Acupuncture at Waiguan(SJ5) and sham points influences activation of functional brain areas of ischemic stroke patients: a functional magnetic resonance imaging study显示文摘Most studies addressing the specificity of meridians and acupuncture points have focused mainly on the different neural effects of acupuncture at different points in healthy individuals. This study examined the effects of acupuncture on brain function in a pathological context. Sixteen patients with ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to true point group(true acupuncture at right Waiguan(SJ5)) and sham point group(sham acupuncture). Results of functional magnetic resonance imaging revealed activation in right parietal lobe(Brodmann areas 7 and 19), the right temporal lobe(Brodmann area 39), the right limbic lobe(Brodmann area 23) and bilateral occipital lobes(Brodmann area 18). Furthermore, inhibition of bilateral frontal lobes(Brodmann area 4, 6, and 45), right parietal lobe(Brodmann areas 1 and 5) and left temporal lobe(Brodmann area 21) were observed in the true point group. Activation in the precuneus of right parietal lobe(Brodmann area 7) and inhibition of the left superior frontal gyrus(Brodmann area 10) was observed in the sham group. Compared with sham acupuncture, acupuncture at Waiguan in stroke patients inhibited Brodmann area 5 on the healthy side. Results indicated that the altered specificity of sensation-associated cortex(Brodmann area 5) is possibly associated with a central mechanism of acupuncture at Waiguan for stroke patients.Ji Qi Junqi Chen Yong Huang Xinsheng Lai Chunzhi Tang Junjun Yang Hua Chen Shanshan Qu 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,3:19
An efficient range-free localization algorithm for wireless sensor networks显示文摘Node positioning is a fundamental problem in applications of wireless sensor networks (WSNs). In this paper, a new range-free algorithm, called spring swarm localization algorithm (SSLA), is proposed for positioning WSNs. To determine the locations of sensor nodes, the proposed algorithm uses network topology information and a small fraction of sensor nodes which know their locations. Numerical simulations show that high positioning accuracy can be obtained by using the algorithm. Some examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.HE QinBin CHEN FangYue CAI ShuiMing HAO JunJun LIU ZengRong 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,5:13
Energy dissipation rate: An indicator of coal deformation and failure under static and dynamic compressive loads显示文摘Dynamic disasters in Chinese coal mines pose a significant threat to coal productivity. Thus, a thorough understanding of the deformation and failure processes of coal is necessary. In this study, the energy dissipation rate is proposed as a novel indicator of coal deformation and failure under static and dynamic compressive loads. The relationship between stress-strain, uniaxial compressive strength, displacement rate, loading rate, fractal dimension, and energy dissipation rate was investigated through experiments conducted using the MTS C60 tests(static loads) and split Hopkinson pressure bar system(dynamic loads). The results show that the energy dissipation rate peaks are associated with stress drop during coal deformation, and also positively related to the uniaxial compressive strength. A higher displacement rate of quasi-static loads leads to an initial increase and then a decrease in energy dissipation rate, whereas a higher loading rate of dynamic loads results in larger energy dissipation rate. Theoretical analysis indicates that a sudden increase in energy dissipation rate suggests partial fracture occurring within coal under both quasi-static and dynamic loads. Hence, the energy dissipation rate is an essential indicator of partial fracture and final failure within coal, as well as a prospective precursor for catastrophic failure in coal mine.Feng Junjun Wang Enyuan Chen Xia Ding Houcheng 2018International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2018,28,3:12
