| 1 | Lectin receptor kinase OsLecRK-S.7 is required for pollen development and male fertility显示文摘Pollen grains are covered by exine that protects the pollen from stress and facilitates pollination. Here we isolated a male sterile mutant s13283 in rice exhibiting aborted pollen with abnormal exine and defective aperture. The mutant gene encodes a novel plasma membrane-localized legume-lectin receptor kinase that we named OsLecRK-S.7.OsLecRK-S.7 was expressed at different levels in all tested tissues and throughout anther development. In vitro kinase assay showed OsLecRK-S.7 capable of autophosporylation.Mutation in s13283(E560K)and mutation of the conserved ATP binding site(K418E)both knocked out the kinase activity.Mass spectrometry showed Thr376,Ser378,Thr386,Thr403,and Thr657 to be the autophosphorylation sites.Mutation of individual autophosphorylation site affected the in vitro kinase activity to different degrees, but did not abolish the gene function in fertility complementation.oslecrk-s.7 mutant plant overexpressing OsLecRK-S.7 recovered male fertility but showed severe growth retardation with reduced number of tillers, and these phenotypes were abolished by E560K or K418E mutation. The results indicated that OsLecRK-S.7 was a key regulator of pollen development. | Xiaoqun Peng Menglong Wang Yiqi Li Wei Yan Zhenyi Chang Zhufeng Chen Chunjue Xu Chengwei Yang Xing Wang Deng Jianxin Wu Xiaoyan Tang | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,8: | 4 |

| 3 | Evaluation of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Care in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome and Depression and/or Anxiety Disorders显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative care(MCC)in patients with both acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and depression and/or anxiety disorders compared with usual physician care(UPC).Methods:Depression and/or anxiety were screened by using SDS and SAS,ACS patients with depression and/or anxiety disorders were randomized into MCC and UPC groups. The cardiac outcomes and the life quality were evaluated at1year follow-up.Results:Overall,30.19%(96/318)patients had positive screen results.At1year,Cardiac outcome measures for patients in MCC group were significantly better for composite events of cardiac death and non-fatal MI(6.12% vs23.40%,p=0.016),cardiac function(NYHA functional classifi cation III or IV,0% vs 25%,p=0.05),and angina pectoris(21.28% vs 85%,p<0.0005),than patients in UPC group;the life quality were improved in patients in MCC group. Conclusion:After ACS,30.19% of patients had depression and/or anxiety disorders,MCC had better effects on cardiac outcomes and quality of life in ACS patients with Psychiatric disorders. | Feng Liang Xiuhua Ma Liuzhuang Zhao Chengwei Xing Xin Li Dongjing Zhao Da-Yi Hu Shuoqiang Hu Wenbin Wang Lantang Han Shujun Cao Huifang Liu Zhengyu Bian | 2017 | Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2017,,B05: | 1 |

| 9 | Norditerpenoids biosynthesized by variediene synthase-associated P450 machinery along with modifications by the host cell Aspergillus oryzae显示文摘The chemical diversity of terpenoids is typically established by terpene synthase-catalyzed cyclization and diversified by post-tailoring modifications.Fungal bifunctional terpene synthase(BFTS)associated P450 enzymes have shown significant catalytic potentials through the development of various new terpenoids with different biological activities. This study discovered the BFTS and its related gene cluster from the plant endophytic fungus Didymosphaeria variabile 17020.Heterologous expression of the BFTS in Saccharomyces cerevisiae resulted in the characterization of a major product diterpene variediene(1),along with two new minor products neovariediene and neoflexibilene.Further heterologous expression of the BFTS and one cytochrome P450 enzyme VndE(CYP6138B1)in Aspergillus oryzae NSAR1 led to the identification of seven norditerpenoids(19 carbons)with a structurally unique 5/5 bicyclic ring system.Interestingly,in vivo experiments suggested that the cyclized terpene variediene(1)was modified by VndE along with the endogenous enzymes from the host cell A.oryzae through serial chemical conversions, followed by multi-site hydroxylation via A.oryzae endogenous enzymes. Our work revealed that the two-enzymes biosynthetic system and host cell machinery could produce structurally unique terpenoids. | Lan Jiang Kangjie Lv Guoliang Zhu Zhi Lin Xue Zhang Cuiping Xing Huanting Yang Weiyan Zhang Zhixin Wang Chengwei Liu Xudong Qu Tom Hsiang Lixin Zhang Xueting Liu | 2022 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2022,7,4: | 0 |
| 10 | Investigation of internal phases of linear SBS modified bitumen at the nanoscale using AFM PF-QNM显示文摘Currently,few studies explore the internal phases of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)modified bitumen at the nanoscale, though the surface phases of SBS modified bitumen have been deeply understood through a lot of research. The present study uses the atomic force microscopy(AFM)peak force quantitative nanomechanical mode(PF-QNM)to investigate the nanomechanical properties of the interior of linear SBS modified bitumen and corresponding mastics at the nanoscale.Firstly, the suitable experimental methods for the interior of bitumen and mastics are explored. Then, the phase relationship between surfaces and interiors of linear SBS modified bitumen is determined by analyzing nanomechanical properties. On this basis,in comparison with the internal phases of base bitumen, the effect of modifiers on phases is deeply investigated. Finally, the internal phases of linear SBS modified bituminous mastics are further investigated. The results reveal that the interior of linear SBS modified bitumen only has two phases, which form in a manner like periphase and paraphase on the surface. In contrast to base bitumen, linear SBS modified bitumen does not create new phases and change the properties of original phases in the interior, but affects the proportion of A-phase and B-phase and presents the homogenization.Furthermore, due to the influence of preparation methods, only the bitumen area away from the fillers can be imaged by AFM PF-QNM.It can be found that the addition of mineral fillers also slightly changes the internal phase distribution of linear SBS modified bitumen, while the effect is less than that of fillers on base bitumen. | Chengwei Xing Liping Liu Wei Jiang Jinhuan Shan Jingjing Xiao Dongdong Yuan Wangjie Wu | 2023 | Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2023,10,3: | 0 |
