| 1 | 藏毛窦发病率和远期复发率现况及其影响因素分析显示文摘目的调查德国部队中藏毛窦的发病率和术后远期复发率的现状及其发展变化趋势,分析不同手术治疗方法、体格状况和吸烟量等因素对藏毛窦的发病率和术后远期复发率的影响。方法对德国三家部队医院1980至1996年收治的所有藏毛窦患者的资料进行统计,随机抽取其中500例患者进行随访。结果德国部队中藏毛窦的发病率由1985年的0.3/1000上升到2007年的2.4/1000。随机抽取的500例患者中2例死亡,498例接受了随访。其术后复发率从1981年的33%,到1986年的23%,再到1996年的12%,呈明显下降趋势(P=0.01)。藏毛窦切除后行开放愈合的复发率为16.8%,显著低于行一期缝合的复发率31.0%(P〈0.01)。部队中人均体质量每十年增加1kg,德国国民人均体质量每十年增加1.9kg,但是体质量的增加与藏毛窦复发率之间无显著相关性(P=0.72)。每天吸烟20支以上者藏毛窦的复发率比吸烟≤20支者显著升高(P=0.015)。结论在藏毛窦的术后复发率下降,特别是切除后开放愈合的术后复发率下降的同时,藏毛窦的发病率上升了近十倍。 | Theo Evers Dietrich Doll Edouard Matevossian Sebastian Noe Konrad Neumann 李挥力 Norbert Huser Rainer Ludde Sebastian Hoffmann Bjorn Dirk Krapohl | 2011 | 中华外科杂志2011，49，9： | 14 |

| 4 | 2-^(18)F-A-85380的制备与MicroPET显像显示文摘通过对现有CTI公司计算机控制化学合成模块(CPCU)进行改造,合成了神经型烟碱乙酰胆碱受体(nAChRs)显像剂2-18F-A-85380,并用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测了其放化纯度及比活度,所得的产品用于正常大鼠头部MicroPET显像。结果显示,采用改进方法合成2-18F-A-85380的总时间为45 min,放化收率为50%±5%(n=6),产品的放化纯度>99%,比活度为0.35±0.02 PBq/g。MicroPET显像结果表明,2-18F-A-85380在富含α4β2亚型nAChRs受体的丘脑中浓集程度明显高于周围其它组织。以上结果提示,利用CPCU半自动合成2-18F-A-85380,方法简便、稳定,产品的比活度较高;动物实验结果表明2-18F-A-85380已基本满足临床显像剂的要求。 | 张赟 吴战宏 李方 朱立 Dollé F Kühnast B | 2008 | 同位素2008，21，1： | 5 |

| 6 | Clinical outcome after orbital floor fracture reduction with special regard to patient's satisfaction显示文摘Purpose: Primary reconstruction via transconjunctival approach is a standardized treatment option for orbital floor fractures. The aim of this study was to compare the findings of specific ophthalmologic assessment with the patient's complaints after fracture reduction. Methods: A retrospective medical chart analysis was performed on patients who had undergone transconjunctival orbital floor fracture reduction for fracture therapy with resorbable foil (ethisorb sheet or polydioxanone foil). A follow-up assessment including ophthalmological evaluation regarding visual acuity (eye chart projector), binocular visual field screening (Bagolini striated glasses test) and diplopia (cover test, Hess screen test) was conducted. Additionally, a questionnaire was performed to assess patients' satisfaction. Results: A total of 53 patients with a mean follow-up of 23 months (ranging from 11 to 72) after surgical therapy were included. Diplopia was present preoperatively in 23 (43.4%) and reduced in follow-up examination (n = 12, 22.6%). Limitations in ocular motility reduced from 37.7% to 7.5%. The questionnaire about the patient's satisfaction revealed excellent outcomes in relation to the functional and esthetical parameters. Conclusion: Transconjunctival approach is a safe approach for orbital fracture therapy.