Application of Land-use Change Model in Guiding Regional Planning:A Case Study in Hun-Taizi River Watershed,Northeast China显示文摘This paper firstly investigated the land-use and land-cover change (LUCC) in the Hun-Taizi River watershed, Northeast China from 1988 to 2004 based on remotely sensed images and geographic information systems (GIS) technology. Then, using the famous land-use change model of Conversion of Land Use and its Effects at Small regional extent (CLUE-S), this paper simulated the land use changes under historical trend (HT), urban planning (UP) and ecological protection (EP) scenarios considering urban planning and ecological protection over the next 20 years. The simulated results under UP scenario in 2020 were compared with the planning map to assess the feasibility of using land-use change model to guide regional planning. Results show that forest land, dry farmland, paddy, and shrub land were the main land-use categories. Paddy and dry farmland being converted to urban area and rural settlement characterized the land-use change from 1988 to 2004. The main land-use categories changed over time. Landscape-pattern fragmentation will be worse under HT and UP scenarios, but better in EP scenario. The comparing results of simulated map with planning map in 2020 show that land-use change model is powerful tool to guide regional planning. Land-use scenarios can support regional planning and policy-making through analyzing future consequences scientifically.LIU Miao HU Yuanman ZHANG Wei ZHU Junjun CHEN Hongwei XI Fengming 2011Chinese Geographical Science2011,21,5:10

Acupuncture at Waiguan (TE5) influences activation/deactivation of functional brain areas in ischemic stroke patients and healthy people A functional MRI study显示文摘In the present study, 10 patients with ischemic stroke in the left hemisphere and six healthy controls were subjected to acupuncture at right Waiguan (TE5). In ischemic stroke subjects, functional MRI showed enhanced activation in Broadmann areas 5, 6, 7, 18, 19, 24, 32, the hypothalamic inferior lobe, the mamillary body, and the ventral posterolateral nucleus of the left hemisphere, and Broadmann areas 4, 6, 7, 18, 19 and 32 of the right hemisphere, but attenuated activation of Broadmann area 13, the hypothalamic inferior lobe, the posterior lobe of the tonsil of cerebellum, and the culmen of the anterior lobe of hypophysis, in the left hemisphere and Broadmann area 13 in the right hemisphere. In ischemic stroke subjects, a number of deactivated brain areas were enhanced, including Broadmann areas 6, 11, 20, 22, 37, and 47, the culmen of the anterior lobe of hypophysis, alae lingulae cerebella, and the posterior lobe of the tonsil of cerebellum of the left hemisphere, and Broadmann areas 8, 37, 45 and 47, the culmen of the anterior lobe of hypophysis, pars tuberalis adenohypophyseos, inferior border of lentiform nucleus, lateral globus pallidus, inferior temporal gyrus, and the parahippocampal gyrus of the right hemisphere. These subjects also exhibited attenuation of a number of deactivated brain areas, including Broadmann area 7. These data suggest that acupuncture at Waiguan specifically alters brain function in regions associated with sensation, vision, and motion in ischemic stroke patients. By contrast, in normal individuals, acupuncture at Waiguan generally activates brain areas associated with insomnia and other functions.Junqi Chen Yong Huang Xinsheng Lai Chunzhi Tang Junjun Yang Hua Chen Tongjun Zeng Junxian Wu Shanshan Qu 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,3:8
Work-family conflict and job burn-out among Chinese doctors:the mediating role of coping styles显示文摘Background Burn-out among doctors threatens their own health, and that of their patients. To identify risk factors of the doctor burn-out is vital to improving their health and increasing the quality of healthcare services. This study aims to explore the relationship between workfamily conflict(WFC) and burn-out among Chinese doctors and the mediating role of coping styles in this relationship. