1灌浆期风灾倒伏对玉米籽粒灌浆特性及品质的影响显示文摘为了评估风灾倒伏造成的玉米产量损失,采用田间试验的方法对灌浆期风灾倒伏后捆扶处理、未倒伏以及倒伏上层和倒伏下层玉米籽粒建成和品质形成规律进行研究。结果表明,倒伏后第6 d玉米倒伏覆盖下层植株籽粒灌浆速率和籽粒含水率分别是对照处理(未倒伏)的26.9%和136.0%,倒伏使籽粒灌浆速率显著降低,后期籽粒脱水速度减慢。在产量上,倒伏后捆扶、倒伏上层、倒伏下层单株产量分别比对照减产11.75%、10.51%和29.88%,倒伏对下层被覆盖玉米植株影响较大,倒伏减产原因主要是由于穗粒数的减少,其次灌浆速率降低造成百粒重下降。田间45个定位点,倒伏最高减产29.68%,平均减产14.75%,进一步验证了灌浆期风灾倒伏对玉米产量的影响较大。相关分析表明,籽粒建成过程中籽粒干重与淀粉、脂肪含量呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.618~0.861和0.580~0.797(P〈0.01),与蛋白含量呈极显著负相关,风灾倒伏对粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量影响较大,而对淀粉含量影响较小。在倒伏后及时进行捆扶处理对降低玉米产量与品质损失有一定的积极作用。曹庆军 曹铁华 杨粉团 Lamine Diallo 李刚 王立春 2013中国生态农业学报2013,21,9:51
2播期对吉林省中部春玉米生长发育、产量及品质的影响显示文摘以郑单958为试验材料,研究不同播期对春玉米生长发育、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,播期对拔节期至大喇叭口期单株叶面积、株高影响较大,4月27日和5月6日播期处理株高、单株叶面积大于其他处理;4月19日播期处理开花前干物质积累量(DMA)高于其他处理,开花后导致早衰;5月25日播期处理开花前和开花后DMA均小于其他处理;5月7日播种的玉米产量最高;早播(4月19日)处理百粒重比5月7日播种低9.91%;晚播(5月25日)处理百粒重和穗粒数分别比5月7日播种降低11.27%和13.53%。相关分析表明,不同播期处理玉米产量、脂肪含量分别与日照时数、积温(≥10℃)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),蛋白质含量与日照时数、积温(≥10℃)、降雨量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.798、r=-0.750、r=-0.724)。5月7日播期处理玉米子粒中淀粉和营养成分总含量最高,分别达72.10%和84.60%,为最佳播种日期。曹庆军 杨粉团 陈喜凤 Lamine Diallo 李刚 2013玉米科学2013,21,5:44

4Role of Nrf2 in chronic liver disease显示文摘Nuclear erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2) is a central regulator of antioxidative response elements-mediated gene expression. It has a significant role in adaptive responses to oxidative stress by interacting with the antioxidant response element, which induces the expression of a variety of downstream targets aimed at cytoprotection. Previous studies suggested oxidative stress and associated damage could represent a common link between different forms of diseases. Oxidative stress has been implicated in various liver diseases, including viral hepatitis, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease/steatohepatitis, alcoholic liver disease and drug-induced liver injury. Nrf2 activation is initiated by oxidative or electrophilic stress, and aids in the detoxification and elimination of potentially harmful exogenous chemicals and their metabolites. The expression of Nrf2 has been observed throughout human tissue, with high expression in detoxification organs, especially the liver. Thus, Nrf2 may serve as a major regulator of several cellular defense associated pathways by which hepatic cells combat oxidative stress. We review the relevant literature concerning the crucial role of Nrf2 and its signaling pathways against oxidative stress to protect hepatic cell from oxidative damage during development of common chronic liver diseases. 