1L80-1油井套管钢在模拟井下环境中的腐蚀行为显示文摘近年来,部分中东油田含水率持续增加,L80-l油井套管在CO2-H2S-Cl^-体系中的腐蚀风险增大。为此,利用腐蚀挂片与高温高压电化学测量装置研究了模拟井下环境中不同含水率、CO2-分压、Cl^-含量对L80-1套管钢腐蚀的影响和电化学腐蚀机理。结果表明:在85℃ 1000 mg/L H2S和60 r/min的条件下,L80-1钢的腐蚀速率随着含水率和CO?分压的增加而增加,在含水率为30%~40%时,由于油水混合状态发生突变,导致腐蚀速率陡增。而在高浓度Cl^-条件下,腐蚀速率随着CT浓度的增加而下降。在CO2-H2S-Cl^-腐蚀体系中,L80-1表面腐蚀产物呈现复杂的微观形态,成分分布不均匀,均匀腐蚀产物主要为碳酸盐,局部腐蚀产物以FeS为主。L80-1钢在研究环境中的电化学腐蚀机理为活化极化控制,因此升高温度会加剧腐蚀。总体而言,在高盐度CO2-H2S-Cl^-腐蚀环境中,含水率对于L80-1钢的腐蚀影响最为严重,其次是CO2分压,H2S的存在并没有改变其他腐蚀因素对L80-1钢的腐蚀影响规律。黄启亮 聂臻 张海龙 胡语芯 肖莹 Mohamad Chamas 唐鋆磊 2019材料保护2019,52,4:3
2316L奥氏体不锈钢点蚀的原位声发射监测显示文摘为了研究316L不锈钢自然点蚀的生长规律,发展基于声发射技术的小孔腐蚀监测方法,利用声发射技术原位研究了316L奥氏体不锈钢在pH=1.0和中性(pH=6.7)的3.5%NaCl溶液中的自然点蚀状况,同时监测了开路电位E_(OCP);通过扫描电镜对试验后样品的表面形貌进行表征,并通过Matlab平台对声发射信号进行聚类分析。结果表明:316L奥氏体不锈钢的自然点蚀具有不同的孕育周期,声发射信号的获取跟E_(OCP)的变化具有较好的对应关系。在点蚀快速发展阶段,声发射信号具有较高的绝对能量。在Matlab平台上建立了一套信号处理程序,并对声发射信号进行重新定义,对处理后的信号进行声发射信号参数分析,得到了3类较好的声发射信号聚类,来源于不同腐蚀现象或阶段。其中,在点蚀的快速发展阶段主要以高持续时间高计数和高持续时间低计数2类谐振信号为主。王虎 李峻漾 王莹莹 欧天雄 唐鋆磊 Mohamad Chamas 2017材料保护2017,50,10:2
