1A zenith tropospheric delay correction model based on the regional CORS network显示文摘Tropospheric delay is a primary error source in earth observations and a variety of radio navigation technologies. In this paper, the relationship between zenith tropospheric delays and the elevation and longitude of stations is analyzed using the zenith tropospheric delay final products of International GNSS Service (IGS) stations from 2011. Two new models are proposed for estimating zenith tropospheric delays from regional CORS data without meteorological data. The proposed models are compared with the direct interpolation method and the remove-restore method using data from Guangxi CORS. The results show that the new models significantly improve the calculated precision. Finally, the root mean square (RMS) errors of the new models were used to estimate the surface precipitable water vapor (PWV) value at CORS station, which was determined to be less than 2 mm.Huang Liangke Liu Lilong Yao Chaolong 2012Geodesy and Geodynamics2012,3,4:11
2Terrestrial water storage changes over the Pearl River Basin from GRACE and connections with Pacific climate variability显示文摘Time-variable gravity data from the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment(GRACE)satellite mission are used to study terrestrial water storage(TWS) changes over the Pearl River Basin(PRB) for the period 2003 eN ov. 2014. TWS estimates from GRACE generally show good agreement with those from two hydrological models GLDAS and WGHM. But they show different capability of detecting significant TWS changes over the PRB. Among them,WGHM is likely to underestimate the seasonal variability of TWS, while GRACE detects longterm water depletions over the upper PRB as was done by hydrological models, and observes significant water increases around the Longtan Reservoir(LTR) due to water impoundment.The heavy drought in 2011 caused by the persistent precipitation deficit has resulted in extreme low surface runoff and water level of the LTR. Moreover, large variability of summer and autumn precipitation may easily trigger floods and droughts in the rainy season in the PRB, especially for summer, as a high correlation of 0.89 was found between precipitation and surface runoff. Generally, the PRB TWS was negatively correlated with El Nin^o-Southern Oscillation(ENSO) events. However, the modulation of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO)may impact this relationship, and the significant TWS anomaly was likely to occur in the peak of PDO phase as they agree well in both of the magnitude and timing of peaks. 3Detecting Droughts in Southwest China from GPS Vertical Position Displacements显示文摘The solid Earth responds elastically to terrestrial water storage(TWS)changes.Here global positioning system(GPS)vertical position data at 31 stations from the crustal movement observation network of China(CMONOC)from August 2010 to December 2016 are used to detect droughts in Southwest China.Monthly GPS vertical position displacements respond negatively to precipitation changes and TWS changes observed by gravity recovery and climate experiments(GRACE)as well as river water level variations.GPS vertical position anomalies(the non-seasonal term)are well correlated negatively(correlations of about-0.70)with the commonly used meteorological composite index(CI)in China and the GRACE drought severity index(GRACE-DSI),but less correlated with the standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index(SPEI).Compared to CI,GPS vertical position anomalies have the advantage of detecting droughts caused by abrupt precipitation deficits in a short time.GRACE-DSI is less accurate in drought monitoring for some periods due to the missing data,while the severity of abrupt precipitation absent in some cases can be overestimated from SPEI with big variability.This study shows the reliability and advantages of GPS data in drought monitoring.Chaolong YAO Zhicai LUO Yueming HU Changwei WANG Rui ZHANG Jinming LI 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,3:5
4Empirical T_m modeling in the region of Guangxi显示文摘This paper presents three strategies for modeling the regional empirical T_m (the weighted mean temperature of the atmosphere) to obtain more accurate determinations in a regional empirical model that is better adapted to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the applied area. The proposed models utilize data from four radiosonde stations in Guangxi, at Nanning, Guilin, Wuzhou and Baise, over an 11 month period (from Jan. to Nov. of 2011). The experimental results demonstrated the following: (1) there is no significant difference between monthly and annual regression results at each site; (2) it is more reasonable and feasible to use the proposed regional Hybrid model for the area far away from the radiosonde site; (3) from the analysis of the possible temperature conditions, the precision of the proposed regional Hybrid model is higher than that of the well-known Bevis formula and of some other existing models and can reach an accuracy within 1 mm for the GPS-derived PWV estimates for the applied region.Liu Lilong Yao Chaolong Wen Hongyan 2012Geodesy and Geodynamics2012,3,4:5
5Research progress on solid-fueled Scramjet显示文摘The solid-fueled Scramjet is an interesting option for supersonic combustion ramjet.It shows significant advantages such as simple fuel supply and compactness,avoiding the complex system of tanks and pipelines that encountered in liquid-fueled Scramjets.The solid-fueled Scramjet could be the simplest air-breathing engine for the hypersonic flight regime.This paper presents a comprehensive and systematic review of the research progress on solid-fueled Scramjet in various institutes and universities.It summarizes a progress overview of three types of the solid-fueled Scramjet,which covers a wealth of landmark numerical and experimental results.Based on this,several relevant key technologies are proposed.Several inherent scientific issues are refined,such as the mixing mechanism of multi-phase flow and supersonic airflow,ignition and combustion mechanism of the condensed phase in a supersonic airflow,and coupling mechanism of gas and solid phase in a supersonic flow.Finally,the historical development trend is clarified,and some recommendations are provided for future solid-fueled Scramjet.Xiang ZHAO Zhixun XIA Likun MA Chaolong LI Chuanbo FANG Benveniste NATAN Alon GANY 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,1:4

