1High-precision RCS measurement of aircraft's weak scattering source显示文摘The radar cross section(RCS) of weak scattering source on the surface of an aircraft is usually less than 40 d Bsm.How to accurately measure the RCS characteristics of weak scattering source is a technical challenge for the aircraft's RCS measurement.This paper proposes separating and extracting the two-dimensional(2D) reflectivity distribution of the weak scattering source with the microwave imaging algorithm and spectral transform so as to enhance its measurement precision.Firstly,we performed the 2D microwave imaging of the target and then used the 2D gating function to separate and extract the reflectivity distribution of the weak scattering source.Secondly,we carried out the spectral transform of the reflectivity distribution and eventually obtained the RCS of the weak scattering source through calibration.The prototype experimental results and their analysis show that the measurement method is effective.The experiments on an aircraft's low-scattering conformal antenna verify that the measurement method can eliminate the clutter on the surface of aircraft.The precision of measuring a 40 d Bsm target is 3–5 d B better than the existing RCS measurement methods.The measurement method can more accurately obtain the weak scattering source's RCS characteristics.Hu Chufeng Li Nanjing Chen Weijun Zhang Linxi 2016Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2016,29,3:7
2STUDIES ON PATHOGENESIS OF WAARDENBURG SYNDROME TYPE Ⅱ AND TIETZ SYNDROME RESULTING FROM MITF GENE MUTATIONS显示文摘Microphthalmia-associated transcription factor(MITF) controls melanocyte survival and differentiation through directly regulating the expression of the tyrosinase(TYR) and tyrosinase- related proteins 1 and 2(TYRP1 and TYRP2) genes. MITF mutations have been reported to result in an abnormal melanocyte development and lead to Waardenburg syndrome type 2(WS2), characterized by variable degrees of sensorineural hearing loss and patchy regional distribution of hypopigmentation. Recently, MITF was also indicated as a causative gene for a more severe syndrome, the Tietz Syndrome(TS), characterized by generalized hypopigmentation and complete hearing loss. However, few functional studies have been performed to compare the diseases-causing mutations. Here, we analyzed the in vitro activity of two recent identified WS2-associated mutation(p.R217I and p.T192fsX18) and one TS-associated mutation p.N210K. The R217I MITF retained partial activity, normal DNA-binding ability and nuclear distribution, whereas the T192fsX18 MITF failed to activate TYR promoter due to loss of DNA-binding activity, and aberrant subcellular localization.The aberrant subcellular localization of T192fsX18 MITF may be caused by deletion of a putative nuclear localization signal(NLS) at aa 213-218(ERRRRF). Indeed, MITF with deletion of the NLS fragment failed to translocate into the nucleus and activated the TYR promoter. Tagging this NLS to GFP promoted the green fluorescence protein(GFP) translocated into the nucleus. The surprising finding of our study is that a TS-associated MITF mutation, N210K, showed comparable in vitro activity as WT. 4Multi-dimensional scattering properties diagnosis system of scale aircraft model in an anechoic chamber显示文摘Aiming at the concept of 'diagnosis', a simple and effective broadband radar cross section(RCS) measurement system is constructed, and some multi-dimensional scattering properties diagnosis techniques are presented based on the system. Firstly,a stepped-frequency signal is employed to achieve high range resolution, combining with a variety of signal processing techniques. Secondly, cross-range resolution is gained with a rotating table, and the high-resolution two-dimensional(2-D) imaging of the scale model is obtained by the microwave imaging theory. Finally, two receiving antennas with a small distance in altitude are used, and the three-dimensional(3-D) height distribution of scattering points on the scale model is extracted from the phase of images. Some typical bodies and a scale aircraft model are diagnosed in an anechoic chamber. The experimental results show that, after scaling with a metal sphere, the accurate onedimensional(1-D) RCS pattern of the model is obtained, and it has a large dynamic range. When the bandwidth of the transmitting signal is 4 GHz, the resolution of the 2-D image can reach to0.037 5 m. The 3-D height distribution of scattering points is given by interferometric measurement. 6Experimental Studies of Melanin Associated Antigen and Its Relationship with Sympathetic Ophthalmia and Vogt-Kayanagi-Harada Syndrome显示文摘Purpose: To discuss the relationship of Bovine Melanin-Associated Antigen (BMAA) to Sympathetic Ophthalmia (SO) and Vogt-Kayanagi-Harada (VKH) syndrome.Methods:BMAA was isolated and purified from bovine iris and ciliary body and MTT method was used to measure the peripheral lymphocyte reactions of SO and VKH syndrome patients to BMAA. 15 cases of SO were included in the SO group with 11 males and 4 females. The average age was 37.5, ranging from 23 to 56 years; 15 patients with VKH syndrome were included in the VHK group with 7 males and 8 females. Their average age was 37.2 years, ranging from 24 to 69 years; 20 normal individuals without ocular and systemic autoimmune diseases were included in the control group.These included 9 males and 11 females, aging from 14 to 28 with an average of 23.8 years.Results: The OD values of each group were as follows: SO controls 0.327+0.032; SO+ BMAA 0.490+0.758; SO+PHA 0.5310+0.918; VKH controls 0.328+0.503; VKH+BMAA 0.430 +0.530; VKH +PHA 0.328 +0.484;Normal controls 0.304 +0.267; Normal +BMAA 0.343+0.326; Normal+PHA 0.477+0.598. The average OD values of peripheral lymphocytes to BMAA stimulation in SO patients and normal controls were 0.490 and 0.343 respectively. The difference was statistically significant, P< 0.001; The average OD values of peripheral lymphocytes to BMAA stimulation in SO and VKH syndrome patients were 0.470 and 0.430 respectively. 