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in China, with a questionnaire packet which consisted of the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory(CMBI), WFC Scale and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ). A total of 2530 doctors participated in the survey. Correlation analysis was performed to explore the relationship between CMBI, WFC and SCSQ scores. A linear regression model was set to determine the mediating role of coping styles on the relationship between WFC and burn-out.Results Doctors who had higher scores on work interfering with family conflict, reported more emotional exhaustion(r=0.514, P<0.001) and had a sense of accomplishment(r=-0.149, P<0.001). Simultaneously, family interfering with work(FIW) was positively associated with all dimensions of burn-out(r=0.213,0.504,0.088,respectively, P<0.001). Coping styles had partial, complete and even mediating effects on the relationship between WFC and burn-out among Chinese doctors. Conclusions WFC was correlated with burn-out, and coping style was a mediator in this relationship among Chinese doctors. 9Aerosol light absorption in a coastal city in Southeast China:Temporal variations and implications for brown carbon显示文摘Light-absorbing carbonaceous aerosols including black carbon(BC) and brown carbon(BrC)play significant roles in atmospheric radiative properties. One-year measurements of aerosol light absorption at multi-wavelength were continuously conducted in Xiamen, southeast of China in 2014 to determine the light absorption properties including absorption coefficients(σabs) and absorption ?ngstr?m exponent(AAE) in the coastal city.Light absorptions of BC and BrC with their contributions to total light absorption were further quantified. Mean σabsat 370 nm and 880 nm were 56.6 ± 34.3 and 16.5 ± 11.2 Mm-1,respectively. σabspresented a double-peaks diurnal pattern with the maximum in the morning and the minimum in the afternoon. σabswas low in warm seasons and high in cold seasons. AAE ranged from 0.26 to 2.58 with the annual mean of 1.46, implying that both fossil fuel combustion and biomass burning influenced aerosol optical properties. σabsof BrC at 370 nm was 24.0 ± 5.7 Mm-1, contributing 42% to the total absorption. The highest AAE(1.52 ± 0.02) and largest BrC contributions(47% ± 4%) in winter suggested the significant influence of biomass burning on aerosol light absorption. Long-distance air masses passing through North China Plain and the Yangtze River Delta led to high AAE and BrC contributions. High AAE value of 1.46 in July indicated that long-range transport of the air pollutants from intense biomass burning in Southeast Asia would affect aerosol light absorption in Southeast China. The study will improve the understanding of light absorption properties of aerosols and the optical impacts of BrC in China.Yuqing Qiu Xin Wu Yanru Zhang Lingling Xu Youwei Hong Jinsheng Chen Xiaoqiu Chen Junjun Deng 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,6:5
Tropoelastin improves adhesion and migration of intra-articular injected infrapatellar fat pad MSCs and reduces osteoarthritis progression显示文摘Intra-articular injection of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)is a promising strategy for osteoarthritis(OA)treatment. However, more and more studies reveal that the injected MSCs have poor adhesion, migration, and survival in the joint cavity.A recent study shows that tropoelastin(TE)regulates adhesion, proliferation and phenotypic maintenance of MSCs as a soluble additive, indicating that TE could promote MSCs-homing in regenerative medicine. In this study,we used TE as injection medium, and compared it with classic media in MSCs intra-articular injection such as normal saline(NS),hyaluronic acid(HA),and platelet-rich plasma(PRP).We found that TE could effectively improve adhesion, migration, chondrogenic differentiation of infrapatellar fat pad MSCs(IPFP-MSCs)and enhance matrix synthesis of osteoarthritic chondrocytes(OACs)in indirect-coculture system. Moreover,TE could significantly enhance IPFP-MSCs adhesion via activation of integrin β1,ERK1/2 and vinculin(VCL)in vitro. In addition,intra-articular injection of TE-IPFP MSCs suspension resulted in a short-term increase in survival rate of IPFP-MSCs and better histology scores of rat joint tissues.Inhibition of integrin β1 or ERK1/2 attenuated the protective effect of TE-IPFP MSCs suspension in vivo.In conclusion,TE promotes performance of IPFP-MSCs and protects knee cartilage from damage in OA through enhancement of cell adhesion and activation of integrin β1/ERK/VCL pathway. Our findings may provide new insights in MSCs intra-articular injection for OA treatment.Junjun Yang Xin Wang Yahan Fan Xiongbo Song Jiangyi Wu Zhenlan Fu Tao Li Yang Huang ZheXiong Tang Shuo Meng Na Liu Jiajia Chen Pingju Liu Liu Yang Xiaoyuan Gong Cheng Chen 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,4:4
