| 1 | 频繁就诊的慢性病患者健康素养与其自我管理积极性之间的关系:一项横断面研究显示文摘背景频繁就诊患者属于需要关注的弱势群体。该群体治疗费用昂贵但效果不佳,生活质量低,死亡率高,因此医务人员有必要对其进行个性化治疗,提高其健康素养,包括应用策略提升其自我管理积极性。目前,患者健康素养和自我管理积极性之间的关系需要更深入的研究。本研究旨在探讨频繁就诊的慢性病患者健康素养及其自我管理积极性之间的关系。方法本项横断面研究资料来源于一项在全科医生诊所开展的探讨病例管理干预效果的临床试验随机化分组之前的数据。研究对象为加拿大魁北克萨格内-圣约翰湖区4个家庭医生团队经常进行治疗的247例慢性病患者。在1名研究助理的指导下,采用最新生命体征(NVS)量表、13条目患者自我管理积极性(PAM-13)量表对患者进行健康素养及自我管理积极性自填式问卷调查。以NVS量表得分为自变量、PAM-13量表得分为因变量,应用二列相关法对两者之间的关系进行分析。结果频繁就诊的慢性病患者健康素养及其自我管理积极性之间无显著相关(rb=0.075,P=0.07)。结论频繁就诊的慢性病患者健康素养及其自我管理积极性之间无相关性。 | COUTURE é M CHOUINARD M C FORTIN M 本刊编辑部 | 2018 | 中国全科医学2018，21，14： | 4 |
