| 1 | Memory stem T cells generated by Wnt signaling from blood of human renal clear cell carcinoma patients显示文摘Objective: Memory stem T cells(Tscm) have attracted attention because of their enhanced self-renewal, multipotent capacity, and anti-tumor capacities. However, little is known about Tscm in patients with renal clear cell carcinoma(RCC) and the role of Wnt signaling in these cells. We evaluated Tscm from RCC patients concerning their activation of Wnt signaling in vitro and explored the mechanism of preferential survival.Methods: Flow cytometry identified surface markers and cytokines produced from accumulated Tscm in the presence of the glycogen synthase kinase beta inhibitor TWS119. Apoptosis was evaluated after induction using tumor necrosis factor-alpha.Immunofluorescence and Western blot analyses were used to investigate the activation of the nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-КB)pathway.Results: RCC patients had a similar percentage of CD4^+ and CD8^+ Tscm as healthy donors. Activation of Wnt signaling by TWS119 resulted in the accumulation of Tscm in activated T cells, but reversal of differentiated T cells to Tscm was not achieved.Preferential survival of Tscm was associated with increased anti-apoptotic ability mediated downstream of the NF-КB activation pathway.Conclusions: The finding that Tscm can accumulate by Wnt signaling in vitro in blood from RCC patients will help in devising new cancer therapy strategies of Tscm-based adoptive immunotherapy, such as dendritic cell-stimulated Tscm, and T cell receptor or chimeric antigen receptor-engineered Tscm. | Cihui Yan Jingjing Chang Xinmiao Song Fan Yan Wenwen Yu Yang An Feng Wei Lili Yang Xiubao Ren | 2019 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,1: | 4 |

| 8 | Tunable Multicolor Fluorescence of Perovskite-Based Composites for Optical Steganography and Light-Emitting Devices显示文摘Multicolor fluorescence of mixed halide perovskites enormously enables their applications in photonics and optoelectronics.However,it remains an arduous task to obtain multicolor emissions from perovskites containing single halogen to avoid phase segregation.Herein,a fluorescent composite containing Eu-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),OD Cs PbBre,and 3D CsPbBrs is synthesized.Under excitations at 365 nm and 254nm,the pristine composite emits blue(B)and red(R)fluorescence,which are ascribed to radiative defects within CsPbBr and 5Do→7F,transitions of Eu^(3+),respectively.Interestingly,after light soaking in the ambient environment,the blue fluorescence gradually converts into green(G)emission due to the defect repairing and 0D-3D phase conversion.This permanent and unique photochromic effect enables anticounterfeiting and microsteganography with increased security through a micropatterning technique.Moreover,the RGB luminescence is highly stable after encapsulation by a transparent polymer layer.Thus,trichromatic light-emitting modules are fabricated by using the fluorescent composites as color-converting layers,which almost fully cover the standard color gamut.Therefore,this work innovates a strategy for construction of tunable multicolor luminescence by manipulating the radiative defects and structural dimensionality. | Kewei Ma Qingfeng Gui Cihui Liu Yunyi Yang Fangjian Xing Yunsong Di Xiaoming Wen Baohua Jia Zhixing Gan | 2023 | Research2023,,1: | 0 |
| 9 | All-optical logic gates based on hierarchical photonic crystal modulated photoluminescence of perovskite nanocrystals显示文摘Halide perovskites exhibit high performance in all sorts of optoelectronic and photonic areas, suggesting their huge potential in integrated photonic devices. However, until now, all optical logic gates based on perovskites are still rarely explored, hindering the development of all-optical networks and computing. Herein, a new concept of all-optical logic gates is proposed based on the modulation of photoluminescence(PL) from perovskite nanocrystals(PNCs). A hierarchical photonic crystal(Hie PhC) is developed by self-assembling polystyrene(PS) and SiO2nanoparticles, which exhibit a higher PL enhancement than that of a monolayer PhC. Moreover, the light-controlled PL is realized by taking advantage of the high thermal response of the PL from PNCs/Hie PhC on polyethylene(PE) substrate, assisted by a graphene layer for light-heat conversion. | 10 | Micro-nano structured VNb_(9)O_(25)anode with superior electronic conductivity for high-rate and long-life lithium storage显示文摘The oxygen vacancies and micro-nano structure can optimize the electron/Li+migration kinetics in anode materials for lithium batteries(LIBs).Here,porous micro-nano structured VNb_(9)O_(25)composites with rich oxygen vacancies were reasonably prepared via a facile solvothermal method combined with annealing treatment at 800℃for 30 h(VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h).This micro-nano structure can enhance the contact of active material/electrolyte,and shorten the Li+diffusion distance.The introduction of oxygen vacancies can further boosts the intrinsic conductivity of VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h for achieving excellent LIB performance.The as-prepared VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h anode showed advanced rate capability with reversible capacity of 122.2 m A h g^(-1)at 4 A g^(-1),and delivered excellent capacity retention of~100%after 2000 cycles.Meanwhile,VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h provides unexpected long-cycle life(i.e.,reversible capacity of 165.7 m A h g^(-1)at 1 A g^(-1)with a high capacity retention of 85.6%even after 8000 cycles).Additionally,coupled with the Li Fe PO4 cathode,the Li Fe PO4//VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h full cell delivers superior LIB properties with high reversible capacities of 91.6 m A h g^(-1)at 5 C for 1000 cycles.Thus,such reasonable construction method can assist in other high-performance niobium-based oxides in LIBs. | Mingxing Liang Yongcong Huang Yuda Lin Guisheng Liang Cihui Huang Lan Chen Jiaxin Li Qian Feng Chunfu Lin Zhigao Huang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,24: | 0 |
| 11 | Luminescence and recombine centre in ZnO/Si films显示文摘The D0h luminescence of ZnO films deposited on p-type Si substrates is produced by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD).After annealing in the air at 700°C for an hour,the photoluminescence(PL)spectra,the I-V characteristics and the deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS)of the samples are measured.All the samples have a rectification characteristic.DLTS signals show two deep levels of E1 and E2.The Gaussian fit curves of the PL spectra at room temperature show three luminescence lines b,c and d,of which b is attributed to the exciton emission.The donor level E1 measured by DLTS and the location state donor ionization energy Ed of the closely neighboring emission lines c and d are correlated.E1 is judged as neutral donor bound to hole emission(D0h).Moreover,the intensity of the PL spectra decreases while the relative density of E2 increases,showing that E2 has the property of a nonradiative center. | Cihui LIU Ran YAO Jianfeng SU Zeyu MA Zhuxi FU | 2009 | Frontiers of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in China2009,4,1: | 0 |
