The result shows that due to the structural mismatch between a Si∶H and a SiN x ∶H, severe induced distortions are produced in the interface of the heterojunction, and these induced distortions tend towards a certain energy state. | 9 | A Breather in Birefringent Fibers显示文摘The propagation properties of the breather in birefringent fibers are investigated. The breather can propagate stably in strongly birefringent fibers. The propagation law can be expected. However, random birefringence makes the propagation of the breather more complex. The breather will partly disappear and partly appear, even may split into two smaller breathers. In addition, the varying range of relative time displacement between two components of the breather becomes narrower with the effect of third-order dispersion. If third order dispersion is too strong, the breather behavior will disappear gradually during the transmission. | 13 | Numerical Analysis on Current Transport Characteristics in Single Layer Organic Electroluminescent Devices显示文摘A new model to describe I-V characteristics of organic light emitting devices (OLEDs) is developed based on experimental results. The dependence of I-V characteristics on energy barrier, trap density and carrier mobility is analyzed. The result shows that this model combines the Fowler Nordheim tunnel theory and the trap charge limited current theory with exponential trap distribution (TCL), and it describes the current transport characteristics of OLEDs more comprehensively. SR phenomenon appears in the system subject to multiplicative and additive noise when a single signal transmits in the system. The output waveforms and the power spectrums at different frequencies are compared. The impact of the intensity of multiplicative and additive noise on the bistable system is discussed. | 20 | Field Emission Properties of Nitrogen-doped Amorphous Carbon Films显示文摘Nitrogen doped amorphous carbon thin films are deposited on the ceramic substrates coated with Ti film by using direct current magnetron sputtering technique at N 2 and Ar gas mixture atmosphere during deposition. The field emission properties of the deposited films have been investigated. The threshold field as low as 5.93 V/μm is obtained and the maximum current density increases from 4 μA/cm 2 to 20.67 μA/cm 2 at 10.67 V/μm comparing with undoped amorphous film.