5接受48周高效抗逆转录病毒治疗的艾滋病患者细胞内HIVDNA定量检测及其意义显示文摘目的观察中国艾滋病患者外周血T淋巴细胞及单核细胞作为HIV—1病毒储存库的情况,了解其在接受48周高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)中的动态变化及其临床意义。方法35例慢性HIV-1感染的成人在初治HAART的0、24、48周,使用流式细胞仪测定血T淋巴细胞亚群数量,使用磁珠分选法从外周血单个核细胞中分离T淋巴细胞和单核细胞并提取细胞DNA,采用实时荧光定量RT—PCR法检测血清HIVRNA、用SYBRGreen实时PCR对T淋巴细胞和单核细胞内的前病毒HIVDNA载量进行定量测定;使用SPSS18.0软件对收集的数据进行分析。结果35例艾滋病患者在HAART初次启动的0、24、48周,外周血HIVRNA水平分别为(4.12±1.41)、≤1.69、≤1.69lg拷贝/ml,CD4+T淋巴细胞数分别为(196±101)、(321±112)、(392±127)个/μl;在T淋巴细胞中HIVDNA水平分别为(4.03±0.53)、(2.74±1.16)、(2.45±0.41)lg拷贝/106细胞,在单核细胞中HIVDNA水平分别为(2.51±0.68)、(2.16±0.34)、(2.03±0.25)lg拷贝/106细胞。统计学分析显示,在48周HAART过程中,外周血HIVRNA水平与CD4T淋巴细胞数呈负相关,与T淋巴细胞及单核细胞中的前病毒HIVDNA水平均呈正相关;T淋巴细胞中的HIVDNA下降速度慢于单核细胞;外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞与T淋巴细胞前病毒HIVDNA载量呈负相关。结论HIV感染者T淋巴细胞和单核细胞均可作为HIV病毒储存库,而淋巴细胞是更主要的储存库细胞;细胞内HIVDNA水平与血HIVRNA水平变化正相关,与血CD4T淋巴细胞数呈负相关,T淋巴细胞内前病毒HIVDNA水平变化可能作为HAART中AIDS病程进展的观察指标之一。郑煜煌 Diallo Mamadou Alius 陈霞 何艳 贺波 贺梅 王红艳 肖水灵 罗艳 姚运海 林一鹤 谌资 周华英 2012中华内科杂志2012,51,9:8
6HIV合并结核感染的流行病学特征和相关影响因素显示文摘目的研究人类免疫缺陷病毒(humam immunodenciency virus,HIV)感染者中合并结核(tuberculosis,TB)感染的流行病学特征和相关影响因素。方法对1139例HIV感染者或艾滋病(AIDS)病人,用统一的调查表了解其流行病学一般情况,行痰涂片、X光胸片检查、PPD皮试、TB抗体以及血沉等检测,部分病人做了痰培养或病理检查。对1023例结核病人进行HIV抗体检测,用SPSS软件对不同因素对HIV合并TB感染或TB合并HIV感染的影响情况进行相关性分析。结果本组HIV合并TB的感染率为25.20%;静脉吸毒传播的HIV感染者合并的TB发病率明显高于性传播的HIV感染者(33.62%vs18.61%,)(χ2=31.63,P〈0.01),CD4^+T细胞计数≤200个/μl的AIDS病人其TB发病率明显高于其它组(35.93%VS23.55%,χ2=11.42,P〈0.01;35.93%vs21.80%,χ2=42.37,P〈0.01)。住院TB患者中HIV抗体的检出率为1.56%。不同年龄组和不同职业的结核患者其抗HIV检出率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);有吸烟史或其它慢性肺部疾病史的结核患者中HIV的检出率比无该类病史的患者更高。结论本组HIV合并TB感染率25.20%,静脉吸毒传播者和CD4^+T细胞〈200个/μl的HIV—AIDS合并结核感染的发病率较高。有吸烟史或肺部感染史的结核患者,HIV抗体的检出率较高。Diallo M A 陈霞 郑煜煌 谌资 何艳 周华英 贺梅 郑力文 姚运海 2011中国医师杂志2011,13,1:7
7医院感染耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌与oprD2基因相关的ERIC分型研究显示文摘目的探究耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌(IRPA)的oprD2基因缺失在天津地区3所三甲医院内的分布以及该菌的克隆流行情况。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法检测60株IRPA的oprD2基因缺失情况,并以基于肠杆菌科基因间重复一致序列PCR(ERIC-PCR)方法对其中的54株进行分子生物学分型。结果60株IRPA中有38株oprD2基因缺失,且3所医院的oprD2基因缺失率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),54株IRPA用ERIC-PCR方法分为30型。结论IRPA的oprD2基因缺失在天津地区的分布差异无统计学意义,且提示尚有其他原因造成亚胺培南/西司他丁耐药株流行;个别科室内的IRPA存在克隆流行趋势,应注意监控IRPA在医院内的暴发流行。曹阳 魏殿军 DIALLO MC 马全玲 刘扬 2008中华医院感染学杂志2008,18,12:5