Up-regulation of glycolipid transfer protein by bicyclol causes spontaneous restriction of hepatitis C virus replication显示文摘Bicyclol is a synthetic drug for hepatoprotection in clinic since 2004. Preliminary clinical observations suggest that bicyclol might be active against hepatitis C virus(HCV) with unknown mechanism. Here, we showed that bicyclol significantly inhibited HCV replication in vitro and in hepatitis C patients. Using bicyclol as a probe, we identified glycolipid transfer protein(GLTP) to be a novel restrictive factor for HCV replication. The GLTP preferentially bound host vesicle-associated membrane protein-associated protein-A(VAP-A) in competition with the HCV NS5 A, causing an interruption of the complex formation between VAP-A and HCV NS5 A. As the formation of VAP-A/NS5 A complex is essential for viral RNA replication, up-regulation of GLTP by bicyclol reduced the level of VAP-A/NS5 A complex and thus inhibited HCV replication. Bicyclol also exhibited an inhibition on HCV variants resistant to direct-acting antiviral agents(DAAs) with an efficacy identical to that on wild type HCV. In combination with bicyclol, DAAs inhibited HCV replication in a synergistic fashion. GLTP appears to be a newly discovered host restrictive factor for HCV replication, Up-regulation of GLTP causes spontaneous restriction of HCV replication.Meng-Hao Huang Hu Li Rong Xue Jianrui Li Lihua Wang Junjun Cheng Zhouyi Wu Wenjing Li Jinhua Chen Xiaoqin Lv Qiang Li Pei Lan Limin Zhao Yongfeng Yang Zonggen Peng Jiandong Jiang 2019Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2019,9,4:3
Different responses of soil respiration and its components to nitrogen and phosphorus addition in a subtropical secondary forest显示文摘Background:Nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)deposition have largely affected soil respiration(Rs)in forest ecosystems. However, few studies have explored how N and P individually or in combination to influence Rs and its components(autotrophic respiration,Ra;heterotrophic respiration,Rh),especially in highly P-limited subtropical forests. To address this question,we conducted a field manipulation experiment with N and/or P addition in a 50-year-old subtropical secondary forest. Results:We found that N addition on average reduced Rs,Ra,and Rh by 15.2%,15%,and 11.7%,respectively during 2-year field study.P addition had an inconsistent effect on Ra,with Ra increasing by 50.5%in the first year but reducing by 26.6%in the second year. Moreover,P addition on average decreased Rh by 8.9%–30.9%and Rs by 6.7%–15.6%across 2 years. In contrast,N and P co-addition on average increased Rs,Ra,and Rh by 1.9%,7.9%,and 2.1%during the experimental period.Though Rs and Rh were significantly correlated with soil temperature, their temperature sensitivities were not significantly changed by fertilization.Ra was predominantly regulated by soil nitrogen availability(NH4+and NO3−),soil dissolved organic carbon(DOC),and enzyme activities, while the variation in Rh was mainly attributable to changes in soil microbial community composition and soilβ-D-Cellubiosidase(CB)andβ-Xylosidase(XYL)activities.Conclusion:Our findings highlight the contrasting responses of Rs and its components to N or P addition against N and P co-addition,which should be differentially considered in biogeochemical models in order to improve prediction of forest carbon dynamics in the context of N and P enrichment in terrestrial ecosystems.Junjun Zhang Yong Li Jinsong Wang Weinan Chen Dashuan Tian Shuli Niu 2021Forest Ecosystems2021,8,3:3
