1Analysis of pesticide residues in commercially available chenpi using a modified QuEChERS method and GC-MS/MS determination显示文摘To ensure the safety of the commercially available chenpi,a convenient and fast analytical method was developed for the determination of 133 pesticide residues in chenpi using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).In this study,different extraction solvents,redissolution solvents and adsorbents were tested according to the recovery and purification effect to obtain a modified QuEChERS method.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile.During the clean-up step,octadecyl-modified silica(C18)and graphitized carbon black(GCB)were selected,and aminopropyl(NH2)was used instead of primary secondary amine(PSA)because of its weaker ion exchange capacity which had little effect on the recovery of ditalimfos.Samples were quantified by matrix-matched calibration with internal standards.All pesticides showed good linearity in the respective range,both with values of r2>0.99.The average recoveries of the pesticides spiked samples ranged from 70.0% to 112.2% with the RSDs of 0.2%–14.4%.The modified QuEChERS method was validated and applied to twenty real samples.Five pesticides were found in eight batches,but no pesticide exceeded the maximum residue limits(MRL,MRL reference to European commission).Shuang Li Peipei Yu Ceng Zhou Ling Tong Dongxiang Li Zhiguo Yu Yunli Zhao 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,1:34
2Spinal CCL2 Promotes Central Sensitization, Long-Term Potentiation, and Inflammatory Pain via CCR2: Further Insights into Molecular, Synaptic, and Cellular Mechanisms显示文摘Mounting evidence supports an important role of chemokines, produced by spinal cord astrocytes, in promoting central sensitization and chronic pain. In particular,CCL2(C-C motif chemokine ligand 2) has been shown to enhance N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)-induced currents in spinal outer lamina Ⅱ(IIo) neurons. However, the exact molecular, synaptic, and cellular mechanisms by which CCL2 modulates central sensitization are still unclear. We found that spinal injection of the CCR2 antagonist RS504393 attenuated CCL2-and inflammation-induced hyperalgesia. Single-cell RT-PCR revealed CCR2 expression in excitatory vesicular glutamate transporter subtype2-positive(VGLUT2^+) neurons. CCL2 increased NMDAinduced currents in CCR2^+/VGLUT2+ neurons in lamina IIo; it also enhanced the synaptic NMD A currents evoked by dorsal root stimulation; and furthermore, it increased the total and synaptic NMDA currents in somatostatinexpressing excitatory neurons. Finally, intrathecal RS504393 reversed the long-term potentiation evoked in the spinal cord by C-fiber stimulation. 3Tunable luminescent CsPb_2Br_5 nanoplatelets:applications in light-emitting diodes and photodetectors显示文摘Unlike organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites, all-inorganic cesium lead halide perovskites hold great promise for developing high-performance optoelectronic devices, owing to their improved stability. Herein, we investigate the perovskite-related CsPb_2 Br_5 nanoplatelets(NPLs) with tunable emission wavelengths via changing the reaction temperatures to 100°C, 120°C, and 140°C. Reaction temperature plays a key role in determining the shapes and thicknesses of the resulting CsPb_2 Br_5 NPLs. A higher temperature is in favor of the formation of smaller and thicker NPLs. To develop their potential applications in optoelectronic devices, green light emitting diodes(LEDs) and photodetectors based on CsPb_2 Br_5 NPLs are fabricated. The green LEDs based on CsPb_2 Br_5 NPLs synthesized at 140°C exhibit an excellent pure green emission(full width at half-maximum of <20 nm) and display a luminous efficiency of 34.49 lm∕W under an operation current of 10 m A. 4Sex Differences in Diagnosis and Clinical Phenotypes of Chinese Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder显示文摘The aim of this study was to explore the differences between boys and girls in the diagnosis and clinical phenotypes of autism spectrum disorder(ASD) in China's mainland. Children diagnosed with ASD(n = 1064, 228 females) were retrospectively included in the analysis. All children were assessed using the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised(ADI-R) and Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule(ADOS). The results showed that girls scored significantly higher in ADI-R socioemotional reciprocity than boys, and also scored lower in ADI-R and ADOS restricted and repetitive behaviors(RRBs). Meanwhile, the proportions of girls who satisfied the diagnostic cut-off scores in the ADI-R RRBs domain were lower than in boys(P \ 0.05). Our results indicated that girls with ASD show greater socio-emotional reciprocity than boys. Girls also tended to show fewer RRBs than boys, and the type of RRBs in girls differ from those in boys. 5Spinal CCL2 Promotes Pain Sensitization by Rapid Enhancement of NMDA-Induced Currents Through the ERK-GluN2B Pathway in Mouse Lamina Ⅱ Neurons显示文摘Previous studies have shown that CCL2(C-C motif chemokine ligand 2)induces chronic pain,but the exact mechanisms are still unknown.Here,we established models to explore the potential mechanisms.Behavioral experiments revealed that an antagonist of extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)inhibited not only CCL2-induced inflammatory pain,but also pain responses induced by complete Freund’s adjuvant.We posed the question of the intracellular signaling cascade involved.Subsequent experiments showed that CCL2 up-regulated the expression of phosphorylated ERK(pERK)and N-methyl D-aspartate receptor[NMDAR]subtype 2B(GluN2B);meanwhile,antagonists of CCR2 and ERK effectively reversed these phenomena.Whole-cell patchclamp recordings revealed that CCL2 enhanced the NMDAR-induced currents via activating the pERK pathway,which was blocked by antagonists of GluN2B and ERK.In summary,we demonstrate that CCL2 directly interacts with CCR2 to enhance NMDAR-induced currents,eventually leading to inflammatory pain mainly through the CCL2-CCR2-pERK-GluN2B pathway.Hui Zhang Sui-Bin Ma Yong-Jing Gao Jun-Ling Xing Hang Xian Zhen-Zhen Li Shu-Ning Shen Sheng-Xi Wu Ceng Luo Rou-Gang Xie 2020Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,11:3
6热疗和顺铂对放射治疗人卵巢癌细胞的增强作用研究显示文摘目的 观察热疗和顺铂对放射治疗的增强作用,以探索一种临床更为有效的肿瘤治疗方法。方法 采用X线照射前或后的人卵巢癌细胞A2780S( 对顺铂敏感) 和A2780CP( 抗顺铂) 用顺铂和热疗处理,观察两者对亚致死剂量辐射损伤修复(SLDR) 的抑制作用。结果 热疗(40℃,1 小时) 或顺铂处理1 小时均不能抑制这一修复,但两者联合应用则对两个细胞系均有明显效果。SLDR 的受抑程度取决于处理的时机。对于抗顺铂的A2780CP,可观察到SLDR的抑制,而在敏感细胞A2780S,除此之外还能观察到放疗敏感性的提高。结论 单独应用作用有限的热疗和低浓度顺铂联合应用可明显增强放疗疗效。缪竞诚 GPRaaphorst CENg 1999实用肿瘤杂志1999,14,6:3
