2Signal-Based Intelligent Hydraulic Fault Diagnosis Methods: Review and Prospects显示文摘Hydraulic systems have the characteristics of strong fault concealment,powerful nonlinear time-varying signals,and a complex vibration transmission mechanism;hence,diagnosis of these systems is a challenge.To provide accurate diagnosis results automatically,numerous studies have been carried out.Among them,signal-based methods are commonly used,which employ signal processing techniques based on the state signal used for extracting features,and further input the features into the classifier for fault recognition.However,their main deficiencies include the following:(1)The features are manually designed and thus may have a lack of objectivity.(2)For signal processing,feature extraction and pattern recognition are conducted using independent models,which cannot be jointly optimized globally.(3)The machine learning algorithms adopted by these methods have a shallow architecture,which limits their capacity to deeply mine the essential features of a fault.As a breakthrough in artificial intelligence,deep learning holds the potential to overcome such deficiencies.Based on deep learning,deep neural networks(DNNs)can automatically learn the complex nonlinear relations implied in a signal,can be globally optimized,and can obtain the high-level features of multi-dimensional data.In this paper,the main technology used in an intelligent fault diagnosis and the current research status of hydraulic system fault diagnosis are summarized and analyzed.The significant prospect of applying deep learning in the field of intelligent fault diagnosis is presented,and the main ideas,methods,and principles of several typical DNNs are described and summarized.The commonality between a fault diagnosis and other issues regarding typical pattern recognition are analyzed,and research ideas for applying DNNs for hydraulic fault diagnosis are proposed.Meanwhile,the research advantages and development trend of DNNs(both domestically and overseas)as applied to an intelligent fault diagnosis are reviewed.Furthermore,the fault characteristics of a complex hydraulic system are summarized and discussed,and the key problems and possible research ideas of applying DNNs to an intelligent hydraulic fault diagnosis are presented and comprehensively analyzed.Juying Dai Jian Tang Shuzhan Huang Yangyang Wang 2019Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2019,32,5:11
3Case-control study on the associations between lifestyle-behavioral risk factors and phlegm-wetness cbonstitution显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationships between different lifestyle-behavioral factors and phlegm wetness type of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution,so as to provide health management strategies for phlegm-wetness constitution.METHODS: A case-control study was conducted with the cases selected from the database of Chinese constitution survey in 9 provinces or municipalities of China. 1380 cases met the diagnostic criteria of phlegm-wetness type were taken as the case group, and 1380 cases were randomly selected from gentleness type as the control group. Using Chi-square test to compare the differences of lifestyle-behavior composition in each group; single factor and multiple logistic regression analysis were used to compare the relationships of life-style-behavioral factors and phlegm-wetness type.RESULTS: There were statistically significant differences between phlegm-wetness type group and gentleness type group in lifestyle behaviors(dietary habits, tobacco and liquor consumptions, exercise habits, sleeping habits). The results of single factor logistic regression analysis demonstrated that the risk of phlegm-wetness constitution decreased significantly in light diet(odds ratio, OR=0.68);The risk factors of phlegm-wetness type were fatty food intake(OR=2.36), sleeping early and getting up late(OR=1.87), tobacco smoking(OR=1.83),barbecued food intake(OR=1.68), alcohol drinking(OR=1.63), salty food intake(OR=1.44), sleeping erratically(OR=1.43), less physical activities(OR=1.42), sweet food intake(OR=1.29), sleeping and getting up late(OR=1.26), and pungent food intake(OR=1.21), respectively. Regardless of the interaction among lifestyle-behavioral factors, the results of the multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk factors of phlegm-wetness type were sleeping early and getting up late(OR=1.94), fatty food intake(OR=1.80), tobacco smoking(OR=1.50),sleeping erratically(OR=1.50), barbecued food intake(OR=1.40), sleeping and getting up late(OR=1.40), less physical activities(OR=1.31), sleeping late and getting up early(OR=1.27),and sweet food intake(OR=1.27), respectively, and the risk ofphlegm-wetness type still decreased significantly inlightfoodintake(OR=0.79).CONCLUSION: Light diet can decrease the risk of being phlegm-wetness constitution, and bad lifestyle behaviors such as sleeping early and getting up late, sleeping erratically, fatty food, barbecued food or sweet food intake, tobacco and liquor consumptions, and less physical activities can increase the risks of becoming phlegm-wetness constitution.Yanbo Zhu Qi Wang Zhaoyu Dai Hideki Origasa Jie Di Yangyang Wang Lin Lin Chunpok Fan 2014Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,3:6
