| 1 | 福州市区外环境大面积使用杀它仗蜡饵灭鼠效果观察显示文摘目的 观察城市灭鼠在外环境中大面积使用杀它仗蜡饵的灭鼠效果。方法 ( 1)在外环境的各种场所大面积投放杀它仗蜡饵 ;( 2 )采用一次性饱和投饵法 ;( 3 )以夹夜法、粉迹法和盗食法分别测定投饵前后的鼠密度 ,以灭鼠率判定灭鼠效果。结果 福州市外环境优势鼠种为褐家鼠 ,占总捕鼠数的 93 .48% ;灭鼠前用夹夜法、粉迹法和盗食法分别测得的鼠密度为 3 .0 8%、3 3 .0 8%和 3 2 .5 0 % ,灭鼠后分别下降至 0 .3 5 %、2 5 .5 4%和 2 9.5 6% ;室外夹夜法测得全市灭鼠率为 88.64 %。结论 用杀它仗蜡饵在外环境一次性饱和投药 ,灭鼠率为 88.64 %。但要控制城市鼠害要根据不同环境中的鼠种制定行之有效的方法。 | Office of Fuzhou Patriotic Health Campaign Committee,Fuzhou 350001,China | 2003 | 中国媒介生物学及控制杂志2003，14，6： | 7 |
