| 1 | 心脏再同步化治疗后心功能恢复正常的预测因素分析显示文摘目的:探讨心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)术后患者心功能恢复正常的预测因素。方法:连续入选2013年1月至2016年9月因慢性心力衰竭接受CRT的患者65例,CRT后心功能恢复正常患者6例(9.23%),CRT有应答患者44例(67.69%)。评价患者的临床特征包括合并疾病情况、心电图包括左束支阻滞形态特征、电极位置及电极间距等。随访(37.4±17.6)个月,并于术前及术后每6个月对其进行临床、起搏器程控以及心脏超声等指标进行随访。结果:CRT后心功能恢复正常患者心力衰竭病史短、心电图表现为真性左束支阻滞、左心房增大程度较轻、右心室电极位于非心尖部、且术后QRS缩短明显(P<0.05)。真性完全性左束支阻滞是CRT后心功能恢复正常的预测OR=12.452,95%CI:3.235~36.682,P=0.012)。真性完全性左束支阻滞患者共12例,其中5例患者心功能恢复正常,发生率41.7%。CRT后6个月,合并真性完全性左束支传导阻滞的患者与非真性完全性左束支传导阻滞者比较,左室射血分数提高[(15.50±13.45)%vs(4.19±3.34)%]及QRS时限缩短[(28.15±19.17)msvs(11.92±4.03)ms)更显著(P均<0.05)。平均随访(37.4±17.6)个月时,真性完全性左束支阻滞患者的死亡率低于非真性完全性左束支阻滞患者(0%vs23.7%,P=0.030)。结论:真性完全性左束支阻滞是CRT术后心功能恢复正常最强的预测因子。 | 李娜 董颖雪 刘飞 李国草 Chandran Sadees Clarance 于晓红 张荣峰 王楠 肖宪杰 尹晓盟 夏云龙 高连君 | 2019 | 中国循环杂志2019,34,8: | 10 |
| 2 | Molecular mechanisms of protein induced hyperinsulinaemic hypoglycaemia显示文摘The interplay between glucose metabolism and that of the two other primary nutrient classes, amino acids and fatty acids is critical for regulated insulin secretion. Mitochondrial metabolism of glucose, amino acid and fatty acids generates metabolic coupling factors(such as ATP, NADPH, glutamate, long chain acyl-CoA and diacylglycerol) which trigger insulin secretion. The observation of protein induced hypoglycaemia in patients with mutations in GLUD1 gene, encoding the enzyme glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) and HADH gene, encoding for the enzyme short-chain 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase has provided new mechanistic insights into the regulation of insulin secretion by amino acid and fatty acid metabolism. Metabolic signals arising from amino acid and fatty acid metabolism converge on the enzyme GDH which integrates both signals from both pathways and controls insulin secretion. | 3 | Temporal clinical, proteomic, histological and cellular immune responses of dextran sulfate sodium-induced acute colitis显示文摘AIM To investigate the temporal clinical, proteomic, histological and cellular immune profiles of dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced acute colitis.METHODS Acute colitis was induced in C57 BL/6 female mice by administration of 1%, 2% or 3% DSS in drinking water for 7 d. Animals were monitored daily for weight loss, stool consistency and blood in the stool, while spleens and colons were harvested on day 8. A time course analysis was performed in mice ingesting 3% DSS, which included colon proteomics through multiplex assay, colon histological scoring by a blinded investigator, and immune response through flow cytometry or immunohistochemistry of the spleen, mesenteric lymph node and colon.RESULTS Progressive worsening of clinical colitis was observed with increasing DSS from 1% to 3%. In mice ingesting 3% DSS, colon shortening and increase in proinflammatory factors starting at day 3 was observed, with increased spleen weights at day 6 and day 8. This coincided with cellular infiltration in the colon from day 2 to day 8, with progressive accumulation of macrophages F4/80^+, T helper CD4^+(Th), T cytotoxic CD8^+(Tcyt) and T regulatory CD25^+(Treg) cells, and progressive changes in colonic pathology including destruction of crypts, loss of goblet cells and depletion of the epithelial barrier. Starting on day 4, mesenteric lymph node and/or spleen presented with lower levels of Treg, Th and Tcyt cells, suggesting an immune cell tropism to the gut. | 6 | Seed Priming with Beta-Amino Butyric Acid Improves Abiotic Stress Tolerance in Rice Seedlings显示文摘We studied the influence of seed priming with beta-amino butyric acid(BABA) on the growth, physiological and biochemical parameters of seedlings with varied abiotic stress tolerance, which were raised and grown under unstressed and stressed(NaCl/PEG-6000) conditions. Under stressed conditions, the growth of rice seedlings was less when compared to control plants. After BABA priming, the seedling growth increased both under unstressed and stressed conditions as compared to the respective controls. BABA priming of rice seeds caused increase in the photosynthetic pigment content of the leaves, modified the chlorophyll a fluorescence related parameters and also enhanced the photosystem activities of seedlings when compared to their respective non-primed controls. BABA priming also caused increased mitochondrial activities of the rice seedlings. Moreover, BABA priming significantly reduced malondialdehyde content in the seedlings and also resulted in accumulation of proline especially in the NaCl tolerant variety Vyttila 6. BABA seed priming also enhanced the activity of nitrate reductase enzyme and activities of antioxidant enzymes like guaiacol peroxidase and superoxide dismutase. The presence of BABA was detected by high performance thin layer chromatography analysis in the rice seeds whereas in the seedlings it was not detected. Thus, it can be inferred that the seed priming effect of BABA mainly occurred within the seeds, which was further carried to the seedlings. | 7 | Characterization and optimization of EPSproducing