4Diagnosis of CO2 dynamics and fluxes in global coastal oceans显示文摘Global coastal oceans as a whole represent an important carbon sink but,due to high spatial–temporal variability,a mechanistic conceptualization of the coastal carbon cycle is still under development,hindering the modelling and inclusion of coastal carbon in Earth SystemModels.Although temperature is considered an important control of sea surface pCO2,we show that the latitudinal distribution of global coastal surface pCO2 does not match that of temperature,and its inter-seasonal changes are substantially regulated by non-thermal factors such as watermassmixing and net primary production.These processes operate in both ocean-dominated and river-dominated margins,with carbon and nutrients sourced from the open ocean and land,respectively.These can be conceptualized by a semi-analytical framework that assesses the consumption of dissolved inorganic carbon relative to nutrients,to determine how a coastal system is a CO2 source or sink.The framework also finds utility in accounting for additional nutrients in organic forms and testing hypotheses such as using Redfield stoichiometry,and is therefore an essential step toward comprehensively understanding and modelling the role of the coastal ocean in the global carbon cycle.Zhimian Cao Wei Yang Yangyang Zhao Xianghui Guo Zhiqiang Yin Chuanjun Du Huade Zhao Minhan Dai 2020National Science Review2020,7,4:5
5On the robustness of EEG tensor completion methods显示文摘During the acquisition of electroencephalographic(EEG) signals, data may be missing or corrupted by noise and artifacts. To reconstruct the incomplete data, EEG signals are firstly converted into a three-order tensor(multi-dimensional data) of shape time × channel × trial. Then, the missing data can be efficiently recovered by applying a tensor completion method(TCM).However, there is not a unique way to organize channels and trials in a tensor, and different numbers of channels are available depending on the EEG setting used, which may affect the quality of the tensor completion results. The main goal of this paper is to evaluate the robustness of EEG completion methods with several designed parameters such as the ordering of channels and trials, the number of channels, and the amount of missing data. In this work, the results of completing missing data by several TCMs were compared. To emulate different scenarios of missing data, three different patterns of missing data were designed.Firstly, the amount of missing data on completion effects was analyzed, including the time lengths of missing data and the number of channels or trials affected by missing data. Secondly, the numerical stability of the completion methods was analyzed by shuffling the indices along channels or trials in the EEG data tensor. Finally, the way that the number of electrodes of EEG tensors influences completion effects was assessed by changing the number of channels. Among all the applied TCMs, the simultaneous tensor decomposition and completion(STDC) method achieves the best performance in providing stable results when the amount of missing data or the electrode number of EEG tensors is changed. In other words, STDC proves to be an excellent choice of TCM, since permutations of trials or channels have almost no influence on the complete results. The STDC method can efficiently complete the missing EEG signals. 7In situ delivery of apoptotic bodies derived from mesenchymal stem cells via a hyaluronic acid hydrogel:A therapy for intrauterine adhesions显示文摘Stem cell-based and stem cell-derived exosome-based therapies have shown promising potential for endometrial regeneration and the clinical treatment of intrauterine adhesions(IUAs).Evidence shows that apoptosis occurs in a majority of grafted stem cells,and apoptotic bodies(ABs)play a critical role in compensatory tissue regeneration.However,the therapeutic potential of AB-based therapy and its mechanism have not been explored in detail.Here,a cell-free therapeutic strategy was developed by incorporating mesenchymal stem cell-derived ABs into a hyaluronic acid(HA)hydrogel to achieve endometrial regeneration and fertility restoration.Specifically,we found that the ABs could induce macrophage immunomodulation,cell proliferation,and angiogenesis in vitro.The HA hydrogel promoted the retention of ABs and facilitated their continuous release.In a murine model of acute endometrial damage and a rat model of IUAs,in situ injection of the AB-laden HA hydrogel could efficiently reduce fibrosis and promote endometrial regeneration,resulting in the fertility restoration.Consequently,ABs show good potential as therapeutic vesicles,and the AB-laden HA hydrogel appears to be a clinically feasible and cell-free alternative for endometrial regeneration and IUA treatment.Liaobing Xin Cheng Wei Xiaomei Tong Yangyang Dai Dong Huang Jianmin Chen Lie Ma Songying Zhang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,6:1
