| 1 | Endovascular therapy for Acute ischemic Stroke Trial (EAST): study protocol for a prospective, multicentre control trial in China显示文摘Background and purpose:5 recent trials have shown the benefit of endovascular treatment for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS)due to large vessel occlusion of the anterior circulation.This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Solitaire thrombectomy in patients with moderate-to-severe stroke in the Chinese population,which has a high prevalence of intracranial atherosclerosis.Methods and analysis:This multicentre prospective control study will involve 17 stroke centres in China,and plans to recruit 150 patients in the intervention group,and 150 patients in the medical group,in which patients meet enrolment criteria but refuse intervention.Patients with AIS due to large vessel occlusion indicated for treatment with Solitaire stent retriever within 12 hours of symptom onset,and who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,will be enrolled in this study.The primary efficacy endpoint is functional independence as defined by a modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score≤2 at 90 days or by functional improvement as defined by mRS,using shift analysis.The procedural efficacy endpoint is arterial recanalisation of the occluded target vessel measured by a modified Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction(mTICI)score equal or superior to 2b right following the use of the study device.The primary safety endpoint is symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)within 24±3 hours postprocedure.Ethics and dissemination:The protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee at the coordinating centre and by the local Institutional Review Board of each participating centre.Trial registration number:NCT02350283. | Zhongrong Miao Xiaochuan Huo Feng Gao Xiaoling Liao Chunjuan Wang Ya Peng Yibin Cao Shengli Chen Meng Zhang Changchun Jiang Xiaoxiang Peng Cunfeng Song Liping Wei Qiyi Zhu Zaiyu Guo Li Liu Hang Lin Hua Yang Wei Wu Hui Liang Anding Xu Kangning Chen Xingquan Zhao Yuesong Pan Hao Li Liping Liu Yilong Wang Yongjun Wang EAST investigators | 2016 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2016,1,2: | 8 |
| 2 | Investigation of microstructure modification of C-doped a-SiO_2/Si after Pb-ion irradiation显示文摘Thermally grown amorphous SiO 2 (a-SiO 2) films were implanted at room temperature (RT) with 100 keV C-ions to 5.0×10 17 ions/cm 2.These samples were irradiated at RT with 853 MeV Pb-ions to 1.0×10 12 and 5.0×10 12 ions/cm 2.Then the samples were investigated using Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) at RT.Significant microstructure modifications were observed in C-doped a-SiO 2/Si samples after high energy Pb-ion irradiations,and the formation of new structures depended strongly on the Pb-ion irradiation fluences.For example,tracks in high density were observed in a 1.0×10 12 Pb/cm 2 irradiated and C-doped sample.Additionally,the length of tracks grows,and a large number of 8H-SiC nanocrystals can be seen in the film when irradiation fluence is increased to 5.0×10 12 Pb/cm 2.Possible modification processes of C-doped a-SiO 2 under swift heavy ion irradiations are briefly discussed. | LIU ChunBao WEI KongFang YAO CunFeng WANG ZhiGuang JIN YunFan TOULEMONDE M | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,2: | 2 |

| 5 | Impulsivity-related right superior frontal gyrus as a biomarker of internet gaming disorder显示文摘Background Internet gaming disorder(IGD)is a mental health issue that affects individuals worldwide.However,the lack of knowledge about the biomarkers associated with the development of IGD has restricted the diagnosis and treatment of this disorder.Aims We aimed to reveal the biomarkers associated with the development of IGD through resting-state brain network analysis and provide clues for the diagnosis and treatment of IGD.Methods Twenty-six patients with IGD,23 excessive internet game users(EIUs)who recurrently played internet games but were not diagnosed with IGD and 29 healthy controls(HCs)performed delay discounting task(DDT)and Iowa gambling task(IGT).Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)data were also collected.Results Patients with IGD exhibited significantly lower hubness in the right medial orbital part of the superior frontal gyrus(ORBsupmed)than both the EIU and the HC groups.Additionally,the hubness of the right ORBsupmed was found to be positively correlated with the highest excessive internet gaming degree during the past year in the EIU group but not the IGD group;this might be the protective mechanism that prevents EIUs from becoming addicted to internet games.Moreover,the hubness of the right ORBsupmed was found to be related to the treatment outcome of patients with IGD,with higher hubness of this region indicating better recovery when undergoing forced abstinence.Further modelling analysis of the DDT and IGT showed that patients with IGD displayed higher impulsivity during the decision-making process,and impulsivity-related parameters were negatively correlated with the hubness of right ORBsupmed.Conclusions Our findings revealed that the impulsivity-related right ORBsupmed hubness could serve as a potential biomarker of IGD and provide clues for the diagnosis and treatment of IGD. | Pengyu Zhang Yu Pan Rujing Zha Hongwen Song Cunfeng Yuan Qian Zhao Yi Piao Jiecheng Ren Yijun Chen Peipeng Liang Ran Tao Zhengde Wei Xiaochu Zhang | 2023 | General Psychiatry2023,36,4: | 1 |

| 10 | A deep learning-based ring artifact correctionmethod for X-ray CT显示文摘Purpose In X-ray CT systems,ring artifacts caused by the nonuniform response of detector elements degrades the reconstruction quality and affects the subsequent processing and quantitative analysis of the image.Method In this paper,a novel method is proposed to remove the ring artifacts in CT image by applying deep learning algorithm based on convolutional neural network(CNN)and recurrent neural network(RNN).First,the reconstructed CT images is transformed into polar coordinate system to make rings appear as stripes.Then,a CNN is constructed to detect the stripes,and a RNN is utilized to process the line artifact correction.After that,by retransforming the corrected image from polar coordinate system to Cartesian coordinate system,a ring artifact removal image can be achieved.Results The presented method can successfully reduce the CT ring artifact on simulated and real data.Specifically,in the experiment with real water phantom,the center and peripheral standard deviations reduced 46%and 24%,respectively.Conclusions The proposed method is potential to be widely deployed in industrial and medical CT systems,due to the excellent results on correction and the real-time performance without adjusting parameters manually. | Lulu Yuan Qiong Xu Baodong Liu Zhe Wang Shuangquan Liu Cunfeng Wei Long Wei | 2021 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,4: | 1 |