Effects of magnesium on the performance of sows and their piglets显示文摘The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of supplemental magnesium(Mg) on the performance of gilts and parity 3 sows and their piglets.Fifty-six gilts(Trial 1) and 56 sows(Trial 2) were assigned to one of 4treatments according to their mating weight, respectively. The treatments comprised corn-soybean meal based gestation and lactation diets(0.21%magnesium) supplemented with 0,0.015,0.03,or 0.045%Mg from mating until weaning. The results showed that magnesium supplementation significantly(P < 0.05) reduced the weaning to estrus interval in both gilts and sows. There were significant effects(P < 0.05) of supplemental magnesium on the total number of piglets born, born alive and weaned in sows.In late gestation and lactation, the digestibility of crude fiber(quadratic effects,P< 0.05),and crude protein(P< 0.05),were significantly influenced by magnesium in gilts and sows, respectively. There were differences among the 4 groups in terms of the apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude fiber in sows(P< 0.05) during both early and late gestation. The apparent digestibility of gross energy was increased for sows in late gestation(P< 0.05),and lactation(quadratic effects,P< 0.05).At farrowing and weaning, serum prolactin levels and alkaline phosphate activities linearly increased in sows as the Mg supplementation increased(P < 0.05).Serum Mg of sows at farrowing and serum urea nitrogen of sows at weaning was significantly influenced by Mg supplementation(P< 0.05).The Mg concentration in sow colostrum and the serum of their piglets were increased by supplemental magnesium(P < 0.05).In addition, growth hormone levels were linearly elevated(P< 0.05) in the serum of piglets suckling sows. Our data demonstrated that supplemental magnesium has the potential to improve the reproduction performance of sows, and the suitable supplemental dose ranged from 0.015%to 0.03%.Jianjun Zang Jingshu Chen Ji Tian Aina Wang Hong Liu Shengdi Hu Xiangrong Che Yongxi Ma Junjun Wang Chunlin Wang Guanghua Du Xi Ma 2015Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2015,6,1:3
Specific cerebral activation following true and sham Waiguan(SJ 5) needling Functional magnetic resonance imaging evidence显示文摘Positive activation and negative activation of glucose metabolism can be detected in different brain regions under acupuncture conditions using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) which reveals acupoint function and location-acupoint specificity. This study observed the regional cerebral activation of the Waiguan(SJ 5) acupoint following true needling at the true Waiguan acupoint, sham needling at the true Waiguan acupoint and true needling at a sham point using fMRI.The fMRI results demonstrated that compared with sham needling, true needling at Waiguan activated the BA8 area and left cerebellum.Compared with needling at the sham point, needling at Waiguan activated the BA2 area, the left cerebellum and the right inferior semilunar lobule. Thus the activated brain areas caused by needling Waiguan may be the basis for treatment of certain diseases.Yong Huang Xinsheng Lai Baoci Shan Chunzhi Tang Junjun Yang Tongjun Zeng Guifeng Zhang Jiarong Chen Yangjia Lu 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,22:3
Risk factors for the incidence of apoplexy in pituitary adenoma: a single-center study from southwestern China显示文摘Background:Although the incidence and clinical manifestations of pituitary apoplexy were reported by a few researches, the results are not consistent. This study aimed to explore the risk factors associated with an incidence of apoplexy in pituitary adenomas. Methods:The clinical information of 843 patients with pituitary adenoma from the Department of Neurological Surgery,1st Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, was reviewed. The incidence, clinical manifestation, and potential risk factors for pituitary apoplexy were analyzed by a case-control study. Results:In total,121 patients(14.4%)with macroadenoma were suffered from pituitary apoplexy.Headache, vomiting, and visual impairment are the top 3 symptoms for the pituitary apoplexy.Logistic regression results showed that the hypertension(hypertension vs non-hypertension OR=2.765,95%CI:1.41~5.416),tumor type(negative staining vs.positive staining,OR=1.501,95%CI:1.248~5.235),and tumor size(diameter>2 cm vs.diameter≤2 cm,OR=3.952,95%CI:2.211~7.053)are independent factors associated with pituitary apoplexy. Conclusion:Our results indicate that the risk factors for the incidence of pituitary apoplexy depend mainly on properties of the tumor itself(tumor size and pathologic type)and the blood pressure of patients.Yao Li Yuan Qian Yisheng Qiao Xiaoxiang Chen Jiaotian Xu Chao Zhang Wei Wang Junjun Li Xingli Deng 2020Chinese Neurosurgical Journal2020,6,4:3