8Coupling simulation of fluid structure interaction in the stirred vessel with a pitched blade turbine显示文摘The interaction between fluid and a down-pumping pitched blade turbine fixed with a flexible shaft in the stirred vessel, as a typical fluid structure interaction phenomenon, was simulated by coupling the Computational Fluid Dynamics and Computational Structural Dynamics. Based on the verification of the simulated impeller torque and dimensionless shaft bending moment with experimental result, the dimensionless shaft bending moment and various loads acting on impeller(including lateral force, axial force and bending moment) were discussed in detail. By separating and extracting the fluid and structural components from those loads, the results show that the shaft bending moment mainly results from the lateral force on impeller although the axial force on impeller is much larger. The impeller mass imbalance increases the shaft bending moment and the lateral force on impeller, but has little influence on the axial force and bending moment acting on impeller. 9Application of Simple Head Cooling Combined with Gangliosides in Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy显示文摘Objective To investigate the effect of simple head cooling combined with ganglioside therapy on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)and its clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 100 children with HIE admitted in the neonatal ward of our hospital from August 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gangliosides,and the observation group was treated with simple head cooling combined with gangliosides.Observe and compare the clinical performance improvement time,the level of relevant hematological examination indexes before and after treatment,and the neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA),clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions.Results The improvement time of convulsions,disturbance of consciousness,pupil changes,hypotonia,and gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.001).After treatment,the NSE,IL-6,CK,CK-MB of the two groups of children were significantly lower than before treatment,and the serum calcium and NBNA scores were significantly higher than before treatment,and the decrease or increase in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control Group(all P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment of children in the observation group(82.00%)was higher than that of the control group(62.00%)(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The simple head cooling combined with gangliosides in the treatment of HIE can improve the clinical symptoms,blood test index levels,and NBNA scores.The clinical effect is clear and superior to the single use of gangliosides.Zhen Zhan Huanhuan Cheng Xianhong Lin Yangyang Meng Liying Dai Hong Zheng Qilian Xie 2020Journal of Human Physiology2020,2,2:0
10Overcoming the limitations of anthracene alkylation using SZ-DeAl-DFNS acid catalyst显示文摘In situ formation of composite micro-mesoporous dendritic fibrous nano-silica(DFNS) and Al-DFNS was prepared using a cetylpyridinium bromide(CPB) template synthetic system. Dealumination is induced by impregnation of zirconium with flux followed by a sulfuric acid treatment. This procedure results in a series of highly uniform nano-spheres, which exhibit stronger acid property than that of Al-MCM-41. In the selective alkylation of anthracene with tert–amyl alcohol, SO_(4)^(2-)modified Zr-contained dealuminated Al-DFNS(SZ-De Al-DFNS) shows great catalytic activity and higher conversion(60.8%). The DFNS samples were characterized with XRD, SEM, TEM, NH_(3)-TPD and other techniques. 