| 1 | A Comprehensive Overview of Cyber-Physical Systems: From Perspective of Feedback System显示文摘Cyber-physical systems(CPS) are characterized by integrating cybernetic and physical processes. The theories and applications of CPS face the enormous challenges. The aim of this paper is to provide a latest understanding of this emerging multi-disciplinary methodology. First, the features of CPS are described, and the research progresses are summarized from different components in CPS, such as system modeling,information acquisition, communication, control and security.Each part is also followed by the future directions. | 2 | Wireless/wired integrated transmission for industrial cyber-physical systems:risk-sensitive co-design of 5G and TSN protocols显示文摘The growing popularity of intelligent manufacturing is driven by deterministic transmission demands of applications in industrial cyber-physical systems(ICPS).However,the ossified shortages of industrial wireless communication such as diverse quality of service(Qo S)and complex signaling processes incur a severe long tail of transmission delay distribution.As a solution,the 5th generation(5 G)wireless communication technology provides ultra-reliable and low-latency communication(URLLC)for industry scenarios.Moreover,the newly proposed time-sensitive networking(TSN)standards guarantee the transmission determinacy by gate mechanism.In this paper,we propose a heterogeneous time-sensitive network(HTSN)co-designed by 5 G and TSN.We first develop a predictive multi-priority wireless scheduling mechanism based on semi-persistent scheduling(SPS)to reduce signaling delay by reserving resources in advance.Then we propose an adaptive data injection mechanism for TSN based on per-stream filtering and policing(PSFP),which dynamically adjusts the priority of data for queue injection in TSN.To further reduce the long tail of delay,we employ a risk-sensitive learning method to improve the worst-case delay.Simulations on a hot rolling production scenario demonstrate that the proposed mechanisms under HTSN achieve great performance in terms of integrated delay and resource utilization. | Yajing ZHANG Qimin XU Xinping GUAN Cailian CHEN Mingyan LI | 2022 | Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,1: | 1 |

| 13 | Dual-Tone Radio Interferometric Positioning Systems for Multi-Target Localization Using a Single Mobile Anchor显示文摘In this paper,a low-cost dualtone radio interferometric positioning system using a single mobile anchor is proposed to locate multiple targets at the same time.We name it mDRIPS.In mDRIPS,each target continuously transmits a dual-tone signal with its dedicated frequencies,and the mobile anchor receives the signals at different positions along its trajectory.Neither time synchronization between the mobile anchor and the targets nor time synchronization among the targets is required.We take the instability of targets clocks into consideration and develop an ESPRIT-type algorithm to estimate frequencies of each dual-tone signal.Furthermore,the time of arrival(TOA) of each target signal is extracted from the phase estimates of the received dual-tone signals.After measuring several TOAs at different locations along the anchor's trajectory,each target can be located.Since the frequency difference of the two tones of each dualtone signal is designed to be smaller than the channel coherence bandwidth,the same fading effect on these two tones can be eliminated.Moreover,the integer ambiguity problem due to phase wrapping is investigated,and a localization algorithm to deal with a simplified ambiguity problem is proposed.Numerical results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed mDRlPS. | LI Li'an WANG Yiyin MA Xiaoli CHEN Cailian GUAN Xinping | 2015 | China Communications2015,12,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Therapeutic potential of alkaloid extract from Codonopsis Radix in alleviating hepatic lipid accumulation: insights into mitochondrial energy metabolism and endoplasmic reticulum stress regulation in NAFLD mice显示文摘Alkaloids are a class of naturally occurring bioactive compounds that are widely distributed in various food sources and Traditional Chinese Medicine.This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects and underlying mechanisms of alkaloid extract from Codonopsis Radix(ACR)in ameliorating hepatic lipid accumulation in a mouse model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)induced by a high-fat diet(HFD).The results revealed that ACR treatment effectively mitigated the abnormal weight gain and hepatic injury associated with HFD.Furthermore,ACR ameliorated the dysregulated lipid metabolism in NAFLD mice,as evidenced by reductions in serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein levels,accompanied by a concomitant increase in the high-density lipoprotein level.ACR treatment also demonstrated a profound anti-oxidative effect,effectively alleviating HFD-induced oxidative stress and promoting ATP production.These effects were achieved through the up-regulation of the activities of mitochondrial electron transfer chain complexes Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,and Ⅴ,in addition to the activation of the AMPK/PGC-1α pathway,suggesting that ACR exhibits therapeutic potential in alleviating the HFD-induced dysregulation of mitochondrial energy metabolism.Moreover,ACR administration mitigated HFD-induced endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and suppressed the overexpression of ubiquitin-specific protease 14(USP14)in NAFLD mice.In summary,the present study provides compelling evidence supporting the hepatoprotective role of ACR in alleviating lipid deposition in NAFLD by improving energy metabolism and reducing oxidative stress and ER stress.These findings warrant further investigation and merit the development of ACR as a potential therapeutic agent for NAFLD. | FAN Cailian WANG Guan CHEN Miao LI Yao TANG Xiyang DAI Yi | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,6: | 0 |

The forward and backward network transmission time delays are assumed to be asymmetric and time-varying.Due to the quantization in the network, a dynamic quantization strategy is provided to quantize the output signals of the master robot and slave agents before transmitting. | 18 | Routing and scheduling co-design for holistic software-defined deterministic network显示文摘As a result of the growing complexity of industrial Internet applications,traditional hardware-based network designs are encountering challenges in terms of programmability and dynamic adaptability as they struggle to meet the real-time,high-reliability transmission requirements for the vast quantities of data generated in industrial environments.This paper proposes a holistic software-defined deterministic network(HSDDN)design solution.This solution uses a centralized controller to implement a comprehensive software definition,ranging from the network layer down to the physical layer.Within the wireless access domain,we decouple the standard radio-frequency modules from baseband processing to realize a software-defined physical layer,which then allows us to adjust the data transmission cycles and tag the trigger rates to meet demand for low-power,high-concurrency transmission.Within the wired network domain,we integrate software-defined networking with time-sensitive networking and propose a coordinated design strategy to address routing and the deterministic scheduling problem.We define a set of constraints to ensure collaborative transmission of the periodic and aperiodic data flows.To guarantee load balancing across all paths and timeslots,we introduce the Jain’s fairness index as the optimization objective and then construct a nondeterministic polynomial-time(NP)-hard joint optimization problem.Furthermore,an algorithm called Tabu search for routing and scheduling with dual-stages(TSRS-DS)is proposed.Simulation experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed HSDDN architecture. | Jinglong Zhang Fengyuan Zhu Zeming Yang Cailian Chen Xiaohua Tian Xinping Guan | 2024 | Fundamental Research2024,4,1: | 0 |
