1	BRAF突变提示转移性结直肠癌患者转移灶切除术后预后不良显示文摘BRAF突变发生于5%~11%的转移性结直肠癌患者。该研究分析了BRAF突变患者转移灶切除术后的临床病理因素、PIK3CA突变频率以及预后情况。研究通过回顾性的对2009年至2012年单中心1941例转移性结直肠癌患者行KRAS/BRAF突变检测,共检出92例患者含BRAF突变。2011年423例BRAF野生型转移性肠癌患者作为对照组。研究发现在转移性大肠癌中,与BRAF野生型组相比,BRAF突变型与确诊时高龄、女性、肿瘤位于右侧以及低分化、粘液组织形态更加相关。 BRAF突变更多出现于肠癌分期III期、T4期患者。 PIK3C与5%的BRAF突变共存,与17%的KRAS突变共存,与4%的BRAF/KRAS共突变共存。 BRAF突变的患者一般不只局限于肝转移,更容易出现腹膜转移。研究人员进一步研究发现合并BRAF突变的转移性肠癌患者转移灶相对不容易切除,即使切除后总生存期也较短。	Yaeger R Cercek A Chou JF	2014	中华结直肠疾病电子杂志2014，3，2：	13
