| 1 | 应用中国和欧洲油菜建立的双二倍体群体对3个重要农艺性状的QTL定位以及与环境的互作分析(英文)显示文摘以中国的高油分自交系“高油”和欧洲高含油量品种“Sollux”的F1产生的282个株系组成的双二倍体(DH)群体为材料,在125个SSR标记座位构建的连锁图谱基础上,根据在中国和欧洲四个不同环境下的表型鉴定结果,采用混合线性模型基础上的QTL分析软件,对油菜3个重要农艺性状:株高,开花期和成熟期进行了数量性状基因座位(QTL)的联合定位分析,估测了这些QTL的加性、上位性以及与环境的互作效应。结果表明各性状均受多个加性、加加上位以及与环境互作的QTL控制。株高受多个QTL影响(12个位点具有加性或兼有环境互作效应,5个位点具有互作效应),以加性效应为主,加性效应总和可解释定位群体表型变异的75%左右,并多兼有上位性效应。12个主效QTL中,9个是“高油”等位基因相对“Sollux”有降低株高的作用,大多数加性×环境互作QTL的有效等位基因具有环境选择特异性。7个ae基因座位中,5个“高油”等位基因在杭州种植环境下,除一例外所有在德国环境下的互作基因座中,“Sollux”等位基因起着增加株高的作用,加加上位性主效总和为加性主效总和的三分之一。7个控制花期和8个控制成熟期的主效QTL中,分别有6个和5个是来自“高油”的等位基因相对“Sollux”具有提前开花和成熟的效应,这些QTL的效应总和占到性状表型变异的60%左右。5个位于第2和第12连锁群中的2个大效应QTL可能和已多次报导的VFN1和VFN3基因相近或相同。开花期和成熟期两性状均检测到显著的ae互作效应,双亲等位基因的效应在各环境下呈离散分布。位于14和19连锁群上的两个主效株高QTL同时也是控制开花期和油分含量的基因位点,因而利用这两个位点进行标记辅助筛选时要考虑到对油分含量的影响。控制成熟期的8个主效QTL中有3个同时也是控制开花期的基因座位,证实了开花期和成熟期高度正相关的遗传基础,两个生育性状均表现有较弱的QTL间加加上位互作,但以主效QTL的作用为主。 | 赵坚义 Heiko C.Becker 丁厚栋 张尧锋 张冬青 Wolfgang Ecke | 2005 | Acta Genetica Sinica2005,32,9: | 5 |

| 7 | The current phosphate recycling situation in China and Germany:a comparative review显示文摘Phosphorus(P)is an indispensable element for organisms but the primary source of P-mineral phosphate resources-are non-renewable.Agricultural production has a high demand for fossil phosphate resources,but the resulting phosphate-rich residues are lack of management.This leads to rapid reserves depletion and severe phosphate pollution risks.One sustainable way is to reuse the phosphate dispersed in various residues such as sewage sludge and livestock manure.Diverse techniques have emerged to recover phosphate from wastes to close the phosphate cycle.While it is a global issue,the regional situations regarding potential phosphate scarcity and its management differ strongly.China is rich in phosphate resources,but over-exploitation has greatly increased the risk of phosphate rocks depletion,while in Germany the P resources depend on imports,but there is commitment to keep a balance between import and utilization.This had led to great differences in the way the two countries deal with the're-use'of phosphate in waste.China is now in a transition phase from the simple terminal pollution control to'waste'reuse and nutrient resources recycling.One sign of this tendency is the mandatory garbage classification and preparation for further processing and recycling.This was first implemented in Shanghai in 2019,whereas Germany has been following the legal framework for waste management since the 19 th century.There are a series of laws to control the nutrient loss from municipal and agricultural activities,as for instance with sewage sludge ordinance and fertilizer legislation.Many of these laws have been newly revised recently.Sewage sludge cannot be directly utilized on farmland as organic fertilizer any more.Alternatively,phosphate and other nutrients should be recovered from sewage sludge.Advanced phosphate recovery technologies and related nutrient recycling schemes are proceeding.This review summarizes the current situation of phosphate-containing residues management and phosphate reuse in China and Germany.The state legislation and policies,which would affect the phosphate recycling concept are presented as well.As there are various kinds of phosphate-containing residues,different phosphate recovery technologies can be applied.Those technologies are discussed from their mechanism and suitability. | Qing XUE Xinyue HE Saskia D.SACHS Gero C.BECKER Tao ZHANG Andrea KRUSE | 2019 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2019,6,4: | 1 |