A kind of double-sided porous anodic alumina membrane fabricated with the three-step anodic oxidation method显示文摘The porous anodic alumina membranes(PAAMs)have been successfully used as templates for the fabrication of functional nano-materials due to their outstanding regularity and physicochemical properties. In this paper,a transparent double-sided anodic alumina membrane with ultra-thin aluminum substrate was fabricated with the three-step anodic oxidation method in the oxalic acid electrolyte. The characters such as the top-surface morphology, membrane thickness, and depth of nanopores of this three-layer(Al2O3-Al-Al2O3)sandwiched nano-structure were controllable through regulating the main anodic oxidation conditions,e.g.,anodic oxidation time of various steps, coating remove process. The experiments data revealed that the aluminum substrate is exponential declined with the oxidation time when it was approximately reduced by a few micrometers. This new double-sided anodic alumina membrane can be used as the high-quality functional field emission materials and templates.ZHANG Chen WANG KaiGe GAO ZeYang WU JunJun REN JunYing ZHANG LiangLiang GU ChangZhi BAI JinTao 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,2:2
Natural variations of ZmSRO1d modulate the trade-off between drought resistance and yield by affecting ZmRBOHC-mediated stomatal ROS production in maize显示文摘While crop yields have historically increased, drought resistance has become a major concern in the context of global climate change. The trade-off between crop yield and drought resistance is a common phenomenon;however, the underlying molecular modulators remain undetermined.Through genome-wide association study,we revealed that three non-synonymous variants in a drought-resistant allele of ZmSRO1d-R resulted in plasma membrane localization and enhanced mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of ZmSRO1d toward ZmRBOHC,which increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in guard cells and promoted stomatal closure.ZmSRO1d-R enhanced plant drought resilience and protected grain yields under drought conditions, but it led to yield drag under favorable conditions. In contrast,loss-of-function mutants of ZmRBOHC showed remarkably increased yields under well-watered conditions, whereas they showed compromised drought resistance.Interestingly,by analyzing 189 teosinte accessions,we found that the ZmSRO1d-R allele was present in teosinte but was selected against during maize domestication and modern breeding.Collectively, our work suggests that the allele frequency reduction of ZmSRO1d-R in breeding programs may have compromised maize drought resistance while increased yields. Therefore, introduction of the ZmSRO1d-R allele into modern maize cultivars would contribute to food security under drought stress caused by global climate change.Huajian Gao Junjun Cui Shengxue Liu Shuhui Wang Yongyan Lian Yunting Bai Tengfei Zhu Haohao Wu Yijie Wang Shiping Yang Xuefeng Li Junhong Zhuang Limei Chen Zhizhong Gong Feng Qin 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,10:2
A Modified Self-adaptive Method for Mapping Annual 30-m Land Use/Land Cover Using Google Earth Engine:A Case Study of Yangtze River Delta显示文摘Annual Land Use/Land Cover(LULC)change information at medium spatial resolution(i.e.,at 30 m)is used in applications ranging from land management to achieving sustainable development goals related to food security. However, obtaining annual LULC information over large areas and long periods is challenging due to limitations on computational capabilities, training data, and workflow design.Using the Google Earth Engine(GEE),which provides a catalog of multi-source data and a cloud-based environment,we developed a novel methodology to generate a high accuracy 30-m LULC cover map collection of the Yangtze River Delta by integrating free and public LULC products with Landsat imagery. Our major contribution is a hybrid approach that includes three major components:1)a high-quality training dataset derived from multi-source LULC products, filtered by k-means