8A New DOPO-Eugenol Adduct as an Effective Flame Retardant for Epoxy Thermosets with Improved Mechanical Properties显示文摘The development of efficient green flame retardants is an important way to realize more sustainable epoxy thermosets and downstream materials.In this work,a monoepoxide is synthesized through O-glycidylation of eugenol,and then reacted with DOPO(9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphophenanthrene-10-oxide)to obtain a new bio-based flame retardant,DOPO-GE.DOPO-GE is blended with a bisphenol A epoxy prepolymer exhibiting good compatibility and DDS(4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfone)is used as the curing agent to afford epoxy thermosets.Although DOPO-GE leads to the reduced glass transition temperature of the thermosets,the storage modulus increases considerably.The DOPO-GE-modified thermosets exhibit the high thermal stability with the onset thermal decomposition temperature in nitrogen and air exceeding 300℃.When the phosphorus content in the thermoset is 1.0%,the residual yield of the thermosets at 750℃ in nitrogen increases from 13.9%to 30.6%,due to the increased charring ability.More interestingly,when the phosphorus content is only 0.5%,the limiting oxygen index is as high as 30.3%with UL94 V0 achieved.Cone calorimeter results reveals the significantly decreased heat release rate,total heat release,mass loss and total smoke production.Furthermore,DOPO-GE can notably improve the flexural strength,flexural modulus and fracture toughness,whereas the shear and impact strength are reduced to varied extents.In short,DOPO-GE can be obtained via a facile way,and shows the good flame-retardant effect on the epoxy thermosets with an application potential.Daqin Zhang Chufeng Yang Huayang Ran Juanli Wang Jintao Wan Yuhu Li Pujun Jin Daodao Hu 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,7:1

11Comparative Study on Deformation Prediction Models of Wuqiangxi Concrete Gravity Dam Based on Monitoring Data显示文摘The deformation prediction models of Wuqiangxi concrete gravity dam are developed,including two statistical models and a deep learning model.In the statistical models,the reliable monitoring data are firstly determined with Lahitte criterion;then,the stepwise regression and partial least squares regression models for deformation prediction of concrete gravity dam are constructed in terms of the reliable monitoring data,and the factors of water pressure,temperature and time effect are considered in the models;finally,according to the monitoring data from 2006 to 2020 of five typical measuring points including J23(on dam section 24^(#)),J33(on dam section 4^(#)),J35(on dam section 8^(#)),J37(on dam section 12^(#)),and J39(on dam section 15^(#))located on the crest of Wuqiangxi concrete gravity dam,the settlement curves of the measuring points are obtained with the stepwise regression and partial least squares regression models.A deep learning model is developed based on long short-term memory(LSTM)recurrent neural network.In the LSTM model,two LSTMlayers are used,the rectified linear unit function is adopted as the activation function,the input sequence length is 20,and the random search is adopted.The monitoring data for the five typical measuring points from 2006 to 2017 are selected as the training set,and the monitoring data from 2018 to 2020 are taken as the test set.From the results of case study,we can find that(1)the good fitting results can be obtained with the two statistical models;(2)the partial least squares regression algorithm can solve the model with high correlation factors and reasonably explain the factors;(3)the prediction accuracy of the LSTM model increases with increasing the amount of training data.In the deformation prediction of concrete gravity dam,the LSTM model is suggested when there are sufficient training data,while the partial least squares regression method is suggested when the training data are insufficient.Songlin Yang Xingjin Han Chufeng Kuang Weihua Fang Jianfei Zhang Tiantang Yu 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,4:1

17Analysis of Lightning Disaster in Shaoyang City and Research on Its Defense Countermeasures显示文摘The climate impact assessment and monthly and annual reports of surface meteorological observation of cities and counties were reviewed,and there were no records of lightning disasters in Shaoyang from 1978 to 2000.Since 2001,there have been few records of lightning disasters,with only about 10 times in various regions.In this paper,a total of 143 investigation reports on lightning accidents since 2002 were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted based on the loss,location of occurrence,damaged industries,and social impact.In particular,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of lightning in Shaoyang area have been clearly understood,and the main characteristics and laws of lightning accidents in Shaoyang area were revealed.The results showed that the most lightning accidents occurred in June,and no lightning accidents occurred in December.Dongkou,Longhui,and Shaoyang urban areas were the lightning prone areas,and the impact of lightning on agriculture was the largest,followed by commerce.The prevention countermeasures of lightning disasters were proposed to provide reference for disaster prevention and reduction.Chufeng WANG Weiwei LV Hexiang ZHU Depei ZOU 2023Meteorological and Environmental Research2023,14,3:0