| 11 | Fertility,genome stability,and homozygosity in a diverse set of resynthesized rapeseed lines显示文摘Rapeseed(Brassica napus,AACC)was formed by hybridization between progenitor species Brassica rapa(AA)and Brassica oleracea(CC).As a result of a limited number of hybridization events between specific progenitor genotypes and strong breeding selection for oil quality traits,rapeseed has limited genetic diversity.The production of resynthesized B.napus lines via interspecific hybridization of the diploid progenitor species B.rapa and B.oleracea is one possible way to increase genetic variation in rapeseed.However,most resynthesized lines produced so far have been reported to be meiotically unstable and infertile,in contrast to established B.napus cultivars.This hinders both maintenance and use of this germplasm in breeding programs.We characterized a large set of 140 resynthesized lines produced by crosses between B.rapa and B.oleracea,as well as between B.rapa and wild C genome species(B.incana,B.hilarionis,B.montana,B.Bourgeaui,B.villosa and B.cretica)for purity(homozygosity),fertility,and genome stability.Self-pollinated seed set,seeds per ten pods as well as percentage pollen viability were used to estimate fertility.SNP genotyping was performed using the Illumina Infinium Brassica 60K array for 116 genotypes,with at least three individuals per line.Most of the material which had been advanced through multiple generations was no longer pure,with heterozygosity detected corresponding to unknown parental contributions via outcrossing.Fertility and genome stability were both genotypedependent.Most lines had high numbers of copy number variants(CNVs),indicative of meiotic instability,and high numbers of CNVs were significantly associated with reduced fertility.Eight putatively stable resynthesized B.napus lines were observed.Further investigation of these lines may reveal the mechanisms underlying this effect.Our results suggest that selection of stable resynthesized lines for breeding purposes is possible. | Elizabeth Ihien Katche Antje Schierholt Heiko C.Becker Jacqueline Batley Annaliese S.Mason | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,2: | 0 |
| 12 | Primary Hepatic Extra-gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors:Molecular Pathogenesis,Immunohistopathology,and Treatment显示文摘Gastrointestinal stromal tumors are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract.They originate from the interstitial cells of Cajal and are usually found in extrahepatic gastrointestinal sites.However,a small subset are derived from the liver and are known as primary hepatic gastrointestinal stromal tumors(PHGIST).They have a poor prognosis and are historically difficult to diagnose.Our objective was to review and update the latest evidence-based knowledge concerning PHGIST,with a focus on epidemiology,etiology,pathophysiology,clinical presentation,histopathology,and treatment.These tumors are usually found incidentally,occur sporadically,and are associated with mutations of KIT and PDGFRA genes.PHGIST is a diagnosis of exclusion,as it has the same molecular,immunochemistry and histological appearance as gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Thus,imaging,such as positron emission tomography-computed tomography(PET-CT)must be used to rule out metastatic GIST before a diagnosis can be made.However,with mutation analysis and pharmacological advances,tyrosine kinase inhibitors are typically pursued with or without surgical intervention.Other potential treatments include transcatheter arterial chemoembolization and tumor ablation.However,these are typically considered palliative options.As there are only a limited number of publications regarding PHGIST,data concerning morbidity and mortality are not yet available.Immunohistopathology can help develop screening guidelines and evaluating resistance to treatment. | Erica C.Becker Gonca Ozcan George Y.Wu | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,4: | 0 |
