| 1 | Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine injection in treatment of primary liver cancer:a review显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections(TCMIs) for treatment of primary liver cancer(PLC).METHODS:A literature review was conducted using PubMed/Medline,Cochrane Library Controlled Clinical Trials Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Scientific Journal Database(CSJD) and China Biology Medicine(CBM).Online websites including journal websites and databases of ongoing trials,as well as some Traditional Chinese Medicine journals that are not indexed in the electronic databases were also searched.RESULTS:The literature review showed that TCMIs as adjunctive medication for the treatment of PLC could regulate patient immunity,reduce bone marrow suppression,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve quality of life,as well as control disease progression and prolong survival time.CONCLUSION:Within the limitations of this review,we conclude that application of TCMIs as adjunctive medication may provide benefits for patients with PLC.Further large,high-quality trials are warranted. | Mouduo Li Cuixia Qiao Liping Qin Junyong Zhang Changquan Ling | 2012 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,3: | 22 |
| 2 | The Lanshantou Kyanite-bearing Eclogite with Coesite Inclusions in the Sulu Ultrahigh-Pressure Metamorphic Belt and Its PTt Path显示文摘Coesite inclusions are found in kyanite from the Lanshantoueclogite in the Sulu ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) metamorphic belt. This discovery extends the stable region of kyanite to over 2.4 GPa. As an important UHP metamorphic belt in China, the Sulu eclogite belt is the product of A-subduction induced by strong compression of the Yellow Sea terrane to the Jiaodong-northereastem Jiangsu terrane during the interaction of the Eurasian plate and Palaeo-Pacific plate in the Indosinian. It stretches about 350 km and contains over 1000 eclogite bodies. Most eclogites in this belt belong to Groups B and C in the classification of Coleman et al., and commonly contain kyanite, while the Lanshantou eclogite belongs to Group A and contains coesite. | 4 | Effectiveness of Jiedu granule(解毒颗粒) on gut microbiota in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe whether Jiedu granule(解毒颗粒,JDG)modulates the composition of the gut microbiota during advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS:A randomized controlled trial was conducted.Sixty-two advanced HCC participants were randomly allocated to receive JDG or placebo.The median overall survival(OS)times of patients and the variation of relative abundance of bacteria over time were used as main outcome measures.RESULTS:Patients who received JDG demonstrated significantly longer median OS times compared with the placebo group.Pyrosequencing of the V3 regions of 16S r RNA genes revealed a dose dependent deviation of gut microbiota in response to JDG treatment.Redundancy analysis identified Clostridium XI and Peptostreptococcaceae which related to the onset of liver cancer disappeared after 1-month and 2-month JDG treatment,while in control group,no significant changes of these two bacteria were found.The variation tendency of relative abundance of Bacteroides(essential in immunoblocking therapy of tumor)in JDG group was not obvious while in control group,it was decreased significantly with time.The relative abundance of Roseburia(correlated with the occurrence of liver cancer)was increased in JDG group and was decreased in control group over time.CONCLUSION:Changes in the gut microbiota may be associated with the efficiency of JDG on survival period of advanced HCC patients.Trial registration:Chinese Clinical TRIAL Registry Chi CTR-OOC-16008002. | FAN Yifu ZHAO Hetong ZHANG Yani YIN Zifei DU Juan LING Changquan | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,6: | 1 |

| 8 | 不能切除肝癌长期生存患者的临床分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The objectives of this study were to evaluate the long-term results with multimodality therapy, and to clarify the clinicopathologic of features of patients surviving ≥ 3 years for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:Between 1999 and 2003, a total of 166 patients underwent multimodality therapy for unresectable HCC.All patients underwent multimodality therapy, such as transarterial chemoembolization(TACE), chemotherapy, local ablative therapy, and/ or Chinese traditional medicine.Thirty-nine(23.5%) patients survival ≥ 1 years, and 10(6.0%) patients survived ≥ 3 years.These 39 patients surviving over 1 year were investigated in this study.Eighteen clinical and biologic variables were assessed using univariate and multivariate analyses.Results:TNM staging and tumor extension were isolated by univariate analysis.Only tumor extension was independent risk factors by multiple regression analysis.Of these, 25.6%(10 of 39) survived over 3 years.These 10 patients surviving over 3 years were investigated further.By the end of June 2004, follow-up varied from 3 years and 2 months to 5 years and 1 month.Six patients were still alive with free of disease.Conclusion:Tumor extension was demonstrated to be prognostic of long-term survivors.Multimodality therapy may make a major contribution to achieving long-term survival in patients with unresectable HCC. | Baihong Zhang Xianghui Wang Hongyun Yue Changquan Ling | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,3: | 0 |
