1Operator-Based Robust Nonlinear Control for SISO and MIMO Nonlinear Systems With PI Hysteresis显示文摘In this paper, operator based robust nonlinear control for single-input single-output(SISO) and multi-input multi-output(MIMO) nonlinear uncertain systems preceded by generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii(PI) hysteresis is considered respectively. In detail, by using operator based robust right coprime factorization approach, the control system design structures including feedforward and feedback controllers for both SISO and MIMO nonlinear uncertain systems are given, respectively.In which, the controller design includes the information of PI hysteresis and its inverse, and some sufficient conditions for the controllers in both SISO and MIMO systems should be satisfied are also derived respectively. 2Peptide-specific,allogeneic T cell response in vitro induced by a self-peptide binding to HLA-A2显示文摘The role of the bound peptide in alloreactive T-cell recognition is controversial, ranging from pep-tide-independent to peptide-specific recognition of alloreactive T-cells. The aim of this study is to find the evidence that there exist peptide/MHC complex (pMHC)-specific CTLs among alloreactive T cells generated with long-term mixed lymphocytes culture (LTMLC). A single pMHC was manipulated by loading the TAP-defective, HLA-A2 expressing T2 cells with a viral peptide (LMP2A426-434) or a self-peptide (Tyr369-377). The PBLs samples from 4 HLA-A2 positive (HLA-A2+ve) and 4 HLA-A2 negative (HLA-A2-ve) donors were included in this study. The HLA-A2+ve PBL co-cultured with the LMP2A426-434 pulsed T2 (T2/LMP) stands for the nominal T-cell response to a viral antigen, and the HLA-A2-ve PBLs co-cultured with the Tyr369-377 pulsed T2 (T2/Tyr) for alloreactive T-cell response to an allogeneic antigen. The specificity of the expanded CTLs after the LTMLC was detected by their specific cytotoxicity and binding ability to specific pMHC-tetramer. An HLA-A2 restricted, HIV peptide (Gag77-85)was included for control. The cultural bulk of HLA-A2+ve PBLs with the T2/LMP showed an elevated specific cytotoxicity against the T2/LMP compared to that against the T2/HIV (26.52%±3.72% vs 7.01%±0.87%, P<0.001), and an increased frequency of binding to LMP-tetramer compared to that binding to HIV-tetramer (0.98%±0.33% vs 0.05%±0.01%, P=0.0014). The cultural bulk of HLA-A2-ve PBLs with the T2/Tyr showed a more active cytotoxicity against the T2/Tyr than that against T2/HIV (28.07%±2.58% vs 6.87%±0.01 %, P<0.001), and a higher frequency of binding to the Tyr-tetramer than that binding to the HIV-tetramer (0.88%±0.3% vs 0.06%±0.03%, P=0.0018). Our results indicate that the LTMLC is able to expand the viral antigen-specific CTLs as well as allogeneic antigen-specific CTLs. A relatively large proportion of alloreactive CTLs should be pMHC-specific, i.e., the specificity of the alloreactive lines depends on both the bound peptide and the allotype of MHC. Our observations support the hypothesis that the cumulative effect of T cells specific to each peptide epitope could account for the strength and diversity of the alloresponse. 4In vitro Antioxidant Effects of Porphyra haitanensis Peptides on H_2O_2-Induced Damage in HepG2 Cells显示文摘In this study,protein from Porphyra haitanensis was used as raw material to prepare an antioxidant peptide,and its antioxidant activity was evaluated in vitro.A model of H_2O_2-induced oxidative damage in Hep G2 cells was established,and the effects of Porphyra haitanensis hydrolysates (PHHs) on superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were detected.Finally,the structure of PHHs was identified by ESI-MS/MS.The results showed that the 1,1-diphenyl-2-pyridylhydrazine(DPPH)-free radical-scavenging ability of PHHs was the strongest (59.28%at 1.0 mg m L~(-1)) when hydrolyzed with an acidic protease for 4 h.PHHs with different concentrations had protective effects on H_2O_2-induced damage to Hep G2 cells,and the protective effect was enhanced with increasing concentrations.When the level was 400μg m L~(-1),the cell survival rate was as high as 88.62%.Moreover,PHHs can significantly reduce oxidative damage to Hep G2 cells by H_2O_2,improve SOD activity,and reduce MDA content.The tetrapeptide Asp-Lys-Ser-Thr,with a molecular weight of 448 Da,was identified as an important fraction of PHHs by high-resolution mass spectrometry.CHEN Shengjun YU Jiao HU Xiao YANG Xianqing LI Laihao QI Bo DENG Jianchao 2021Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,2:1
5A Frost Heaving Prediction Approach for Ground Uplift Simulation Due to Freeze-Sealing Pipe Roof Method显示文摘Freeze-sealing pipe roof method is applied in the Gongbei tunnel,which causes the ground surface uplift induced by frost heave.A frost heaving prediction approach based on the coefficient of cold expansion is proposed to simulate the ground deformation of the Gongbei tunnel.The coefficient of cold expansion in the model and the frost heaving rate from the frost heave test under the hydration condition can achieve a good correspondence making the calculation result closer to the actual engineering.The ground surface uplift along the lateral and longitudinal direction are respectively analyzed and compared with the field measured data to validate the model.The results show that a good agreement between the frost heaving prediction model and the field measured data verifies the rationality and applicability of the proposed model.The maximum uplift of the Gongbei tunnel appears at the center of the model,gradually decreasing along with the lateral and longitudinal directions.The curve in the lateral direction presents a normal distribution due to the influence of the constraint of two sides,while the one along the lateral direction shapes like a parabola with the opening downward due to the temperature field distribution.The model provides a reference for frost heaving engineering calculation.Shengjun Deng Haolin Chen Xiaonan Gong Jiajin Zhou Xiangdong Hu Gang Jiang 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,7:0
6CeO_(2) nanoparticles with oxygen vacancies decorated N-doped carbon nanorods:A highly efficient catalyst for nitrate electroreduction to ammonia显示文摘Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction(NO_(3)−RR)emerges as a highly efficient approach toward ammonia synthesis and degrading NO_(3)−contaminant.In our study,CeO_(2) nanoparticles with oxygen vacancies(VO)decorated N-doped carbon nanorods on graphite paper(CeO_(2)−x@NC/GP)were demonstrated as a highly efficient NO_(3)−RR electrocatalyst.The CeO_(2)−x@NC/GP catalyst manifests a significant NH_(3 )yield up to 712.75μmol·h^(−1)·cm^(−2) at−0.8 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)and remarkable Faradaic efficiency of 92.93%at−0.5 V vs.RHE under alkaline conditions,with excellent durability.Additionally,an assembled Zn-NO_(3)−battery with CeO_(2)−x@NC/GP as cathode accomplishes a high-power density of 3.44 mW·cm^(−2) and a large NH3 yield of 145.08μmol·h^(−1)·cm^(−2).Density functional theory results further expose the NO_(3)−reduction mechanism on CeO_(2)(111)surface with VO.Zerong Li Zhiqin Deng Ling Ouyang Xiaoya Fan Longcheng Zhang Shengjun Sun Qian Liu Abdulmohsen Ali Alshehri Yonglan Luo Qingquan Kong Xuping Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:0