11Cloning And Characterization Of A Geranylgeranyl Diphosphate Synthase Gene From Taxus Chinensis显示文摘Taxol(Paclitaxel)is a diterpene from Taxus species and has been used in treatment of various kinds of cancers.Geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthase(GGPPS)catalyzes the formation of geranylgeranyl diphosphate(GGPP,the common precursor for diterpenes and plays a key role in taxol biosynthesis.Here we report a functional GGPPS gene from Taxus chinensis(designated TcGGPPS).TcGGPPS is an intron free gene and has a 1,182-bp open reading frame encoding a polypeptide of 393 amino acid residues with a calculated molecular mass of 42.63 kDa and an isoelectric point of 5.58.The catalytic activity of TcGGPPS for production of GGPP was verified by a color enhancement assay in the Escherichia coli cells harboring plasmid pAC-BETA.Multiple sequence alignment indicates that TcGGPPS is a little different in sequence from the functional GGPPS genes from other Taxus species such as T.canadensis,T.media and T.wallichiana,which are almost identical to each other.Protein structure prediction by using bioinformatics reveals that TcGGPPS consists of 52.2%α-helix,10.9%extended strand,8.4%β-turn and 28.5%random coil,and has a three-dimensional structure highly similar to the structurally known Sinapis alba GGPPS.In silicon predictions also demonstrate that TcGGPPS has a plastid-targeting peptide at the N-terminus,suggesting it is responsible for the synthesis of GGPP in plastids.Junhao Shen Yangyang Qiao Yongqin Chen Jungui Dai Qiqi Chen Zhifan Yang Xuzhi Ruan Ronghua Wei 2016生物工程前沿(中英文版)2016,5,1:0

13Copper fluoride as a low-cost sodium-ion battery cathode with high capacity显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) are promising alternatives to lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) for large-scale energy storage considering the abundance and low cost of Na-containing resources. However, the energy density of SIBs has been limited by the typically low specific capacities of traditional intercalation-based cathodes. Metal fluorides, in contrast, can deliver much higher capacities based on multi-electron conversion reactions. Among metal fluorides, CuF_(2) presents a theoretical specific capacity as high as 528 mAh/g while its Na-ion storage mechanism has been rarely reported. Here, we report CuF_(2) as a SIB cathode, which delivers a high capacity of 502 mAh/g but suffers from poor electrochemical reversibility. As a solution, we adjust the cell configuration by inserting a carbon-coated separator, which hinders the transportation of dissolved Cu ions and improves the reversibility of the CuF_(2) cathode. 15Torque and bending moment acting on a flexible shaft agitated by disk turbines in a gas–liquid stirred vessel显示文摘The torque and bending moment acting on a flexible overhung shaft in a gas–liquid stirred vessel agitated by a Rushton turbine and three different curved-blade disk turbines(half circular blades disk turbine, half elliptical blades disk turbine, and parabolic blades disk turbine) were experimentally measured by a customized moment sensor. The results show that the amplitude distribution of torque can be fitted by a symmetric bimodal distribution for disk turbines, and generally the distribution is more dispersive as the blade curvature or the gas flow rate increases. The amplitude distribution of shaft bending moment can be fitted by an asymmetric Weibull distribution for disk turbines. The relative shaft bending moment manifests a 'rising-falling-rising' trend over the gas flow number, which is a corporate contribution of the unstable gas–liquid flow around the impeller, the gas cavities behind the blades, and the direct impact of gas on the impeller. 17Covalent Organic Framework with 3D Ordered Channel and Multi-Functional Groups Endows Zn Anode with Superior Stability显示文摘Achieving a highly robust zinc(Zn)metal anode is extremely important for improving the performance of aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)for advancing“carbon neutrality”society,which is hampered by the uncontrollable growth of Zn dendrite and severe side reactions including hydrogen evolution reaction,corrosion,and passivation,etc.Herein,an interlayer containing fluorinated zincophilic covalent organic framework with sulfonic acid groups(COF-S-F)is developed on Zn metal(Zn@COF-S-F)as the artificial solid electrolyte interface(SEI).Sulfonic acid group(-SO_(3)H)in COF-S-F can effectively ameliorate the desolvation process of hydrated Zn ions,and the three-dimensional channel with fluoride group(-F)can provide interconnected channels for the favorable transport of Zn ions with ion-confinement effects,endowing Zn@COF-S-F with dendrite-free morphology and suppressed side reactions.Consequently,Zn@COF-S-F symmetric cell can stably cycle for 1,000 h with low average hysteresis voltage(50.5 m V)at the current density of 1.5 m A cm^(-2).Zn@COF-S-F|Mn O_(2)cell delivers the discharge specific capacity of 206.8 m Ah g^(-1)at the current density of 1.2 A g^(-1)after 800 cycles with high-capacity retention(87.9%).Enlightening,building artificial SEI on metallic Zn surface with targeted design has been proved as the effective strategy to foster the practical application of high-performance AZIBs.Bin Li Pengchao Ruan Xieyu Xu Zhangxing He Xinyan Zhu Liang Pan Ziyu Peng Yangyang Liu Peng Zhou Bingan Lu Lei Dai Jiang Zhou 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,4:0
