformable Convolution with Conditional Random Fields显示文摘Currently,deep convolutional neural networks have made great progress in the field of semantic segmentation.Because of the fixed convolution kernel geometry,standard convolution neural networks have been limited the ability to simulate geometric transformations.Therefore,a deformable convolution is introduced to enhance the adaptability of convolutional networks to spatial transformation.Considering that the deep convolutional neural networks cannot adequately segment the local objects at the output layer due to using the pooling layers in neural network architecture.To overcome this shortcoming,the rough prediction segmentation results of the neural network output layer will be processed by fully connected conditional random fields to improve the ability of image segmentation.The proposed method can easily be trained by end-to-end using standard backpropagation algorithms.Finally,the proposed method is tested on the ISPRS dataset.The results show that the proposed method can effectively overcome the influence of the complex structure of the segmentation object and obtain state-of-the-art accuracy on the ISPRS Vaihingen 2D semantic labeling dataset.Zongcheng ZUO Wen ZHANG Dongying ZHANG 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,3:10
8Numerical simulation and application of three-dimensional oil resources migration-accumulation of fluid dynamics in porous media显示文摘Numerical simulation of oil migration and accumulation is to describe the history of oil migration and accumulation in basin evolution. It is of great value in evaluation of oil resources and determination of the location and amount of oil deposits. Based on such actual conditions as the effects of fluid mechanics in porous media and 3-dimensional geology characteristics,a kind of modified method of second order upwind finite difference fractional steps implicit interactive scheme was put forward. As for the actual problem of Dongying hollow,Huimin hollow,Tanhai region and Yangxin hollow in Shengli Petroleum Oil Field,a numerical simulation test was carried out,and the result is basically coincident with the actual conditions. 11In Situ Synthesis of NaY Zeolite with Coal-Based Kaolin显示文摘NaY zeolites were in-situ synthesized from coal-based kaolin via the hydrothermal method.The effects of various factors on the structure of the samples were extensively investigated. The sampleswere characterized by N2 adsorption, XRD, IR and DTG-DTA methods, and the results show that thecrystallization temperature and amount of added water play an important role in the formation of the zeo-lite structure. The 4A and P zeolites are the competitive phase present in the resulting product. However,NaY zeolites with a higher relative crystallinity, excluding impure crystals and the well hydrothermal sta-bility, can be synthesized from coal-based kaolin. 12Factors that contribute to poor adherence to statin therapy in coronary heart disease patients from Chongqing and measures to improve their therapeutic outcomes显示文摘To assess the efficacy and short-term outcomes of adherence to statin therapy among coronary heart disease(CHD)patients following their hospital discharge,we enrolled 615 CHD patients who were prescribed statins from The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in China between February 1st and October 31st of 2013.Statin adherence was evaluated by identifying the proportion of patients who remained adherent or became non-adherent to statin therapy over 4e8 months post-discharge from the hospital.The composite outcomes included all-cause mortality and re-hospitalization with cardiovascular disease.We found that 15.9%patients were non-adherent to their statin therapies and that coronary artery stenosis<75%(OR Z 3.433,95%CI:2.191e5.380,p<0.001)and adverse effects(OR Z 2.542,95%CI:1.327e4.869,p Z 0.005)both clearly contributed to poor adherence.The primary self-reported reasons for non-adherence included a lack of knowledge about the benefits of statin therapy(36.7%),the treatment being halted at the advice of their doctor(19.4%),and the difficulty in obtaining statins(12.2%).Non-adherence to statin therapy was significantly associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events(OR Z 1.741,95%CI:1.035e2.929,p Z 0.037).In conclusion,CHD patients with moderate stenosis or adverse effects tended to have poor statin adherence,and this was significantly associated with increased cardiovascular events.We should strengthen education of the importance of statin therapy for both patients and doctors and facilitate the ability of patients to obtain their statin medication.Guiquan Yu Yingjiao Zhang Ying Wang Guanglei Chang Hongmei Tao Dongying Zhang 2018Genes & Diseases2018,5,4:8
13Ternary geochemical-tracing system in natural gas accumulation显示文摘The establishment of geochemical-tracing system of gas generation and accumulation is helpful to re-elucidating the gas migration and accumulation in time and space. To deduce the complex process of gas accumulation, a ternary geochemical-tracing system is set up, according to stable isotope inheritance of source rocks, kinetic fractionation of stable isotopes, time-accumulating effect of noble gas isotopes, mantle-derived volatile inheritance, and organic molecule inheritance of light hydrocarbons and thermally kinetic fractionation in their generation, in combination with the previous achievements of gas geochemistry and geochemical parameters of gas-source correlation. There are tight interactions for the geochemical parameters with much information about parent inheritance and special biomarkers, in which they are confirmed each other, reciprocally associated and preferentially used for the requirement so that we can use these geochemical parameters to effectively demonstrate the sources of natural gas, sedimentary environments and thermal evolution of source rocks, migration and accumulation of natural gas, and rearrangement of natural gas reservoirs. 