| 2 | 长壁采空区对采动煤岩应力分布规律的影响研究显示文摘随着当前各类长壁采空区及其附近区段巷道留设技术的不断推广,采空区及其对采动煤岩应力分布规律影响的认识愈发重要。鉴于当下此方面的研究较少,以镇城底矿为工程背景,通过理论分析、相似模拟、数值模拟和现场实测研究了长壁采空区对采动煤岩应力分布规律的影响。多种研究方法表明,采空区承载越大,实体围岩受载则越低,反之亦然。错层位不对称工作面导致应力分布亦不对称,缓坡段采空区应力大于无缓坡段,而缓坡段侧支承压力小于无缓坡段侧,缓坡段具有压力和能量缓冲耗散作用的矸石垫层,可避免接续面巷顶沿空巷道受动载影响。得出基于采空区影响下的老顶关键块回转下沉量计算方法。断裂角越小,采空区承载越小,尤其采空区边缘应力越小。采空区会影响围岩体中应力集中区的应力集中程度、范围和方位,同时影响煤岩体塑性区大小。理论分析、模拟分析和现场实测具有较好的一致性。 | 王朋飞 冯国瑞 赵景礼 CHUGH Yoginder P 王志强 | 2018 | 岩土工程学报2018，40，7： | 11 |

| 4 | Comparative analysis of APACHE-Ⅱ and P-POSSUM scoring systems in predicting postoperative mortality in patients undergoing emergency laparotomy显示文摘BACKGROUND Laparotomy remains one of the commonest emergency surgical procedures.Early prognostic evaluation would aid in selecting the high-risk patients for an aggressive treatment.Awareness about risks could potentially contribute to the quality of perioperative care and optimum utilization of resources.Portsmouth modification of Physiological and operative severity for the enumeration of mortality and morbidity (P-POSSUM) and the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE-Ⅱ) have been the most widely used scoring systems for emergency laparotomies.It is always better to have a single scoring system to predict outcomes and audit healthcare organizations.AIM To compare the ability of APACHE-II and P-POSSUM to predict postoperative morbidity and mortality in patients undergoing emergency laparotomy.METHODS All patients undergoing emergency laparotomy at the Tata Main Hospital,Jamshedpur between December 2013 and November 2014 were included in the study.In this observational study,P-POSSUM and APACHE-Ⅱ scoring were done,and the outcome analysis evaluated with mortality being the primary outcome.RESULTS For P-POSSUM,at a cut off value of 63 to predict mortality using receiver operating characteristics curve analysis,the area under the curve was 0.989;and for APACHE-Ⅱ,at the cut off value of 24,the area under the curve was 0.965.CONCLUSION Because the ability of APACHE-Ⅱ to predict mortality was similar to P-POSSUM and APACHE-Ⅱ does not need scoring for intra-operative findings and histopathology reports,APACHE-Ⅱ can be used pre-operatively to assess the risk in patients undergoing emergency laparotomy.However,for audit purposes,either of the two scoring systems can be used. | Deb Sanjay Nag Ankur Dembla Pratap Rudra Mahanty Shashi Kant Abhishek Chatterjee Devi Prasad Samaddar Parul Chugh | 2019 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2019，7，16： | 5 |
| 5 | Telemedicine,the current COVID-19 pandemic and the future:a narrative review and perspectives moving forward in the USA显示文摘A narrative review was conducted to examine the current state of the utilisation of telemedicine amid the current COVID-19 pandemic and to evaluate the benefits of continuing telemedicine usage in the future.A literature review was performed for articles related to telemedicine.Databases including PubMed,Google Scholar,Cochrane Library and Ovid MEDLINE were searched.Three reviewers independently performed article selection based on relevance to our topic.We included all articles between 1990 and 2020 related to telemedicine using the following keywords:‘telemedicine’,‘telehealth’,‘policy’,‘COVID-19’,‘regulation’,‘rural’,‘physical examination’,‘future’.A total of 60 articles were identified,and through careful selection we narrowed the final number of articles to 42 based on relevance to our topic.Telemedicine has been rapidly evolving over the past several decades.Issues with regulation and reimbursement have prevented its full immersion into the healthcare system.During the current pandemic,Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services have expanded access to telemedicine services.The advantages of telemedicine moving forward include its cost-effectiveness,ability to extend access to specialty services and its potential to help mitigate the looming physician shortage.Disadvantages include lack of available technological resources in certain parts of the country,issues with security of patient data,and challenges in performing the traditional patient examination.It is critically important that changes are made to fully immerse telemedicine services into the healthcare landscape in order to be prepared for future pandemics as well as to reap the benefits of this service in the future. | Asim Kichloo Michael Albosta Kirk Dettloff Farah Wani Zain El-Amir Jagmeet Singh Michael Aljadah Raja Chandra Chakinala Ashok Kumar Kanugula Shantanu Solanki Savneek Chugh | 2020 | Family Medicine and Community Health2020，8，3： | 3 |
