1Two soybean homologues of TERMINAL FLOWER 1 control flowering time under long day conditions显示文摘Flowering time is a key agronomic trait that directly affect the adaptation and yield of soybean.After whole genome duplications,about 75%of genes being represented by multiple copies in soybean.There are four TERMINAL FLOWER 1(TFL1)genes in soybean,and the TFL1b(Dt1)has been characterized as the determinant of stem growth habit.The function of other TFL1 homologs in soybean is still unclear.Here,we generated knockout mutants by CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing technology and found that the tfl1c/tfl1d double mutants flowered significantly earlier than wild-type plants.We investigated that TFL1c and TFL1d could physically interact with the b ZIP transcription factor FDc1 and bind to the promoter of APETALA1a(AP1a).RNA-seq and q RT-PCR analyses indicated that TFL1c and TFL1d repressed the expressions of the four AP1 homologs and delayed the flowering time in soybean.The two genes play important roles in the regulation of flowering time in soybean and mainly act as the flowering inhibitors under long-day conditions.Our results identify novel components in the flowering-time regulation network of soybean and will be invaluable for molecular breeding of improved soybean yield.Lingshuang Wang Chun Lin Bohui Li Tong Su Shichen Li Haiyang Li Fanglei He Chuanjie Gou Zheng Chen Yanan Wang Jun Qin Baohui Liu Fanjiang Kong Lin Yue Sijia Lu Chao Fang 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,3:3

3Study on lightning protection scheme of multi-terminal MMC-MVDC distribution system显示文摘Based on a±10 kV three-terminal MMC-MVDC(medium voltage DC distribution system based on modular multilevel converter)system,in this study,the authors mainly study on the influencing factors and protection schemes of the lightning intruding overvoltage(including direct lightning and back-flashover lightning).Firstly,a lightning intruding overvoltage simulation model of the MMC-MVDC distribution system using overhead lines is established based on the PSCAD/EMTDC program.The influence of steady-state operating voltage and the number of converter stations on the simulation results are simulated and analysed.Meanwhile,the proper simulation modelling method of the lightning intruding overvoltage for multi-terminal MMC-MVDC system is proposed.Secondly,the lightning intruding overvoltage is simulated when the line is struck by the lightning stroke current that occurs once in 20 years and the different lightning protection schemes are proposed.Finally,based on the lightning impulse withstand voltage,lightning trip-out rate and the cost of the protection schemes,the lightning protection schemes in different scenarios are proposed.The simulation results show that if the cost of the system is prioritised,the protection scheme of increasing the number of parallel stacks of the DL arresters can be selected,and if the power supply reliability of the system is prioritised,the protection scheme of installing the overhead ground wire as well as reducing grounding resistance can be selected.Yuqun Gao Yongxia Han Fanglei Xiao Changfu Chen Jinghan Zhang Jie Zhang Yaqi Zhang Licheng Li 2020High Voltage2020,5,5:1
4Structural attributes,evolution and petroleum geological significances of the Tongnan negative structure in the central Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘The Tongnan secondary negative structure in central Sichuan Basin has controls and influences on the structural framework and petroleum geological conditions in the Gaoshiti-Moxi area.To clarify the controls and influences,the deformation characteristics,structural attributes and evolution process of the Tongnan negative structure were investigated through a series of qualitative and quantitative methods such as balanced profile restoration,area-depth-strain(ADS)analysis,and structural geometric forward numerical simulation,after comprehensive structural interpretation of high-precision 3D seismic data.The results are obtained in three aspects.First,above and below the P/AnP(Permian/pre-Permian)unconformity,the Tongnan negative structure demonstrates vertical differential structural deformation.It experiences two stages of structural stacking and reworking:extensional depression(from the Sinian Dengying Formation to the Permian),and compressional syncline deformation(after the Jurassic).The multi-phase trishear deformation of the preexisting deep normal faults dominated the extensional depression.The primary depression episodes occurred in the periods from the end of Late Proterozoic to the deposition of the 1st–2nd members of the Dengying Formation,and from the deposition of Lower Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation–Middle–Upper Cambrian until the Ordovician.Second,the multi-stage evolution process of the Tongnan negative structure controlled the oil and gas migration and adjustment and present-day differential gas and water distribution between the Tongnan negative structure and the Gaoshiti and Moxi-Longnüsi structural highs.Third,the Ordovician,which is limitedly distributed in the Tongnan negative structure and is truncated by the P/AnP unconformity on the top,has basic geological conditions for the formation of weathering karst carbonate reservoirs.It is a new petroleum target deserving attention.TIAN Fanglei WU Furong HE Dengfa ZHAO Xiaohui LIU Huan ZHANG Qiaoyi LE Jinbo CHEN Jingyu LU Guo 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5:0