18Nanomaterials with dual immunomodulatory functions for synergistic therapy of breast cancer brain metastases显示文摘A long-standing paucity of effective therapies results in the poor outcomes of triple-negative breast cancer brain metastases.Immunotherapy has made progress in the treatment of tumors,but limited by the non-immunogenicity of tumors and strong immunosuppressive environment,patients with TNBC brain metastases have not yet benefited from immunotherapy.Dual immunoregulatory strategies with enhanced immune activation and reversal of the immunosuppressive microenvironment provide new therapeutic options for patients.Here,we propose a cocktail-like therapeutic strategy of microenvironment regulation-chemotherapy-immune synergistic sensitization and construct reduction-sensitive immune microenvironment regulation nanomaterials(SIL@T).SIL@T modified with targeting peptide penetrates the BBB and is subsequently internalized into metastatic breast cancer cells,releasing silybin and oxaliplatin responsively in the cells.SIL@T preferentially accumulates at the metastatic site and can significantly prolong the survival period of model animals.Mechanistic studies have shown that SIL@T can effectively induce immunogenic cell death of metastatic cells,activate immune responses and increase infiltration of CD8+T cells.Meanwhile,the activation of STAT3 in the metastatic foci is attenuated and the immunosuppressive microenvironment is reversed.This study demonstrates that SIL@T with dual immunomodulatory functions provides a promising immune synergistic therapy strategy for breast cancer brain metastases.Zhenhao Zhao Chufeng Li Yiwen Zhang Chao Li Yongchao Chu Xuwen Li Peixin Liu Hongyi Chen Yu Wang Boyu Su Qinjun Chen Tao Sun Chen Jiang 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,9:0
19Stiffness-tuned and ROS-sensitive hydrogel incorporating complement C5a receptor antagonist modulates antibacterial activity of macrophages for periodontitis treatment显示文摘Periodontitis is admittedly a microbe-driven intractable infectious disease,in which Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg)plays a keystone role.Pg can selectively impair the antimicrobial responses of periodontal resident macrophages including their phagocytic and bactericidal activity without interfering their proinflammatory activity,which leads to microflora disturbance,destructive periodontal inflammation and alveolar bone loss eventually.Here,an injectable ROS-sensitive hydrogel is developed for releasing active bone marrow-derived macrophages(named ex-situ macrophages hereafter)and a complement C5a receptor antagonist(C5A)to the gingival crevice.Through appropriately tuning the hydrogel stiffness,the phagocytic activity of these macrophages is greatly enhanced,reaching an optimal performance at the elastic modulus of 106 kPa.Meanwhile,C5A avoids undesired C5a receptor activation by Pg to ensure the bacterial killing activity of both the ex-situ and in-situ macrophages.Besides,the ROS-sensitive hydrogels show another distinct feature of decreasing the ROS level in periodontal niche,which contributes to the alleviated periodontal inflammation and attenuated bone loss as well.This study highlights the potential of utilizing hydrogels with tailored biomechanical properties to remodel the functions of therapeutic cells,which is expected to find wide applications even beyond periodontitis treatment.Ziqi Gan Zecong Xiao Zhen Zhang Yang Li Chao Liu Xin Chen Yuanbo Liu Dongle Wu Chufeng Liu Xintao Shuai Yang Cao 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,7:0
20Study on Risk Assessment of Summer Rainstorm Disaster and Countermeasures for Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in Shaoyang City显示文摘Using summer(June-August)precipitation observation data in 10 representative stations of Shaoyang City during 1971-2021 and disaster data caused by summer rainstorm in nine counties(cities)and four districts of Shaoyang during 1981-2021,statistical analysis on summer rainstorm and its caused disaster in Shaoyang was conducted,and spatial and temporal characteristics of summer rainstorm and spatial distribution rule of disaster were found out.The results showed that(1)the rainstorm disaster in Shaoyang City occurs almost every year and is highly seasonal.(2)Rainstorm disaster loss is the first of other meteorological disasters.(3)The summer rainstorm disaster has the characteristics of sudden and destructive.On this basis,the relative grades of rainstorm disaster risk degree and disaster loss degree were divided,and the risk assessment of rainstorm and flood disaster in Shaoyang City was made,and the disaster prevention and mitigation measures and countermeasures were put forward.The research could provide scientific decision basis for party and government departments guiding flood fighting and disaster relief.Weiwei LV Chufeng WANG Xiaokang TANG Yaqiong TANG Dequan TAN 2022Meteorological and Environmental Research2022,13,4:0