9经长期HAART治疗的中国HIV—AIDS患者外周血细胞内HIV-1前病毒DNA的检测及其意义显示文摘目的探索NK细胞是否是HIV-1病毒的储存库细胞之一,并观察在长期HAART治疗后,T淋巴细胞及单核细胞内是否仍有HIV-1前病毒DNA存在。方法对15例规范接受HAART治疗4~7年的HIV—AIDS患者采集血标本进行横断面研究。使用磁珠分选法从外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中分离出T淋巴细胞、单核细胞和NK细胞,通过HIV实时荧光定量检测外周血HIV-1RNA病毒载量和NK细胞、单核细胞、T淋巴细胞内的HIV-1 DNA水平,流式细胞术检测外周CD4+T细胞数量,对数据进行统计学处理。结果15例接受4~7年[平均(62.45±13.53)个月]HAART治疗的HIV/AIDS患者外周血HIV-1RNA均低于检测下限(〈50拷贝/ml);T淋巴细胞、NK细胞中和单核细胞中HIV-1前病毒DNA的平均含量分别为2.03±0.48、1.82±0.32和1.754-0.19(10g10拷贝/10。个细胞);3种细胞中HIV-1DNA阳性(〉50拷贝/m1)者比例分别为6/15、4/15、2/15。结论中国HIV-1感染者外周血中除了T淋巴细胞和单核细胞外,NK细胞也可能是HIV-1的病毒储存库之一。在长期HAART治疗(4~7年)后,尽管表现出明显的抗病毒效果和免疫重建效果,仍然未能彻底清除NK细胞、T淋巴细胞和单核细胞中的HIV-1前病毒DNA。陈霞 郑煜煌 Diallo MA 何艳 周华英 谌资 罗艳 贺波 贺梅 姚运海 2012中国医师杂志2012,14,9:4

11High Risk Factors of Pancreatic Carcinoma显示文摘Over the past decades, cancer has become one of the toughest challenges for health professionals. The epidemiologists are increasingly directing their research efforts on various malignant tumor worldwide. Of note, incidence of cancers is on the rise more quickly in developed countries. Indeed, great endeavors have to be made in the control of the life-threatening disease. As we know it, pancreatic cancer(PC) is a malignant disease with the worst prognosis. While little is known about the etiology of the PC and measures to prevent the condition, so far, a number of risk factors have been identified. Genetic factors, pre-malignant lesions, predisposing diseases and exogenous factors have been found to be linked to PC. Genetic susceptibility was observed in 10% of PC cases, including inherited PC syndromes and familial PC. However, in the remaining 90%, their PC might be caused by genetic factors in combination with environmental factors. Nonetheless, the exact mechanism of the two kinds of factors, endogenous and exogenous, working together to cause PC remains poorly understood. The fact that most pancreatic neoplasms are diagnosed at an incurable stage of the disease highlights the need to identify risk factors and to understand their contribution to carcinogenesis. 14耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌oprD2基因与金属酶的检测显示文摘目的研究oprD2基因与金属酶(MBL)在亚胺培南耐药机制中的作用。方法对天津地区3所综合医院临床分离60株亚胺培南耐药的铜绿假单胞菌,以2-巯基乙醇(2-MPA)为酶抑制剂,在MH平皿上用纸片扩散法进行抗生素协同敏感性检测,并用PCR检测MBL基因和oprD2基因。结果60株临床分离的耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌(imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa,IRPA)中,2-MPA方法筛选出15株(25%)MBL阳性;以PCR方法检测,22株(36.4%)oprD2基因阳性,19株(31.7%)产生IMP-1型MBL,未发现VIM-2与IMP-2酶,7株IRPA同时含有IMP-1和oprD2基因。结论IMP-1为天津地区IRPA产MBL的主要类型,也是临床分离铜绿假单胞菌亚胺培南耐药的重要原因之一。Diallo Mamadou Cherif 魏殿军 曹阳 马全玲 刘扬 门昆 武大伟 2008中国感染与化疗杂志2008,8,5:2