and diesel oil-degrading Ochrobactrum anthropi MP3 isolated from refinery wastewater显示文摘Petroleum refinery wastewater(PRW) containing hydrocarbon is highly toxic to the environment and the surrounding ecosystem. Proper treatment of the PRW effluent is necessary to remove the pollutants before discharge. Bioremediation is considered to be a promising approach as it is ecofriendly and efficient. The exopolysaccharide(EPS) produced by the O. anthropi acts as a bioemulsifier and showed the highest emulsification activity of 60% on diesel. An EPS yield of about 0.42 g/L was obtained under optimized conditions. The carbohydrate and protein content of the EPS was found to be 71.1% and 19.7% respectively, showing the glycoprotein nature. The structural properties of EPS were analyzed by FT-IR and 1H NMR. | 10 | Revealing the crystallization process and realizing uniform 1.8 eV MA-based wide-bandgap mixed-halide perovskites via solution engineering显示文摘Wide-bandgap perovskites are recently drawing tremendous attention in the community for high-efficiency all-perovskite tandem solar cells.However,the formamidinium (FA^+) and methylammonium (MA^+) based wide-bandgap mixed halide perovskites suffered from high density of traps and pin-holes,respectively.Fundamental understanding on the crystallization and film formation processes are keys to overcome those challenges but not yet clearly understood.In this study,an in-situ photoluminescence technique was used to investigate the perovskite crystallization during the thermal annealing process.It is found that the crystallization of a mixed halide perovskite with bromide (Br^-) and iodine (I^-) ions following the Ostward ripening crystal growth.Interestingly,it is found that the initial nucleation reaction is quickly completed in the first few seconds,however,leaving the small crystals with inhomogeneous composition.The different aggregation affinities of such inhomogeneous small crystals provoke the formation of pin-holes during the thermal annealing process.By engineering the precursor solution to control the nucleation rate,the chemical composition of the small crystals has become homogenous.Uniform pin-hole free high Br-composited wide-bandgap MA0.9Cs0.1Pb(I0.6Br0.4)3 perovskite films with bandgap energy of 1.8 eV have been realized.The corresponding photovoltaic devices have achieved an encouraging device efficiency of 15.1% with superb photostability. | Yue-Min Xie Chunqing Ma Xiuwen Xu Menglin Li Yuhui Ma Jing Wang Hrisheekesh Thachoth Chandran Chun-Sing Lee Sai-Wing Tsang | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,5: | 2 |

| 15 | Risk factors of thrombosis in abdominal veins显示文摘AIM: To estimate the prevalence of inherited and acquired thrombophilic risk factors in patients with abdominal venous thrombosis and to compare the risk factor profiles between Budd-Chiari syndromes (BCS) and splanchnic vein thrombosis (SVT). METHODS: In this retrospective study, 36 patients with abdominal venous thrombosis were studied. The patients were divided into Budd-Chiari group (hepatic vein, IVC thrombosis) and splanchnic venous thrombosis group (portal, splenic, superior mesenteric veins) based on the veins involved. Hereditary and acquired thrombophilic risk factors were evaluated in all patients. RESULTS: Twenty patients had SVT, 14 had BCS, and 2 had mixed venous thrombosis. Ten patients (28%) had hereditary and 10 patients (28%) acquired thrombophilic risk factors. The acquired risk factors were significantly more common in the SVT group (SVT vs BCS: 45% vs 7%, χ2 = 5.7, P = 0.02) while hereditary risk factors did not show significant differences between the two groups (SVT vs BCS: 25% vs 36%, χ2 = 0.46, P = 0.7). Multiple risk factors were present in one (7%) patient with BCS and in 3 patients (15%) with SVT. No risk factors were identified in 57% of patients with BCS and in 45% of patients with SVT. CONCLUSION: Hereditary and acquired risk factors play an important role in the etiopathogenesis of abdominal venous thrombosis. The quick turnover rate of patients in the operating room and patient safety and satisfaction, have also further changed the way we practice anesthesia. The use of intrathecal(IT) opiates as an effective form of postoperative pain relief has been established for many years. Morphine was the first opioid used by IT route. In clinical practice, morphine is regarded as the gold standard, or benchmark, of analgesics used to relieve intense pain. Perhaps for this reason, IT morphine has been used for over 100 years for pain relief. IT morphine is one of the easiest, costeffective and reliable techniques for postoperative analgesia and technical failures are rare. And yet there is no consensus amongst anesthesiologists regarding the dose of IT morphine. Like all other methods of pain relief, IT morphine also has some side effects and some of them are serious though not very common. This review article looks into some of the key aspects of the use of IT morphine for post-operative analgesia and various doses for different procedures are discussed.