14Studies of poly-L-lysine-starch nanoparticle preparation and its application as gene carrier显示文摘Anion starch nanoparticle (StNP) with a diameter of 50 nm was prepared in wa- ter-in-oil microemulsion, with soluble starch as raw materials and POCl3 as crosslinking agent. PLL-StNP was prepared by linking poly-L-lysine (PLL) on the surface of StNP. At the same time, the size of PLL-StNP and its stability in aqueous solution were checked by AFM. The analysis of plasmid DNA binding, DNase I enzymatic degradation, toxicity and transfection were done. We discovered that PLL-StNP may be used as non-virus nanoparticle gene carrier. And we devel- oped the method of preparing PLL-StNP gene carrier and used it in cell transfection. 17Formation mechanism and model for sand lens reservoirs in the Jiyang Sub-basin,East China显示文摘The Bohai Bay basin comprises some very important and well documented subtle traps known in China, which have been the major exploration focus and have become a major petroleum play since the 1990s. However, recent exploration showed that the oil-bearing proper-ties of some sand lens reservoirs may vary significantly and the accumulation mechanisms for these lithological subtle traps are not well understood. Based on statistical analysis of oil-bearing properties for 123 sand lens reservoirs in the Jiyang Sub-basin and combined with detailed anatomy of typical sand lens reservoirs and NMR experiments, it has been shown that the structural and sedimentary factors, hydrocarbon generation and expulsion conditions of the sur-rounding source rocks, as well as the petrophysical properties of sand lens reservoirs are the main controlling factors for the formation of sand lens reservoirs. The formation of a sand lens reservoir depends on the interaction between the hydrocarbon accumulation driving force and the resistance force. The driving force is made up of the differential capillary pressure between sandstones and sources rocks and the hydrocarbon diffusion force, and as well as the hydro-carbon expansion force. The resistance force is the friction resistance force for hydrocarbons and water to move through the pore throats of the sand lens. The sedimentary environment, source rock condition and sand reservoir properties can change from unfavorable to favorable depend-ing on the combination of these factors. When these three factors all reach certain thresholds, the sand lens reservoirs may begin to be filled by hydrocarbons. When all of these conditions be-come favorable for the formation of sand lens reservoirs, the reservoir would have high oil satu-ration. 18Distribution characteristics of terrestrial heat flow density in Jiyang depression of Shengli Oilfield, East China显示文摘Based on the geo-temperature data of 13 systematically continuous temperature log curves and 700 testing oil boreholes in Jiyang depression, Shengli Oilfield, and the measured thermal conductivities of 47 rock samples, the terrestrial heat flow densities of 114 boreholes of Jiyang depression and its surrounding areas are determined, including 13 of those data derived from systemically continuous temperature logging. The results show that Jiyang depression has a relatively high background heat flow with an average value (65.8 5.4) mW/m2. The lateral variation of heat flow in basin has negative correlation with basement depth. Moreover, heat flow of uplift areas with shallower basement is high, so are those of regions with volcanic rocks, and those of depression areas with deep basement are relatively low. The heat flow densities of different structural units of Jiyang depression can be summarized as follows: The average heat flow value of Zhanhua sag is (67.4 5.3) mW/m2, higher than that of the whole basin, that of Dongying sag is (66.0 6.1) mW/m2, and that of Chezhen sag is (65.1 3.7) mW/m2. It is apparent that these latter two values are approximate to the average value of the whole Jiyang depression, while the average value of Huimin sag is (63.65.0) mW/m2, lower than that of the whole basin. In fact, the basement depth and the distribution framework of uplift and depression areas are all controlled by the process of lithosphere extension. In addition, the distribution of volcanic rocks in basin is also relatively close to this extension geodynamic process. 19INFLUENCE OF THE SECOND THERMAL CYCLE ON COARSE- GRAINED ZONE TOUGHNESS OF X70 STEEL显示文摘The influence of the second thermal cycle on coarse grained zone (CGHAZ) toughness of X70 steel is studied by weld thermal simulation test, scanning electron microscope and electron microprobe. The results show that the CGHAZ toughness is improved after the second thermal cycle but being heated during the intercritical HAZ (ICHAZ). The CGHAZ toughness decreases evidently after being heated during partially transformed zone, which chiefly results from the carbon segregation to the grain boundaries of primal austenite, thus forming high carbon martensite austenite (M A) constituent and bringing serious intercritically reheated coarse grain HAZ (IRCGHAZ) embrittlement.Y.Wang,T.Han and W.M.Zhao University of Petroleum,Dongying 257062,China 1999Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)1999,12,5:6
20N_2O emissions from agricultural soils in the North China Plain: the effect of chemical nitrogen fertilizer and organic manure显示文摘An enclosed chamber technique was used to measure N 2O emissions from intensively agricultural soils of the North China Plain during the periods of 1995—1996 and 1997—1998, to reflect distinct components of winter wheat and summer maize growing seasons. The results showed that the continuous application of fertilizer in agricultural soils increased N\-2O emissions by a factor of 24.1—28.1, the calculated annual chemical N fertilizer\|transformed N\-2O\|N emissions was 0.67%. Our results indicated that the application of organic manure also had a significant influence on soil N 2O emissions, which combined with the use of chemical N increased about 20% in a year. It was calculated that there were about 0.11% N of organic manure transformed as N 2O N. Annual mean N 2O emission from our study area of fertilized soils was estimated to be 57.1 μgN 2O/(m 2·h).