15Comparison and rapid prediction of lignocellulose and organic elements of a wide variety of rice straw based on near infrared spectroscopy显示文摘Rice straw is a major kind of biomass that can be utilized as lignocellulosic materials and renewable energy.Rapid prediction of the lignocellulose(cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin)and organic elements(carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,and sulfur)of rice straw would help to decipher its growth mechanisms and thereby improve its sustainable usages.In this study,364 rice straw samples featuring different rice subspecies(japonica and indica),growing seasons(early-,middle-,and late-season),and growing environments(irrigated and rainfed)were collected,the differences among which were examined by multivariate analysis of variance.Statistic results showed that the cellulose content exhibited significant differences among different growing seasons at a significant level(p<0.01),and the contents of cellulose and nitrogen had significant differences between different growing environments(p<0.01).Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS)models for predicting the lignocellulosic and organic elements were developed based on two algorithms including partial least squares(PLS)and competitive adaptive reweighted sampling-partial least squares(CARS-PLS).Modeling results showed that most CARS-PLS models are of higher accuracy than the PLS models,possibly because the CARS-PLS models selected optimal combinations of wavenumbers,which might have enhanced the signal of chemical bonds and thereby improved the predictive efficiency.As a major contributor to the applications of rice straw,the nitrogen content was predicted precisely by the CARS-PLS model.Generally,the CARS-PLS models efficiently quantified the lignocellulose and organic elements of a wide variety of rice straw.The acceptable accuracy of the models allowed their practical applications.Abdoulaye Aguibou Diallo Zengling Yang Guanghui Shen Jinyi Ge Zichao Li Lujia Han 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,2:2
16灌浆期模拟粘虫危害对春玉米产量和品质的影响显示文摘为了研究粘虫不同危害程度下玉米"源库"变化特征规律、不同叶位叶片对籽粒贡献率以及虫害对玉米品质的影响。以玉米品种先玉335、郑单958、利民33为试验材料,利用去叶留叶脉的方法对灌浆期粘虫不同危害程度进行了模拟,结果表明,粘虫危害后造成"源""库"关系变化,玉米灌浆期不同部位叶以"穗三叶"对玉米籽粒库的贡献率较大,3个品种"穗三叶"平均贡献率达48.08%,其次是"穗三叶"上部2片叶、再次为玉米顶三叶。相关分析表明,粘虫咬食后"源"的减少率与玉米单株生产力减少率呈显著或极显著的正相关关系,不同危害程度下,"穗三叶"以下叶片吃光(危害较轻)、整株剩顶5片叶(危害较重)、整株剩顶3片叶(危害严重)、整株叶片食完(危害特别严重)分别比对照(未咬食)降低4.22%,26.03%,39.26%,48.82%,粘虫咬食玉米减产幅度可达4.22%-48.82%。对梨树和农安两县市受粘虫危害的30个田间定位点统计,最高减产51.23%,平均减产20.83%,证明粘虫咬食对玉米产量影响较大。方差分析进一步证明,不同模拟处理、不同品种以及处理与品种交互作用均存在极显著差异(P〈0.01)。另外,粘虫危害可以影响玉米的商品品质,随着玉米源危害程度的加大,玉米籽粒中蛋白和淀粉含量比对照下降幅度较大,分别降低9.73%-15.91%和6.19%-11.11%,而脂肪含量变异相对较小。曹庆军 杨粉团 梁尧 姜晓莉 Lamine Diallo 李刚 2015华北农学报2015,30,3:2
