| 1 | Characterization of domain distributions by second harmonic generation in ferroelectrics显示文摘Domain orientations and their volume ratios in ferroelectrics are recognized as a compelling topic recently for domain switching dynamics and domain stability in devices application.Here,an optimized second harmonic generation method has been explored for ferroelectric domain characterization.Combing a unique theoretical model with azimuth-polarization-dependent second harmonic generation response,the complex domain components and their distributions can be rigidly determined in ferroelectric thin films.Using the proposed model,the domain structures of rhombohedral BiFeO_(3) films with 71°and 109°domain wall,and,tetragonal BiFeO_(3),Pb(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_(3),and BaTiO_(3) ferroelectric thin films are analyzed and the corresponding polarization variants are determined.This work could provide a powerful and all-optical method to track and evaluate the evolution of ferroelectric domains in the ferroelectric-based devices. | Yuan Zhang Yi Zhang Quan Guo Xiangli Zhong Yinghao Chu Haidong Lu Gaokuo Zhong Jie Jiang Congbing Tan Min Liao Zhihui Lu Dongwen Zhang Jinbin Wang Jianmin Yuan Yichun Zhou | 2018 | npj Computational Materials2018,,1: | 1 |

| 3 | A confined growth strategy to construct 3DOM SiO_(2) nanoreactor insitu embedded Co_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles catalyst for the catalytic combustion of VOCs:Superior H_(2)O and SO_(2) resistance显示文摘SO_(2)poisoning is a common problem in the catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).In this work,we took three-dimensionally ordered macroporous and mesoporous(3DOM)SiO_(2)as the nanoreactor to protect active sites from SO_(2)erosion in the catalytic combustion of benzene.Simultaneously,the confined growth of metal active nanoparticles in the multi-stage pore is also full of challenges.And we successfully confined Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles(NPs)in macroporous and mesoporous channels.Interestingly,the precursors’growth in the pore was controlled and nanoreactors with different pore sizes were prepared by adjusting the loading amount and preparation methods.It is discovered that the Co_(3)O_(4)NPs confined in 3DOM SiO_(2)nanoreactor showed superior sulfur and water resistance.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations verified that the Co-Si catalyst had high SO_(2)adsorption energy(-0.48 eV),which illustrated that SO_(2)was hard to attach to the surface of the Co-Si catalyst.The SiO_(2)nanoreactor had low SO_(2)adsorption energy(-5.15 eV),which indicated that SO_(2)was easily absorbed on SiO_(2)nanoreactor.This illustrated that the SiO_(2)nanoreactor could protect effectively active sites from SO_(2)erosion. | Weigao Han Shilin Wu Fang Dong Weiliang Han Yinghao Chu Linghui Su Zhicheng Tang | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,1: | 0 |

| 6 | One-pot synthesis of SrTiO_(3)-SrCO_(3) heterojunction with strong interfacial electronic interaction as a novel photocatalyst for water splitting to generate H_(2)显示文摘Photocatalytic hydrogen evolution from water splitting is a promising strategy for realizing the vision of carbon neutrality.Herein,a novel SrTi O_(3)-SrCO_(3)n-n heterojunction was used for the first time for water splitting to generate H_(2).The heterojunction was synthesized by a soft chemical one-pot hydrothermal method.The Sr TiO_(3)-SrCO_(3)loading with 3 wt%Pt shows the maximum photocatalytic H_(2)evolution rate of3.62 mmol h^(-1)g^(-1)under simulated sunlight irradiation,which is 20.1 times higher than that of pristine SrTiO_(3).The apparent quantum efficiency of Sr TiO_(3)-SrCO_(3)reaches 21.73%at 313 nm,and it shows good stability during cyclic experiment.The formation of compact Sr TiO_(3)-SrCO_(3)heterojunction with strong interfacial electronic interaction promotes the transmission and separation of photo-generated carriers.The results of XPS,PL,PC,EIS and DFT support the mechanism of improving photocatalytic activity based on carrier dynamics.This work provides a facile and effective method to enhance the activity of Sr Ti O_(3)-based heterojunction photocatalysts. | Yige Deng Song Shu Ningjie Fang Ruobing Wang Yinghao Chu Zhaobing Liu Wanglai Cen | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,2: | 0 |