clustering analysis;2)a yearly 39-band stack feature space, utilizing all available Landsat data and DEM data;and 3)a self-adaptive Random Forest(RF)method, introduced for LULC classification.Experimental results show that our proposed workflow achieves an average classification accuracy of 86.33%in the entire Delta. The results demonstrate the great potential of integrating multi-source LULC products for producing LULC maps of increased reliability. In addition,as the proposed workflow is based on open source data and the GEE cloud platform,it can be used anywhere by anyone in the world.QU Le’an LI Manchun CHEN Zhenjie ZHI Junjun 2021Chinese Geographical Science2021,31,5:2
Integrated histopathological, lipidomic, and metabolomic profiles reveal mink is a useful animal model to mimic the pathogenicity of severe COVID-19 patients显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is transmitted on mink farms between minks and humans in many countries. However, the systemic pathological features of SARS-CoV-2-infected minks are mostly unknown. Here,we demonstrated that minks were largely permissive to SARS-CoV-2,characterized by severe and diffuse alveolar damage, and lasted at least 14 days post inoculation(dpi). We first reported that infected minks displayed multiple organ-system lesions accompanied by an increased inflammatory response and widespread viral distribution in the cardiovascular, hepatobiliary, urinary, endocrine, digestive, and immune systems. The viral protein partially co-localized with activated Mac-2+macrophages throughout the body. Moreover,we first found that the alterations in lipids and metabolites were correlated with the histological lesions in infected minks, especially at 6 dpi,and were similar to that of patients with severe and fatal COVID-19.Particularly,altered metabolic pathways, abnormal digestion, and absorption of vitamins, lipids, cholesterol, steroids, amino acids, and proteins, consistent with hepatic dysfunction, highlight metabolic and immune dysregulation.Enriched kynurenine in infected minks contributed to significant activation of the kynurenine pathway and was related to macrophage activation.Melatonin, which has significant anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating effects, was significantly downregulated at 6 dpi and displayed potential as a targeted medicine. Our data first illustrate systematic analyses of infected minks to recapitulate those observations in severe and fetal COVID-19 patients, delineating a useful animal model to mimic SARS-CoV-2-induced systematic and severe pathophysiological features and provide a reliable tool for the development of effective and targeted treatment strategies, vaccine research, and potential biomarkers.Zhiqi Song Linlin Bao Wei Deng Jiangning Liu Erjun Ren Qi Lv Mingya Liu Feifei Qi Ting Chen Ran Deng Fengdi Li Yunpeng Liu Qiang Wei Hong Gao Pin Yu Yunlin Han Wenjie Zhao Junjun Zheng Xujian Liang Fuhe Yang Chuan Qin 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2:2
Effect of La_(2)O_(3) addition on the synthesis of tungsten nanopowder via combustion-based method显示文摘In this study, the influences of La_(2)O_(3) added on the phase, morphology and reduction process of tungsten oxide prepared by solution combustion synthesis(SCS) were investigated for the first time. And tungsten nanopowders with different La_(2)O_(3) doping amount(0.5~5.0 wt%) were successfully prepared by SCS and followed hydrogen reduction. The results showed that with the increase of La_(2)O_(3) addition, the product synthesized by SCS changed from needle-like W_(18) O_(49) to irregularly granulated H0.53 WO3 and the complete reduction temperature also increased form 700°C to 850°C. The densification behavior of as-prepared W nanopowders revealed that the densification inhibitory effect of La_(2)O_(3) was enhanced as the La_2O_3 addition increased. Nevertheless, due to the optimal size and distribution of La_(2)O_(3) particles, the sample with 2.0 wt% La_(2)O_(3) addition has a smallest grain size of 0.47 μm and a highest microhardness value of 739.3 Hv0.2, which are the best compared with the literature.Zheng Chen Mingli Qin Junjun Yang Lin Zhang Baorui Jia Xuanhui Qu 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,58,23:2