5Mitochondrial Regulation of Macrophages in Innate Immunity and Diverse Roles of Macrophages During Cochlear Inflammation显示文摘Macrophages are essential components of the innate immune system and constitute a non-specific first line of host defense against pathogens and inflammation.Mitochondria regulate macrophage activation and innate immune responses in various inflammatory diseases,including cochlear inflammation.The distribution,number,and morphological characteristics of cochlear macrophages change significantly across different inner ear regions under various pathological conditions,including noise exposure,ototoxicity,and age-related degeneration.However,the exact mechanism underlying the role of mitochondria in macrophages in auditory function remains unclear.Here,we summarize the major factors and mitochondrial signaling pathways(e.g.,metabolism,mitochondrial reactive oxygen species,mitochondrial DNA,and the inflammasome)that influence macrophage activation in the innate immune response.In particular,we focus on the properties of cochlear macrophages,activated signaling pathways,and the secretion of inflammatory cytokines after acoustic injury.We hope this review will provide new perspectives and a basis for future research on cochlear inflammation.Yuan Zhang Fanglei Ye Xiaolong Fu Shen Li Le Wang Yutian Chen Hongmin Li Shaojuan Hao Kun Zhao Qi Feng Peipei Li 2024Neuroscience Bulletin2024,40,2:0
6Insights into genetic variation and demographic history of sharpnose rays:examinations of three species of Telatrygon(Elasmobranchii,Dasyatidae)from the Indo-West Pacific显示文摘Coastal and demersal chondrichthyans(sharks,rays,and skates)are expected to exhibit high levels of genetic differentiation in areas of complex geomorphology.Population genetic studies investigating the extent to which demographic history shapes the genetic structure of thesefishes are rare.Here,we combined mitochondrial DNA(Cytb and ND2)and 8 nuclear microsatellite loci from 244 individuals to examine the population genetic structure and demographic history of the 3 Indo-West Pacific species of sharpnose rays(Telatrygon zugei,Telatrygon biasa,and Trygon crozieri).High levels of genetic variation both within and between species were identified.Phylogenetic analysis partitioned haplotypes into 2 lineages supporting divergence of T.zugei from T.crozieri and T.biasa during the Pleistocene.Furthermore,microsatellite-based clustering analyses identified 4 genetic groups(i.e.T.zugei from Japan,T.zugei from coastal China,T.biasa from Gulf of Thailand,and T.crozieri from the Andaman Sea).Measurements of genetic differentiation also support these 4 groups.Additionally,Pleistocene demographic expansions were examined in all genetic groups.The climate oscillations and current hydrologic cycles in the Indo-West Pacific appear to coincide with the hypothesis regarding speciation and the observed demographic history trends of the sharpnose rays.Considering the species group has,until recently,been thought to be one species,these results are critical for defining management units and guiding conservation efforts to preserve stingray biodiversity.Jiwei QI Fanglei SHI Baowei ZHANG Xiao CHEN Jie XING Keisuke FURUMITSU Joel B.CORUSH Atsuko YAMAGUCHI Jie ZHANG 2022Integrative Zoology2022,17,6:0
7Vertical Differential Structural Deformation of the Main Strike-slip Fault Zones in the Shunbei Area,Central Tarim Basin:Structural Characteristics,Deformation Mechanisms,and Hydrocarbon Accumulation Significance显示文摘Vertical differential structural deformation(VDSD),one of the most significant structural characteristics of strike-slip fault zones(SSFZs)in the Shunbei area,is crucial for understanding deformation in the SSFZ and its hydrocarbon accumulation significance.Based on drilling data and high-precision 3-D seismic data,we analyzed the geometric and kinematic characteristics of the SSFZs in the Shunbei area.Coupled with the stratification of the rock mechanism,the structural deformations of these SSFZs in different formations were differentiated and divided into four deformation layers.According to comprehensive structural interpretations and comparisons,three integrated 3-D structural models could describe the VDSD of these SSFZs.The time-space coupling of the material basis(rock mechanism stratification),changing dynamic conditions(e.g.,changing stress-strain states),and special deformation mechanism of the en echelon normal fault array uniformly controlled the formation of the VDSD in the SSFZs of the Shunbei area.The VDSD of the SSFZs in this area controlled the entire hydrocarbon accumulation process.Multi-stage structural superimposing deformation influenced the hydrocarbon migration,accumulation,distribution,preservation,and secondary adjustments.TIAN Fanglei HE Dengfa CHEN Jiajun MAO Danfeng 2022Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,4:0