7GRACE-based estimates of water discharge over the Yellow River basin显示文摘As critical component of hydrologic cycle, basin discharge is a key issue for understanding the hydrological and climatologic related to water and energy cycles. Combining GRACE gravity field models with ET from GLDAS models and precipitation from GPCP, discharge of the Yellow River basin are estimated from the water balance equation. 8Genome-wide analysis of NDR1/HIN1-like genes in pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)and functional characterization of CaNHL4 under biotic and abiotic stresses显示文摘Plant NDR1/HIN1-like(NHL)genes play an important role in triggering plant defenses in response to biotic stresses.In this study,we performed a genome-wide identification of the NHL genes in pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)and characterized the functional roles of these CaNHL genes in response to abiotic stresses and infection by different pathogens.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that CaNHLs can be classified into five distinct subgroups,with each group containing generic and specific motifs.Regulatory element analysis showed that the majority of the promoter regions of the identified CaNHLs contain jasmonic acid(JA)-responsive and salicylic acid(SA)-responsive elements,and transcriptomic analysis revealed that CaNHL genes are expressed in all the examined tissues of pepper.The CaNHL1,CaNHL4,CaNHL6,CaNHL10,CaNHL11,and CaNHL12 genes were significantly upregulated under abiotic stress as well as in response to different pathogens,such as TMV,Phytophthora capsici and Pseudomonas syringae.In addition,we found that CaNHL4 localizes to the plasma membrane.CaNHL4-silenced pepper plants display significantly increased susceptibility to TMV,Phytophthora capsici and Pseudomonas syringae,exhibiting reduced expression of JA-related and SA-related genes and reduced ROS production.However,transient overexpression of CaNHL4 in pepper increases the expression of JArelated and SA-related genes,enhances the accumulation of ROS,and inhibits the infection of these three pathogens.Collectively,for the first time,we identified the NHL genes in pepper and demonstrated that CaNHL4 is involved in the production of ROS and that it also regulates the expression of JA-related and SA-related genes in response to different pathogens,suggesting that members of the CaNHL family play an essential role in the disease resistance of pepper.Changyun Liu Haoran Peng Xinyu Li Chaolong Liu Xing Lv Xuefeng Wei Aihong Zou Jian Zhang Guangjin Fan Guanhua Ma Lisong Ma Xianchao Sun 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:2

16Effects of rare earth oxides on microstructures and thermo-physical properties of hafnia ceramics显示文摘Rare earth oxides doped hafnia ceramics,with a formula of Hf0.76LnxY0.24-xO1.88(Ln=Gd,Yb,Gd+Yb or La+Yb),were prepared by solid state sintering at 1500℃.The effects of the rare earth oxides on the microstructures,sintering resistance,and thermo-physical properties of the doped hafnia ceramics were investigated.Results show that the Gd-Y,Yb-Y or Gd-Yb-Y co-doped hafnia ceramics remain the same defect fluorite(F)structure,while the La-Yb-Y co-doped hafnia revealing coexistence of pyrochlore(P)and fluorite structures.Yb-Y co-doped samples exhibited much better sintering resistance compared with Gd-Y and Gd-Yb-Y co-doped samples.The coexistence of P and F phases is beneficial to improved sintering capability.The thermal conductivities of the Gd-Y,Yb-Y and Gd-Yb-Y doped samples are relatively lower(1.4-1.7 W m^(-1)K^(-1)at 1200℃),but for the La-Yb-Y co-doped samples,the thermal conductivity increases dramatically with temperature due to increased thermal radiation at high-temperature.The average thermal expansion coefficients(TECs)of the Gd-Y,Yb-Y and Gd-Yb-Y co-doped samples are as high as10.3×10^(-6)K^(-1) in temperature range between 200-1200℃.Chun Li Chaolong Ren Yue Ma Jian He Hongbo Guo 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,13:1

18Simple Vanilla Derivatives for Long-Lived Room-Temperature Polymer Phosphorescence as Invisible Security Inks显示文摘Developing novel long-lived room-temperature polymer phosphorescence(RTPP)materials could significantly expand their application scope.Herein,a series of RTPP materials based on eight simple vanilla derivatives for security ink application are reported.Attributed to strong mutual hydrogen bonding with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)matrix,vanilla-doped PVA films exhibit ultralong phosphorescence emission under ambient conditions observed by naked eyes,where methyl vanillate shows the longest emission time up to 7 s.Impressively,when vanilla-doped PVA materials are utilized as invisible security inks,and the inks not only present excellent luminescent emission stability under ambient conditions but also maintain perfect reversibility between room temperature and 65℃ for multiple cycles.Owing to the unique RTPP performance,an advanced anticounterfeiting data encoding/reading strategy based on handwriting technology and complex pattern steganography is developed.Yongfeng Zhang Zhonghao Wang Yan Su Yan Zheng Wenji Tang Chaolong Yang Hailong Tang Lunjun Qu Youbing Li Yanli Zhao 2021Research2021,,1:1
